I have been staying at the Sterling Breeze property with my parents every year for the last 7ish years. This time we all agreed that 1701 was the nicest unit we have stayed in. Danette was very clear and organized with the communication. The condo was nicely furnished and well stocked with the basics- pots, pans, coffee maker, blender, there were even some spices, salt and pepper, and some dishwasher pods. The view was excellent and the condo spacious. Looking forward to another stay!

Great stay at sterling Breeze. This condo was incredible, clean, spacious, and a wonderful view. Owner was quick to respond to questions we had and reached out to make sure everything was going ok. The property grounds and amenities were also nicely kept. Super close to Pier Park and other attractions.

Beautifully updated condo, great location

The condo has an amazing view, fully stocked with everything you need, so you can pack lighter, and easy check in process. We had six people with plenty of space to spare, with so much space and room, especially having 3 bathrooms with our party having 5 women haha. Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again.

Beautiful views!

The condo was beautiful. Located right on the beach with the balcony right at the end corner of building, so we had great views of the beach and the city streets. There was a little street construction going on right outside the building, but the construction crew were great. Also, the rip currents were real active, causing double red flag so we could only get in the water up to our ankles, but still had a great time.

Overall very happy

Unit was great. Beach was great. Property was great. The beach chairs were a plus. Elevators are quick and real close to unit. The thermostat could be easier to use, needs less restrictions. Check in was dumb with having to talk to two different people (front desk told us we then needed to go to the desk on the second floor of the parking garage). We never did get wrist bands for our four day stay - but we had to pay 50 pay for the parking and wrist bands, even though we did not have a car. We think the property (not this unit's management) was full of crap on that nonsense.

Beautiful condo and incredible location

Our stay at Sterling Breeze was incredible. The view is to die for and the beaches are unbelievable. The condo was exactly as it was advertised and described. My family had an incredible time staying there and would gladly stay there again on our next trip to Panama City Beach.

Nice large unit on the beach

We spent the week of Independence Day at this condo with my family of 5 and our friends' family of 4. The unit was just as described, and all the positive reviews are confirmed! The only small negative thing I would have to say is that the pool closes at 10pm and they won't allow any drinks anywhere close to the pool. So, if you want anything to drink while swimming, you have to get out of the pool, which is understandable from their perspective, but very inconvenient for someone trying to spend a relaxing day at the pool and while having a few drinks.

Wonderful stay

The condo had plenty of space for our family of 7. Kitchen well stocked. It was great having a washer and dryer. Balcony was spacious, loved having the grill on our balcony. Beautiful views, we saw dolphins and sting rays from the balcony. The bar/snack place by the pool was nice to have. Elevators worked great. Owner has beach chairs and towels available during your stay. We also walked to pier park a couple times. Great place to stay!

Very clean ,beautiful view , everything in house worked, close to everything, a little further down from where all the beaches are crowded so the beach was not overcrowded. Highly recommend property manager gets back to you very quickly. Great communication would definitely stay again. Great place for all ages !! Abe a/c woke great house was very cool.

This condo was spectacular!! So much room. So much to offer. Beautifully decorated. The views from this corner condo were amazing. From the city lights at night to the sunrise and sunset. It had it all. It was perfect for our family vacation!!
