Cette 3 chambres propriété individuelle est complète avec 2 salles de bains. Cuisine entièrement équipée. Entièrement air conditionné. Wifi avec internet par fibre. Piscine privée et terrasse avec un barbecue intégré. Les piscines avec tennis de table et billard. Parking. Villa Helena est situé dans un quartier calme et commerces et restaurants sont à seulement quelques minutes de marche. Mahon, la capitale, se trouve à 15 minutes en voiture et l'aéroport à seulement quelques 10 minutes en voiture. Ce serait une grande maison de vacances en famille.

Nice Villa with plenty of outside space

Good communication with the owners who met us at the property. Everything we needed in this spacious property which is well located close to the resort centre. Outside space perfect for a relaxing holiday.

Amazing villa!

We had a brilliant holiday at the villa. Maribel was a very kind and helpful host. The villa was so clean and the pool and outside area are wonderful. The added bonus is being able to walk to lots of lovely restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Another lovely holiday at Villa Helena

This is the second time we have stayed at this lovely villa. Maribel was there to greet us when we arrived and had left a delicious chocolate pastry, beer and water for us. The villa is very clean with everything you could need. It is very peaceful so we had a lovely relaxing holiday. My boys loved the pool and table tennis. We cant wait to come back!

Beautiful villa

Just spent a week in villa Helena. Right from the first day I knew we were going to love it. Maribel was there to meet us and show us around leaving us a delicious cake water and beers . The villa had everything you needed and more. The outside space was great with games tables and a pool. Thank you for being a fabulous host Maribel xx

Beautiful Villa Just perfect!!!!

We had a fantastic time here in villa Helena which is set in a quite location but just a short stroll to the shops, restaurants and bars. The villa was extremely clean and had everything you could wish for and more, Maribel the owner is a lovely person and is always there on hand if you need anything. We have also stayed in Maribel's other Villa (Villa Nelson) which is equally as beautiful, we are coming back in August and have also booked for next year. I strongly recommend this villa it's perfect!!! Thank you Maribel.

Fantastic apartment 10/10

From booking to check out Matabel was fantastic. The Villa is exactly as it is in the pictures. Really clean comfy beds and outside area is perfect. Everything is in the apartment and even when two are in the shower in the bathrooms the water pressure is still good and we never run out of hot water. Maribel husband even cleaned the pool mid week and they sorted our taxi for return to airport. Location is 5/10 min walk to centre and it’s in a lovely peaceful location. I would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic holiday!

We loved our week at Villa Helena. The villa is comfortable and spotlessly clean, with a very well-equipped kitchen (and great coffee maker!) Lots of towels - including beach towels - and essentials like toilet paper, coffee, dishwasher tablets etc were provided. The outside area was also very neat and tidy, with a big swimming pool and a lovely lemon tree. Owner Maribel was so friendly and helpful! Calan Porter is ideal for an out-of-season holiday as there are a few restaurants and a supermarket that stay open all year (in some other resorts we visited, shops and bars were closed). We will hopefully return!

Outstanding!

Wow! What a fanastic week we have spent at this villa. Everything we could have hoped for & more. The pool was a great size & the kids loved it. The villa kept nice & cool inside, even without the air con on. All rooms were very clean, spacious & beds comfortable. We had use of beach towels too. Maribel was so kind & welcoming and left us some lovely pastries when we arrived. She was even very understanding when we accidentally let off the security alarm! The villa is only a short walk from all amenities. We would definitely stay here again!

Nuestra estancia en villa Helena fue increíble a la a casa no le falta ni un detalle y tiene todo lo necesario para hacerte la estancia más cómoda El exterior no se queda atrás desde la impecable piscina al billar y el Ping pong la verdad que es ideal para ir con la familia o amigos A parte nombrar el trato cercano con Maribel que ha sido muy simpática en todo momento un diez de casa y anfitriona

Great villa and location

Stayed for a week at the end of October. The villa is lovely: clean, spacious, extremely well equipped, including items such as olive oil, salt, pepper, coffee etc. We arrived quite late so Maribel kindly bought us some bits to eat and drink. There's lots of seating and space outside. We were lucky with the weather so enjoyed the pool (which is a good size) and the BBQ. Billiards table and table tennis also great fun! Location is good. Peaceful but not far from beach, shops and restaurants. Cala en Porter is obviously quite quiet at the end of the season but there are still shops and restaurants open so it was perfect for us. Thanks Maribel for being a perfect host!

Amazing Villa

This is an amazing villa. The pool is really big we all loved spending time in it. The pool has a shallow end with steps and also a deep end for jumping in. The villa is a short walk to local shops and restaurants. The air conditioning was lovely. The villa was super clean. I highly recommend this villa, we miss it and will definitely return.

Wonderful villa!

My family stayed at this villa over the Easter holidays. It it a great property, plenty of space and exceptionally clean. We were met by the wonderful Maribel, who despite it being very late, took the time to show us around and explain how everything worked. She also left us a welcome pack, which was great after a late flight. The pool was lovely with steps into it, and the pool table and table tennis table were a big hit. The villa itself is a 7 minute walk to the shops and restaurants, so a car is not necessary unless you want to travel to the rest of the island. All in all we had a great time and will be recommending Villa Helena to all our friends.

Lovely break for our anniversary

We chose this villa to spend a week relaxing, it did not disappoint. The villa itself was neat, clean and well equipped, with lots of thoughtful extras. The BBQ, pool, ping pong and pool table made for fun days in. The washing machine and washing line meant no dirty washing to go home with. The location of the property was good, near to the beach (although get ready for steps or a hill), the beach is beautiful and very child friendly with very gradual depth. Club Menorca nearby offered great food and stunning views. Binicars a few streets away we’re helpful and very reasonably priced. Supermarkets very close by. The host Maribel was attentive and helpful before our arrival and during our stay, she really is very sweet and genuinely available for anything you may need or want to know.

What a fantastic time we all had...Maribel was fantastic and could not do enough to make sure we had a great stay....As for the villa, it was one of the best ones we have stayed at....very clean and had everything we needed....the pool was fantastic (one of the biggest we have had)..having the pool table and table tennis there made sure the kids were never bored....would we stay again?? YES definitely...5 stars from the Thompson Family..

Lovely villa

Lovely villa, very clean and tidy with all the day to day items you would require for a week away. Plenty of cooking utensils, cleaning products and clean towels and bedding. My 9 year old son was very well entertained with the swimming pool, table tennis and pool table. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk down the road along with plenty of places to grab a bite to eat. Would definitely book again and the owner was fantastic. She greeted us on arrival and came to see us before we left which was a nice touch.
