Les équipements du Splash Resort sont assez uniques parmi les stations balnéaires de la côte du Golfe et il y en a pour tous les goûts. Il y a une piscine réservée aux adultes et un jacuzzi situés juste à côté de la principale aire de jeux pour enfants où se trouvent les toboggans et un énorme seau qui déversent des centaines de gallons d'eau toutes les 45 secondes. Il y a aussi un centre de fitness ultramoderne donnant sur la piscine et la rivière paresseuse. Il y a un bar et grill près de la piscine avec des tables au bord de la piscine et un menu à un prix raisonnable. Un accès Internet haut débit est disponible dans de nombreux espaces communs autour du complexe, dont un coin salon Wi-Fi avec des sièges confortables. Il y a un magasin de vêtements, d'accessoires et de surf pour la plage d'Alvin's Island. En outre, il y a une mini épicerie, un café et un magasin de crème glacée situés sur place, donnant à Splash à peu près tout ce dont la plupart des clients ont besoin pendant leurs vacances afin qu'ils n'aient pas besoin de partir avant d'être prêts à partir.

We had a great time. Everything was just like they said the room would be. Only thing is a 35-45 minutes wait on a elevator.

If you look through your rental agreement, it's listed that you're given a "starter kit" of toiletries and sundries for your stay.; however, it is listed in the Departure clause. Nice & Relaxing Stay

We truly enjoyed our stay even thru unusually cold spring temps. The condo was very clean and spacious as well as beautifully decorated. We also enjoyed the amenities. We did however notice the poor structural condition of the buildings and common areas. I believe that these areas need addressed ASAP. Many leaks in hallways, chipped or large areas of missing paint. We even witnessed the collapse of one of the balconies while on our stay.

Dirty room at check in.

The couch bed had dirty linens on it when we arrived. Also, there was chocolate cookie crumbs on the floor by the head of the bed in the master bedroom. There were no extra blankets or pillows for the couch bed.

review of our condo at Splash

When we arrived at about 3:45 the office was closed to check in already. In our room there was no comforter on master bed, no sheets for bunks or sleeper sofa. Condo was full of sand when we arrived but we had no broom. Both bathrooms had a septic smell and small bath tub was stopped up. Didn’t drain very well. I’ve maker didn’t work but we were made aware of this before arrival. Still had a great time.

Enjoyable trip

We had a great stay at Splash! We enjoyed all the amenities and the location. The overall property could have been kept a little cleaner (bathrooms near the pools, gym were dirty), but it was just a small inconvenience. The condo was as described and kept 8 people (adults and children) comfortably. Lots of shared space. Enjoyed the ease of the beach access.

Breath taking views of the ocean♡♡♡

We had to change our plans due to the hurricane in the Atlantic. Room was beautiful but furniture a little dated but very comfortable. Housekeeping was lacking...found all kinds of dirt under couches when moved to retrieve dropped item so we just vacuumed. Drain cover in master shower was loose and came off. Master shower door was stuck at bottom and had to lift up on door to open/close. There is no place to store linens so they just sat out in the open. I suggest if you are short or have any walking issues that you bring a step stool. Balcony furniture was sparse..large table with 2 chairs. Don't get me wrong even with the issues above we enjoyed every minute of our visit and would return again.

Needs improvement...

We had reservations for eight people and only six bath towels were provided. The indoor and outdoor furniture (of the condo) was in poor condition. Also, saying the condo has wifi is misleading. The wifi provided was only in the common areas of the resort, not inside the condo itself. The Splash Resort was a great place for families.

Love the facilities at Splash. Could use a few activities for the Snow Birds to kind of meet each other. Some people tried to start game night, but was not well received by the resort. The men have coffee each morning in lounge. Could use another table there and maybe some coffee. Overall it is a very nice place.

Not worth the price we paid

When we walked in, the condo was clean. That is always a good thing. As we walked into the kitchen, the wall had placed on it where it had been patched up but all you could see was drywall still showing. The owners hadn't even fixed it correctly or painted over the new drywall. The kitchen was not very equipped as other condos I have stayed at. I had to go to Walmart and buy basic things so I could cook. Last, we couldn't use the top bunkbed bc there was no ladder. My 4, 8, or 10 year couldn't climb up to the top without it. I called the managing property and told them the dilemma. I was told a ladder would be sent, we never received the ladder the entire week we were there. The condo was ok since it had an indoor pool and splash pad, but the lazy river and arcade are nothing special. Also there are only 2 elevators for the entire condo building. Takes forever if you're on a top floor. I will not be going back.

End of summer vacation

Condo was nice, stayed in room 1103w.The room was clean when we arrived, the bed sheets all appeared clean, that is the first thing I check whenever I stay in a hotel or condo, so that is a plus. It could use some cosmetic repairs, the paint was peeling off of the wall next to the thermostat from what looked like a previous leak from the room above. The door going out to the balcony from the living room was hard to open and close for my children. There was no ladder to get into the top bunk bed, so my kids slept on the pull out bed. The room was high enough to have great views of the gulf. The condo could use another elevator, sometimes the wait is a little long. The condo is located on the west end of Panama City Beach, their is hardly any traffic down on this end, which is good. It would be nice if there was a pull off at the condo for loading and unloading our luggage, instead of having to push the carts across the sky bridge for a family of 8 is too far. I would stay here again.
