Regarding the issue of having only one toilet in the entire apartment, we feel sorry if this has caused inconvenience for your group. While it is true that Parisian buildings often have limited bathroom facilities. That is why we have especially mentioned this in the AD in order for our clients to avoid disappointment. If this is mandatory for you, it is important to check this on the advert on VRBO. We are sorry to hear that you found the apartment to be hot. The apartment is located in a traditional Parisian building, which implies that it is not equipped with air conditioning, as written on the advert. To accommodate our guests, we provide portable fans in the bedrooms to help with air circulation and cooling. We understand that having fans only in the bedrooms may not have been ideal for you, and we apologize that you weren’t able to put them in the living room. Regarding the noise from the busy street and nearby restaurants, we apologize if this affected your stay. The full apartment has double-glazed windows, it is quiet with windows closed! Fortunately, all bedrooms give to a small but quiet courtyard. If it true that having windows opened on the Avenue can be noisy. The apartment's location in proximity to restaurants is usually appreciated by many of our guests, however, we understand that the noise and smell may not have been to your liking. Once again, we appreciate your feedback and apologize for any inconveniences you encountered during your stay. We value our guests' satisfaction and strive to continuously improve our accommodations.
