Holiday Surf 701 a des sols en carrelage dans la cuisine et des salles de bains avec tapis dans le salon et les chambres. L'unité peut accueillir 6 personnes avec un lit King dans le maître, deux lits jumeaux dans la chambre d'amis et un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. La chambre familiale et la chambre principale sont face à l'océan avec balcon. Même la chambre a une vue fabuleuse sur la plage!
Doté d'une télévision à écran plat 42 pouces dans le salon et d'une télévision à écran plat dans les deux chambres, toutes avec lecteur DVD et WIFI gratuit.

Holiday Surf 701 a été mis à jour avec une nouvelle cuisine comprenant à la fois une tasse K-cup et une cafetière goutte à goutte pour votre plus grand plaisir, ainsi qu'un nouveau mobilier de chambre à coucher avec un nouveau matelas Sealy. La chambre dispose également de nouveaux matelas en mousse de luxe pour un confort ultime.

Best trip!

Very clean kitchen stocked with everything you need. Had Tupperware bowls we used to put sandwiches for beach. Plenty of towels and opportunity for linen exchange. Loved having umbrella and chairs provided with our room. Staff excellent nice area felt safe at all times. We are talking about going next year and get a 3 bedroom condo.

The Perfect Beach Condo

Beautiful property

Our stay was great. This property and the beach are smoke free. Great for some but not advertised. I’m sure most visitors are smoke free and great for them. Again, the property is beautiful but it doesn’t advertise the laws of being a smoker.

Destin holiday

Location was great, beach access was awesome. The room could use some updating but was fine overall. Complaint was the acces to our room from the one elevator location. It was quite a walk outside but there were carts to utilize for transporting groceries etc.

We have been staying at this property for the past 2 years and planning on doing it every year, we always try to get the same unit. Love the place, the view, the people. I highly recommend it. The personel also great people to accomodate your needs and fix any issues you have.

Amazing, simply amazing!

The condo was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. From the beautiful views of the beach and water. The staff was super friendly and helpful! We were having some issues figuring out the TVs and the gentleman at the front desk came up and showed us how to fix the issue. Mr. Wayne was the sweetest! Starting off the day with his smile and places to go and see while we were there! Overall, it was just amazing!

Everyone who worked there was so helpful. Our flights were very late arriving. Stephen (the night manager) was like an angel in the night. He was so pleasant and helpful. It was just a pleasure to be greeted by him. The complementary beach service was incredible. We just loved our stay and are planning to go back soon

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not impressed with the inside. Felt like a cheap motel. Outdated and worn out.

overall got the job done

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My most major complaint would be that i had issues with my AC unit 3 different instances. one in particular that i had to move units with kids at midnight because my room was 85 degrees. About a 2 hour process all said and done. Another instance was at 8am because the power went out and the AC unit didn't reset. lastly, upon arrival the AC unit didn't work so we had to move into a room while they sorted the power out. Room was outdated but got the job done. Would probably not stay here again.
