La seule chose entre vous et l'océan est la plage! Dernier étage, vue dégagée

Condo récemment rénové avec 2 téléviseurs, WIFI, laveuse et sécheuse, lave-vaisselle, cuisinière, réfrigérateur, machine à café Keurig, machine Nespresso et micro-ondes. Une chambre a un lit king size et l'autre a deux lits jumeaux qui peuvent être placés ensemble. Téléviseur intelligent à écran plat de 55 po dans le salon et Téléviseur intelligent à écran plat de 40 po dans une chambre. Grand Lanai. Situé au 3ème étage (haut et plafond voûté) et le plus proche de l'océan dans l'Ocean Front Building de ce complexe calme avec piscine. Vraiment un bel endroit. Il s'agit d'une unité de location hawaïenne légale (numéro de taxe W13809591-01). Vous n'en croirez pas la vue de ce condo et la proximité de l'océan. Endroit calme sauf pour le bruit des vagues ...

The condo is amazing with a great beach view and is in close proximity to anything you want to do on the island. Everything you need to cook with is in the kitchen and the owners gave great info on things to do in the area. Having the beach right there is awesome with great sunrise views.

This is a beautiful spot. It is on the windy side of the island. But the breeze is welcoming. The Condo was very comfortable for the two of us. We really liked the view which was incredible! Having beach stuff available was really nice. Especially, the small cooler we used everyday. The shared storage closet had chairs, umbrellas ect…. Great communication with Amanda. I can see why the condo is basically booked year round.

The beach view was unobstructed, and was a great view! The kitchen had everything we needed. We found the location to be perfect, as the Safeway was close by as well as other shopping options. In addition, we were able to get to many of our vacation destinations easily.

Balcony view exactly as promised. Nice view of the ocean. That said, my wife and I could enjoy the ocean from within the building through windows or sliding doors. I will be more than happy to stay here again. It's centrally located to other areas of Kauai to explore.

You can't get closer to the water. This is truly a special place to stay. Had a wonderful time for my husband's birthday. The view from the balcony is amazing. Couldn't have asked for better.

Wonderful, centrally located, easy to access, easy to communicate with owner, very responsive for the few questions I had. Great location to walk to grocery store and restaurants. Fantastic lanai for morning coffee. We just loved our stay and look forward to returning!

Perfect stay & responsive hosts

This condo was even better than advertised and the hosts were very quick to respond to any questions. Very well stocked on anything you need for a stay on Kauai. Condo was clean & beautifully decorated and you can’t beat the view on the lanai! We will absolutely stay here again when we come back to Kauai

We love Kauai! We have been coming to this exact complex for over 20 years…it is like coming home to us. We are from Vancouver Island located on the West Coast of British Columbia Canada. My Husband is a fly fishing enthusiast and goes out every morning right in front of our place to catch bonefish.

This was previously a time share that we were a part of for over 20 years. When they announced they were selling it as fully renovated condos, we jumped at the chance to buy a piece of this beautiful, quiet place that is truly on the beach.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Literally right on the beach. Our condo is unique in that it has unobstructed views of the ocean. You will fall asleep to the sound of the water. Leave the condo and you're on a beautiful walking path that goes on for miles or just cross the road to shopping and Starbucks, back to your room you'll forget everything but the ocean and the beach.
