Superbe appartement géorgienne au coeur du centre ville de Edimbourg.

L'appartement est joliment dĂ©corĂ© et est rempli de tissus Ă©cossais, des peintures originales Ă©cossaises et dessins, des couleurs chaudes et des tas de personnalitĂ©. Il est une excellente base de dĂ©part pour explorer Edimbourg Ă  pied, et une fois que vous ĂȘtes Ă©puisĂ© par une journĂ©e de shopping ou de tourisme il ya une cuisine fabuleux dans l'appartement et un poĂȘle Ă  bois pour une nuit confortable dans. Pour les plus Ă©nergiques simplement vider les sacs, obtenir les «oripeaux» sur et marcher quelques centaines de yards Ă  quelques-uns des meilleurs bars et restaurants que Édimbourg a Ă  offrir. AprĂšs quelques nuits ici, vous ĂȘtes presque certain de se sentir Ă©cossais et vous ne serez certainement pas envie de partir!
Vous entrez dans le 'escalier partagĂ©e »traditionnelle au niveau de la chaussĂ©e et de faire votre chemin jusqu'Ă  les originaux, des marches de pierre Ă  la porte de l'appartement au 2Ăšme Ă©tage (en haut). Il ya deux chambres; un trĂšs grand et un grand. Les deux chambres peuvent ĂȘtre mis en place soit comme lits jumeaux ou lits doubles (taille Super King et King size). Les lits sont naturellement standard 'HĂŽtel de luxe'. La chambre principale dispose d'une belle coiffeuse avec un miroir grossissant Ă©clairĂ© pour les dames.
Il ya une grande salle à manger cuisine trÚs bien équipée avec four, plaque de cuisson, micro-ondes et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer un festin! Il comprend également un lave-vaisselle, lave-linge et la radio numérique.
Le salon est joliment dĂ©corĂ© et dispose d'un poĂȘle Ă  bois et cheminĂ©e d'origine brĂ»lant. Il ya le wifi, la tĂ©lĂ©vision par cĂąble numĂ©rique et un haut-parleur Bluetooth pour votre divertissement et le panneau latĂ©ral est bourrĂ© de jeux de sociĂ©tĂ© amusant pour une nuit animĂ©e! Il ya aussi un canapĂ©-lit disponible dans le salon pour les grands groupes.
La salle de bains est une piĂšce chaleureuse et accueillante avec sa grande baignoire, grande pomme de douche traditionnelle, dalles de pierre, des couleurs chaudes et la trĂšs importante chauffage au sol!

Fantastic Stay in the Heart of Edinburgh!We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful VRBO! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to all of Edinburgh’s major attractions, shops, and restaurants. The hosts, Maciej and Anna, were incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating throughout our visit. They made us feel right at home and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The property itself was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly equipped for a relaxing stay. We would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Edinburgh. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful flat in a great location. Close to central Edinburgh shopping areas and more importantly for us the EICC. The host was really friendly and accomodating. The apartment is well equipped and even a selection of provisions were waiting for us. We felt really at home. We would happily stay here again. We highly recommend it.

Weekend in Edinbourgh

Really enjoyed our long weekend in Edinbrough and this rental was the perfect size for the 3 of us. Cozy for lazy mornings and great location for a nightcap!

Maciej was a very pleasant and helpful host. Unfortunately the property shows a lot of neglected maintenance. The biggest problems were the broken washing machine and master bed. While these may have been just before we arrived, there were a lot of other less important issues. The fridge door didn't seal properly and the freezer door was broken, The bathroom fan didn't work and there was mould in the corners of the bathroom. There was an open drain in the bathroom sink. Cracked glass in the bedroom window, kitchen clock not running. Mostly small things that would not be surprising in a 3 or 4 star property but not in a 5 star one.

Pretty quiet area that is close to train station and several bus stops. Reasonable walking distance to several points of interest, restaurants, and shopping. Good communication with host. Would have preferred to have more control of the temperature. Clothes were still damp after seven hours of air drying.

Family trip

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment. The location was 15 to 20 minute walk to old town. The apartment was in an area of the city with cute shops and restaurants . I would definitely recommend.

The apartment was very nice and cozy. My two daughters and I loved the location. Near everything, even a couple of pubs and restaurants on our street. The amenities, milk bread and butter were especially nice and I must add the lovely fresh flowers on the table. One thing though the apartment is on the top floor and there are 4 sets of stairs to climb with luggage. Just be careful. We made it fine and I’m a very fit 79 year old women. Would definitely stay here again. And our host was available for any concerns we had.

Great location and lovely place.

The location was super great. Everything was walkable Edinburgh Castle, the Royal mile plus amazing food and bars all next-door. If I’m ever in the area again I’m definitely going to be staying here.

Ideal apartment for a family stay

This apartment was ideal for our family, having all we needed and is located close to the centre of Edinburgh. The host was proactive with communication and was very helpful in making arrangements ahead of our arrival. The check-in arrangements worked well and were straightforward. The apartment is attractive inside and made for a very comfortable stay for our family.

Edinburgh holiday

The property is very close to the castle and Princess Street. Several good restaurants and cafes very close. It was very clean and the host responded quickly to questions. We would definitely recommend.

Superb apartment in central Edinburgh.

Apartment was very clean and spacious. One of the few with a king sized bed. Main tourist attractions within walking distance. Great pub across the road and wine bar next door. Host was excellent communicator and provided all the food basics and some special treats too. Highly recommended.

We were blown away by this rental. The space was exceptionally clean and equipped with everything we needed for our time in Scotland. It was centrally located and easy to get around the town. We loved the overall layout of the home. It was so nice for our family to be able to spread out after long days. I appreciated the welcoming gifts of bread, apples and chocolate. And, as silly as it may sound, it was nice to be able to keep up with laundry while on vacation. We purchased some towels locally, but if you do use a face towel to clean your skin at night, plan to bring some with you. Thank you for opening your lively snug up to us!

I've been involved with property in Edinburgh for 12 years and have always loved Georgian and Victorian architecture with all it's grandeur! I have renovated and upgraded many original Edinburgh properties but the 'Snug' is my first Holiday Apartment and I absolutely love it. I live a short walk down the hill from the apartment in an old townhouse in Stockbridge with my wife Rebecca and our 2 little boys. If I ever need a quiet sit down I sneak off to the Snug and hide!! My father in law is a famous Irish poet (Michael Longley) and my sister in law is a well known Scottish/Irish painter and most of the books are Michael's collections and the art on the walls are Sarah Longley originals or sketch work from her bigger collections. Also, if you'd like a kilt made whilst you're here - my brother in law is a kilt maker!!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

The West End of Edinburgh is a hidden gem of a place, full of boutique shops, delis, coffee shops, proper pubs and restaurants and it just so happens to be less than 5 minutes walk from Princes' Street. It's such a great location that as soon as I saw the apartment I knew it had to be shared! Doing interiors is one of my passions and I was able to cut loose on the William Street Snug with Georgian colour schemes and gorgeous Scottish tartans and tweed textiles and original Georgian walls are ideal for hanging great art!
