Your Own Deeded Boat Slip (#49): This is the real deal – your own slip with water and electric hookups, right near the boat ramp. Launch from the marina and reach open ocean through Snake Creek or Tavernier Creek in just 10 minutes for fishing, lobster diving, snorkeling, or scuba. Boat ramp access is included with the community. Trailer parking is available on site, and Futura Yacht Club charges $150 for it for your stay.

Resort-Style Community Amenities: Heated pool with spacious sun deck and poolside WiFi, lit pickleball and tennis courts for evening play, basketball court, charcoal grills, a waterfront pier with fire pits, Adirondack sunset chairs, hammocks, tiki hut, and picnic tables. BOOKING INFO

We book Saturday to Saturday with a 7-night minimum stay. If you're bringing a boat, Futura Yacht Club charges $150 for trailer parking and $50 for boat registration. FYC collects both at their office when you arrive. FYC also requires a copy of your boat insurance showing at least $300,000 in property damage coverage, so bring a photocopy with you.
