Notre chambre principale comprend un lit king-size en mousse à mémoire de forme, un écran plat 55 "4KHD SMARTTV, des draps propres et croustillants et une vue sur l'océan sur le balcon. Notre chambre d'hôtes a un lit Queen avec un 40 "HD LED SMART TV. Vue complète sur l'océan depuis notre cuisine et notre salon bien équipés. Le salon a 60 "LED SMART TV, IDÉAL POUR LES SPORTS OU LES FILMS. Notre emplacement offre un accès direct en haute mer à la pêche et à la plongée de classe mondiale ainsi qu'aux parcs et loisirs locaux. La location de kayaks vous apportera les kayaks au condo et vous ramassera lorsque vous aurez terminé. Profitez d'une journée sur l'eau.
Dînez à l'intérieur ou aux chandelles sur votre grand balcon ou choisissez parmi nos nombreux restaurants de renommée mondiale à proximité. L'Internet sans fil vous permet de rester en contact avec le reste du monde. Laissez la brise tropicale vous caresser en plein cœur de Margaritaville.

Great stay and host

David and his wife were great at staying in touch and were very available to answer questions. The complex is really nice and well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Beds were comfortable and actually the pull out couch was the most comfortable pull out my daughter said she ever slept on (foam instead of that terrible wire/thin mattress). Beach is not a typical beach access but does have access to the water. The pool however was so nice and very large. Would definitely stay again.

Accommodations very comfortable with everything we needed. Loved the pool area. Highly recommend a snorkeling boat charter and sunset cruise on private charter. The waters and surrounding vegetation and wildlife are gorgeous!

The decor and colors were very warm and welcoming. Would have been nice to know prior to booking that the laundry was not in the unit but coun operated down the hall.Was a few extra steps with paperwork but owner was good to work with.

Family Birthday Fun

Not the best of start, due to issues with email communication. Very glad owners were on property at our arrival. Condo was clean, very good location and nice. The High School was a little bit of a pain with sport activities during the wedk(loud). Was my brother in laws and husbands Birthday that week and we did have a very good time.

Glad you enjoyed it. Do you know what happened to the remote control for Comcast box in the living room? We turn the apartment upside down looking for it in the cushions and the pull-out couch and the chairs under the furniture all the drawers couldn't find it anywhere. It was there before you checked in. Please let us know

Beautiful condo with a great view

This is a beautifully decorated condo with a great ocean view. We had a great time and the owner was very responsive to any of our questions and needs. The location is close to shopping, groceries, restaurants, and entertainment. I would definitely recommend this rental property to others.

The ideal break from reality

Stayed the last week in January. Waters were a bit cool for snorkeling, however my wife paddle boarded every day. She visited with residential manatees & sea turtles on a daily basis. We fished out of Bud & Mary's Marina catching enough fish to eat for 3 nights. We had the Islamorada Fish Co. Restaurant prepare some of our catch the 1st night and cooked the rest back at the condo serving it on the balcony overlooking the ocean, The place we stayed at was immaculate, the kitchen had everything you would need, just had to do some grocery shopping (Winn Dixie 2 miles away). Overall, it was a very relaxing retreat. The sunrise from the balcony was breath taking. The pool was heated & the residents at the Sea Gull Condo were welcoming and sociable.

A very nice stay in Tavernier

The condo was as advertised. Very clean, spacious, and nice view of the ocean from the balcony. Our only hiccup was the property manager was supposed to send me an email with access codes and how to pick up a key fob to access the pool and common area doors. We called David and he was able to get us the info and to find someone to get us a key fob. Communication with David was always quick, easy and efficient. The area has plenty of restaurants and we also made a day trip to Key West. Highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay again.

Stayed for a month at David's condo and it was exactly as advertised. The entire place was very clean, modern, and up-to-date. We even like the high school next door because the track around their field was an all-weather composite that made it easy on the knees for exercise. David was very easy to work with and communicated well throughout the entire Rental process. He even gave us an additional refund because of the lack of facilities due to Hurricane Irma. I would recommend their condo to anyone wishing to stay in Tavernier.

We were more than happy to help them in any way we could to make their stay as pleasant as possible. The good and the bad

The unit was lovely, clean, and had everything we needed - except the balcony. Unfortunately during the 1st 5 days of our stay a construction project meant no deck access. The owner had let us know, but only a couple week ahead of time, and he did make a price adjustment to compensate. Other than the construction, everything was great, huge pool, sandy area near the water (but not really a swimming beach). We wouldnt hesitate to return.
