The stay was very comfortable. The unit was well stocked, very clean and you can’t beat the location. Short walk to the beach and a short drive everywhere else. Highly recommend.

Lovely and Comfortable

This duplex was very well laid out, clean and well stocked. Pets are welcomed and provided water bowls. The outside area was pleasant and shady. A short walk to the beach. All together a great place.

Quiet Neighborhood and Dog Friendly

My husband and I stayed with our puppy for 2 weeks while we waited for the home we purchased to close. The neighbors are very friendly, the property is dog friendly (completely fenced in), and it’s just about a block from the beach. We even got to see 2 rocket launches while we were there
 great location. The unit had everything we needed for our stay. The small kitchen table seats 4, which is where we worked for 2 weeks. The unit is close to great restaurants and things to do. The owner was very responsive and check in/out was easy. We had a lovely stay.

Wish we could have stayed longer...

Overall comfortable and felt like a home. Well equipped kitchen though no toaster good thing we had brought our own. Beds were comfy. Lots of linens and towels. Loved being close to the beach and grocery stores. Nice locale and neighbours were friendly. Darla my doggie loved the fenced yard. My sister and I enjoyed ourselves. Pleasantly Surprised!

We booked last minute and honestly weren't expecting much with such short notice. However, what a wonderful place this turned out to be! All of our needs were met and them some. Quiet, clean, cozy, short walking distance to the beach, and close to ice cream! Much roomier than expected from the picture as well with plenty of space for 4 adults. We loved the fact that they kept a nice stash of often forgotten items, lots of towels, blankets, and pillows, extra sunscreen, and games for rainy days. Feels like home. We will definitely be back!

Great Location!

Great location and beach a short walk. Even on a busy holiday week the beach had limited people and was very relaxing. Great waves for two 16 year old boys to boogie board.

The property was clean and well maintained. The items you need away from home were provided. It was like staying in an apartment. The property was just a few blocks from the beach and the neighborhood was safe and well maintained.

the stay was great. the house is very cozy and close to the beach.

everything was very good. until ... one of the neighbors in front of us hit us with his car when we left the parking lot. He was texting on the phone and did not see us when he stepped back. But when it comes to the house and our stay it was all very well. just for that bad moment they made us go through.

Excellent Value

The location of this home is excellent. My daughter and I boogie boarded on the beach two hours every day. This Cape Canaveral beach was great (sandy, no rocks). The location was convenient to anything you want to purchase or eat. The rental house was nice, and the neighbor was very informative. He tipped us off to a local outdoor festival with a great band. The only drawback to the week was we had to do a little cleaning when we arrived. Outside of that it was a great experience.

This property was clean but barely furnished. And it was much smaller than I like. It needed a few area rugs, some pictures on the walls and some decent furniture. I did like that it was close to the beach.

Summer vacation

We really enjoy our stay at Karen's home. The place is really nice, quiet and clean. It wasen't our first time at Cape Canaveral and we appreciate to be so close to the beach.

Can't imagine a better deal

Plenty of space and super clean in a great location only a couples blocks from the beach. Walking distance from lots of places to eat and a only short drive from many more. Equally suitable for a vacation on the go or just wanting to be near the beach. Definitely will come back
