Cette 3 chambre du roi, 5 salles de bain maison est située dans un quartier résidentiel calme et est un bloc de tous les restaurants et Shoppes du quartier de Times Square / Pier. Profitez de la piscine chauffée paisible avec son authentique Tiki Bar sur une extrémité. Le nouveau au Tiki Bar est une télévision à écran plat de 19 pouces, une machine à glaçons, un réfrigérateur et un mixeur. BBQ certains de poisson frais de nos marchés locaux sur votre gril à gaz Weber. À l'étage supérieur, vous trouverez une cuisine spacieuse entièrement équipée avec de nouveaux comptoirs en marbre, un grand salon avec canapé en cuir blanc, un canapé-lit queen-size et une télévision à écran plat, 4 salles de bains, 2 vérandas et 2 chambres à coucher avec un écran plat. En bas se trouve une autre cuisine, un salon avec télévision à écran plat, une salle de bains commode pour l'usage de la piscine, et un roi chambre de maître avec un dressing. Pour le côté de la rue de l'appartement en bas est un porche d'écran et buanderie. Entre l'appartement et la piscine est un porche d'écran de véranda avec de nombreux sièges pour toute votre famille. Il y a 2 clics, un grand canapé, un lit bébé, deux lits simples et un matelas pneumatique pour un espace de couchage supplémentaire. À côté de la piscine est une douche extérieure pour l'utilisation de la piscine et pour cette personne plus grande dans votre groupe. Récemment ajoutés, des cannes à pêche pour pêcher dans le canal, deux vélos utilisés pour aller à la plage ou pour voir l’île, et deux kayaks pour pagayer dans les canaux et dans la baie arrière (il faut signer un drapeau et porter un gilet de sauvetage). Cette propriété est située à côté de Paradise Cove II qui est un 4 roi, 1 reine, 3 salles de bain, piscine, canal, bar à la maison. Réunissez les deux pour les grandes réunions de famille. Paradise Cove est géré par notre famille afin d'offrir de meilleurs tarifs et services à nos clients.

We had a wonderful 17 days here. Tess was a wonderful host. Very responsive! The house is beautiful, clean and new. The location is perfect to enjoy the beach, shops and restaurants. We saw a ton of dolphins and manatees in the canal. The pool was so warm and clean. The sun ledge was perfect to relax on. We caught some snook in the canal as well. The elevator was so convenient for bringing luggage and groceries up and down. The home was very spacious. The tub was very convenient for giving our daughter a bath. The beds and couches were very comfortable. The outside shower was a perfect way to cool off or rinse off after a day at the beach. The views and sunsets are gorgeous from the back deck. The home and location is very family friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Location and Beautiful Backyard

Great Location!

Location is amazing, close to beach, restaurants and shopping. Having a house on the canal is always a plus. Kayaks were a nice bonus! Spent lots of time in the pool and at the tiki bar.

Great Place!

This was a great property. Close to everything on the beach. Fishing off the dock was nice. The Koster’s were great, very helpful about fishing in the area, local spots. Pool was perfect. Hope to come back some time.

We had 3 couples and an 11 month old. We loved the 3 king bedrooms, everyone had their space.

Loved this house. Close to the beach and restaurants. The highchair, pack 'n play, stroller, and wagon were a definate draw to this place - all were used! We saw manatees twice in the canal that was a surprise and a bonus.

Great Thanksgiving week.

We had a great time at Paradise Cove this week. It is a great location within walking distance of everything. Loved having the dock and being able to take off and go fishing with our friends who live on the island. The split living was great also, as we traveled with my parents so ot gave them their own space while we had ours upstairs. We will definitely consider Paradise Cove on our next trip.down to FTMB.

We own Paradise Cove, Paradise Cove II side by side rentals sleeping 10 each with pool, Beach House across the street from these two with 4 kings and two baths, Miramar by the Sea a 3 bedroom with pool and hot tub, Heavenly Tropics a 4 king three bath pool, and Sunshine Cove and Sunshine Nook each one king duplex with lock out door and pool all rentals in Fort Myers Beach FL. During the summer we are in Minnesota to be near our four children, their spouses and 10 grandchildren. We have great friends who help us out with our rentals when we are not there. During the winter we are snowbirds and reside on Fort Myers Beach which we love! The kids do come and visit. We have retired from the family car lot and have let the kids take over. Our new passion is property management. We now have 6 properties on Fort Myers Beach so if you don't see the options you want or if this calendar is full, please contact us anyway! One block from the beach, pier and Times Square. The location is close enough to walk everywhere and far enough away to sit by the pool or at the Tiki bar and feel as if you are on a private island.

Enjoy a book in one of the four screened in porches. The view from the upstairs two porches is breathtaking! Enjoy a cocktail at the authentic, fully equipped, Tiki Bar. Once you have relaxed take the five minute walk to Times Square and visit our tropical themed shops. Prices are reasonable everywhere on the beach. Our restaurants boast many specials.
