This is a very nice condo. Lots of “extras”, beach chairs, towels, cooler, lots of kitchen extras, and the kitchen was nicely stocked too! The condo was perfect for us for the week. Location was great, just a short walk to the beach and we could see the ocean from our balcony. 2 pickelball courts that we could use, and 2 bikes.

Great location

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was great because it’s across from Doc’s and the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Our condo was very clean and had everything we needed! Would rent this condo again in the future.

Condo very cute and clean. LOVED CLOSE TO BEACH! Wagon, cooler , beach chair use very helpful...Disappointed pools were Not open. And Construction guys during the day in atrium and had to keep blinds closed as patio faced where they were staged.

Bonita Beach and Tennis Club

We had a wonderful week in Bonita! We love this area because it's so laid back. A short walk across the street to the beach. The condo was immaculate and had all we needed. Due to the construction and painting the Lania wasn't available to us, the same with the pool. Otherwise, we would give this a solid 5 in all categories.

We love this place! Location, location, location!

Beautiful spot for whatever you want to do or not:) My husband and I have been going for years:) Steps to the beautiful beach, relax, take walks, jet ski, parasailing, eat at Doc's:) Then you are located between Ft. Myers and Naples, minutes from where you can find fine dining, great shopping, other water activities, the zoo, the local hangouts.. and fun little spots all around. The accommodations here are top notch. Everything you need. Well maintained and protected. Beautiful pools, tennis courts, grill areas.. We have never been disappointed.

Close to the beach and places to eat. The beach was beautiful. Dolphins like to swim nearby on barefoot beach. Lots of opportunity for shelling. Enjoyed every day there.

Fanatstic location

Dave was great to work with. He quickly responded to any of our questions or needs. The condo is in the best location, right across the street from the beach. It was extremely clean and well furnished. It was equipped with everything you would need for the beach. We have been renting for the past ten years at the Beach & Tennis Club and we feel that Dave & Sharon's unit was the cleanest one. We would not hesitate to rent from Dave again in the future.

Great unit

We had a week wonderful stay. Convenient to everything- Beach, Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach and Naples. Update and comfortable- has everything including bikes! Only downside is close to the road- but traffic dies down at night when you are home.

Absolutely loved the condo! Very clean, had everything you needed for the beach. We took a great bike ride around the area, as well. The town itself was quiet, and had the most beautiful sunsets I’ve ever seen!

Wonderful location and a bargain for being right across from the beach. Condo is very clean and comfortable for 1-2 people with a king size bed. Been nicely updated. Very responsive owners make for a pleasant experience. Will be back for sure.

Relaxing and convenient!

We stayed for 5 Days. This rental had everything you could ask for! It was immaculately clean. Owner has been in touch and quick replies. We enjoyed our stay here, and will definitely rent here again. We loved the location and the beach across the street — The chairs and umbrella were a great addition. Great location!

This was a great property with access to Bonita Beach directly across the street. Dave was very responsive to all of our needs! Highly recommend the property! We rented kayaks from "Paddle Naples" just over hickory bridge north of the condo and kayaked to hickory preserve through the mangroves. Beautiful and had the beach essentially to ourselves.

Best VRBO condo yet

I have used VRBO for years since its inception. I have stayed in million dollar condos on the elite 30A Panhandle Rosemary Beach location as well as the exclusive Key Biscayne off Miami Beach. This condo offered so many amenities and was so close to the beach it was by far the best experience yet!

Really Really awesome!

This was my first vrbo experience and Dave’s condo did not disappoint! Short 3 minute walk to the beach(which is miles and miles long)can see a beautiful sunrise and sunset from the patio. Very clean and organized with easy directions and suggestions for the area. (Area feels very safe as well)For the price and location this is an amazing spot! Really hope to be back soon!

We are Dave and Sharon Reeves. We live in Bloomington, IL. I grew up here. Sharon was born in Charleston, SC but moved to the Houston area as a young child. We met in Winter Park, CO while skiing in 1977. We married in 1980 and have lived in Bloomington since while raising two wonderful daughters.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We had stayed on Ft. Myers Beach several times. We loved it there, but felt held captive by the traffic. In March of 2009, we were lucky enough to book a vacation to Bonita Springs and stayed at the Beach and Tennis Club. We made an offer on a this unit and it was accepted before we left for Illinois. We did an extensive remodel in the summer. We just love spending time there!
