Sometimes after a unit has been closed up for a bit, it just needs some airflow to freshen up, and we’re glad to hear it improved once the A/C was running. We hope to welcome you back again soon!

We would like to clarify that ongoing hurricane recovery and construction within the community are clearly disclosed in the property description prior to booking so guests can make an informed decision. If you read the property description, it specifically notes that sidewalks and certain common areas are still undergoing repair following storm damage. The hurricanes caused extensive impacts throughout the area, and while repairs — including sidewalks and shared spaces — are actively in progress, projects of this scale do take time to complete. The association continues to work toward full restoration as quickly as possible, and we appreciate guests’ understanding as the community moves through this rebuilding process.

Hi Jeffrey - thank you for taking the time to share your review. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the great location of Beach & Tennis 1501, especially being so close to the beach. We appreciate your feedback regarding the smart TV and the couch. This is the first feedback we've received of the couch being uncomfortable to we'll be sure to check it out. Once the condo association decides on whether they're keeping or changing the current cable service, the owner will update with a newer tv if needed. We hope to welcome you back for another enjoyable stay in the future!

We would like to make it known that the property description clearly states that the community has ongoing construction. The following statement is copied and pasted here directly from the property description you had access to when booking: "Bonita Beach & Tennis continues to rebuild while re-opening in a limited capacity since hurricane Ian. The condo complex is a "CONSTRUCTION ZONE!" This will include but not limited to ongoing construction around the 5 condo towers, and common areas of the property. The pool, tennis courts are currently closed. The pool is estimated to be reopended by April 1, 2025 but subject to change. There will be no refunds after arrival because of the aforementioned construction condition of the condo community." Therefore, you were indeed given an explanation to why the pool was closed and should have expected the building construction. The condos themselves are in excellent condition as you saw, and the beaches have come back to life again. However, the recovery process does take time and landscaping and community amenities are typically the last things to be fixed up after a major hurricane. We still anticipate the pool opening this April! We wish you all the best in your future travels, and would love to have you back again when the community has fully rebuilt from the storm.
