While our area continues to rebuild from the impacts of recent hurricanes, and though our paradise may look a bit different than it once did, our beaches are beautiful and accessible right across the street from this condo. The sun continues to shine and brings with it spectacular sunsets to savor and new memories to be made. Although ongoing renovations are taking place throughout Bonita Beach and Fort Myers Beach - local shops and restaurants continue to reopen and welcome your support with a visit to our area!



Some restoration work is ongoing in the buildings, grounds, sidewalks and atriums, so occasional daytime construction noise is possible. The tennis courts are currently closed, but two temporary pickleball courts are available.

One of the most popular addresses for visitors to Southwest Florida's Gulf Beaches, this bright and cheerful 4th floor studio condo in building 3 provides a great home base for your beach vacation; up to 4 guests can enjoy all the benefits of this beautiful location, and the comforts provided by the owner for a memorable beach getaway.



In this studio condo you will enjoy:



500 square feet of studio space, including an open concept living, dining, kitchen and sleeping area. A full bathroom, in-unit laundry and fully screened 4th floor balcony complete the unit.



Living area includes a comfortable sofa sleeper, club chair, flat screen TV with community provided cable package and sliding glass doors opening to the enclosed lanai/balcony. The lanai offers a pub-height table for 2 to enjoy a morning coffee and/or evening drink with a bird’s eye view of one of the two community pools; the sliding doors may be closed to enjoy the space in the cooler months or opened to enjoy the fresh air (the lanai is fully screened as well.

Sleeping space with king bed, nightstands, walk-in closet & ceiling fan. A retractable partition may be opened and closed to offer privacy between the bed and living area.



Bathroom with large walk-in shower and stackable washer/dryer for your convenience and complimentary use (this is a unique feature as most of the studios at this complex do not have in-unit washer & dryer.)



Full kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, stove, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, dinnerware, glasses and cutlery provided. A table and chairs for 4 completes the kitchen space.



Free Wi-Fi throughout the condo.



All bed linens, bath and pool/beach towels are included.



Beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler are included.



Your stay at this vacation condo includes free parking so you can easily walk to the beach. Please note, RV or Trailor parking is NOT PERMITTED.



Beach and Tennis Club offers 2 heated pools, a kiddie pool, direct beach access to beautiful Bonita Beach - making beach access very convenient and a short walk without having the stress of finding beach parking, 2 elevators servicing the building, community coin-operated laundry facility in buildings 1, 3, and 5, and is close to the Bonita Beach amenities including wave runners, paddle boarding, kayaking, etc.



While the newly reopened Beach and Tennis Club is currently not offering tennis, its unprecedented access and proximity to some of SW Florida's award-winning beaches still make it a highly desired vacation destination! This property is directly across the boulevard from the white sands of Bonita Beach and all its amenities including wave runners, paddle boarding and kayaking. You'll be close to some of Bonita Beach's favorite restaurants including Doc's Beach House, Coconut Jacks & The Fish House.



Bonita Springs is in the heart of Southwest Florida. Immediately to your north you will find Lovers Key State Park, Fort Myers Beach, Estero, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Sanibel, and Captiva Islands. To the south is the luxurious town of Naples. Within a half hour of the condo complex you will find all the beaches, watersports, fishing, cultural events, sporting events, nature preserves, shopping, and dining you will need to make your time in Southwest Florida completely unforgettable!



This condo is the perfect getaway, yet close to all the pleasures Southwest Florida has to offer.



This property is approximately 23 miles from RSW International Airport. This 5-building complex is a walk across the street from Bonita Beach.



No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; this includes the condo and balcony.



No pets allowed.



The minimum age to rent is 25. Please be prepared to present a government issued picture ID, matching the name on the property booked in, to a representative of management company or property owner within 24 hours of your check-in.
