Vous ne pouvez tout simplement pas battre Oceanfront! Maison de ville spacieuse de trois chambres avec parking couvert en plein centre-ville d'Ocean City. Descendez de votre terrasse privée en bord de mer dans le sable doux et chaud. Pas de chaises ni d'équipement de plage sur la route côtière. Cette maison dispose d'une fabuleuse cuisine récemment rénovée et de nouveaux ponts / escaliers extérieurs. HVAC a remplacé 2019. La maison dispose de trois grandes chambres: la chambre principale au niveau principal a un lit queen et salle de bain complète; A l'étage, la chambre # 2 a 2 reines et une demi-salle de bain; A l'étage, la chambre # 3 a une reine et un jumeau plus une terrasse privée BONUS avec vue sur la baie pour regarder le coucher du soleil !! Salle de bain complète partagée avec baignoire / douche à l'étage. La cuisine améliorée est entièrement équipée avec micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, congélateur, machine à glaçons et "îlot de boissons" séparé avec réfrigérateur, Keurig et cafetière. Une salle à manger complète facilite les repas en famille.

La maison a également laveuse / sécheuse, climatisation centrale, ventilateurs supplémentaires, fer / planche à repasser, 4 téléviseurs et WiFi. Appelez pour plus de détails. Stationnement pour deux voitures sous la maison. Stationnement supplémentaire disponible le long de la ruelle et sur les 78e et 79e rues. Les locations à la semaine se font du samedi au samedi.

Notre maison est nettoyée professionnellement avant et après votre visite afin que vous puissiez profiter de vos vacances dans une maison lumineuse et propre!

Ceci est une maison de ville - et les voisins sont à proximité. Nous aimons nos voisins et nous espérons que tous nos clients les traitent avec gentillesse et considération. Beaucoup de nos locataires annuels sont devenus de bons amis avec nos voisins, qui sont résidents toute l'année d'Ocean City.

AUCUN locataire semaine senior de moins de 25 ans. de l'âge.

Veuillez consulter le calendrier en ligne pour connaître la disponibilité. Location à la semaine uniquement (c'est-à-dire, pas de location à la nuitée) pendant la haute saison (mi-juin à septembre).

Veuillez noter qu'il s'agit d'une maison de ville sur deux niveaux surélevée avec de nombreux escaliers. Les quartiers d'habitation principaux sont les 2e et 3e étages de la structure. Le premier étage est un accès / stockage privé du propriétaire.

Great family stay

Had a great family vacation. Property was in a great location and check-in was very easy. The year round neighbors that abut the property were also very nice to our 2 year old son, they even gave him a little toy! Would definitely stay again!

This was our second time staying at this property and won’t be the last. We love it! Perfect location, perfect set up, clean, friendly neighbors, and you CAN NOT beat the view. Nothing compares to having the beach in your back yard! Highly recommend!

View of ocean incredible- Inside doesn't match outside

The property in general was OK. Mainly felt like the view was what we paid for. House Is OK, Kitchen nice. But definitely needs new carpet on steps as well as bathroom remodeling. Shower in downstairs bedroom was gross. Had to wear sandals. The outside deck was wonderful but extremely unsafe for our 2 year old grandson. Steps inside house also very unsafe for small children. To our Family it was not worth the price we paid.

Hi Brian, I'm sorry to hear that you weren't completely thrilled with your experience. We take pride in the cleanliness & condition of our home. We have used the same housekeeper for years and we usually perform a personal walkthrough each week before a new guest arrives. If the shower was not cleaned to your standards, we sincerely apologize and wish you had contacted us right away so we could have rectified the situation. We have never had a guest complaint about cleanliness and we take these comments very seriously. We are performing regular maintenance & upgrade projects and will take your feedback about the carpeted stairs & bathroom remodeling into consideration. Regarding safety, our own children have spent a great amount of time at this beach house over the years -- my 6 month-old & 24 month-old lived there for 2 months straight -- so we realize that while it is constructed 'to code', no home is completely child-proof. We hope our photos show the layout & details so parents can choose carefully when selecting a vacation home. Again, thank you for your feedback and we wish you the best in your future travels!

Perfect view, perfect location

This townhouse is in a great location with the most amazing, large back deck that overlooks the ocean. You can sunbathe on the deck while watching young children play on the beach. There are tons of restaurants, grocery stores, and fun activities nearby. It’s a win-win for all. I’ve already emailed the owner about rebooking for next year.

Great Place

We just came back from renting this property and it was wonderful. Just enough space, (we had 6 adults and 1 child) and the front deck is amazing. It is the best equipped rental that I have ever had, (coffeemaker, Keurig, lots of dishes and pots and pans, crock pot, etc). The neighbors next door were great, and lots of fun. I recommend this highly.

Wonderful Townhouse on Beach = Great Vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful townhouse. We comfortably fit mixed families with young children and teenagers in this home -- with plenty of privacy for everyone. We had no issue finding a parking spot either for 3 cars (1 is included). The location can't be beat, and makes for lugging things to the beach very simple. The property is super clean and very well maintained. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much for a memorable vacation! The owner was very attentive to any questions we had, which was much appreciated. I highly recommend this property.

Relaxing vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at this fabulous location. It was centrally located in Ocean City and within walking distance to several restaurants. The owners were very hospitable and the neighbors were friendly. Of course, our favorite aspect was the proximity to the beach! The unit was clean and the beds were comfortable. I highly recommend this property for rental. First, the owners are extremely helpful and accomodating which makes the process very easy! The condo is conveniently located to everything, is exceptionally clean and has all the conveniences of home. The newly remodeled kitchen is beautiful. My only recommendation would be replacement of the mattress in the bedroom facing bayside.....it causes you to roll into the middle which makes it hard to get a good nights sleep. This will the place we rent year after year for our Sept family get-away.

Excellent Rental!

This home is absolutely beautiful and the location couldn't be any better. The deck has plenty of space to sit outside and enjoy the view and the path over the dunes is right at the bottom of the stairs. The house is very well maintained and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend it!! Thank you for a wonderful week.

The location of the property is perfect for adults and quiet time and teens to hop on the bus and off to the boardwalk. There was plenty of room for everyone.
