Ce bord de mer 2 chambres est situé sur Carolina Beach Ave Sud, où vous êtes loin du plus fréquenté Lake Park Blvd. À quelques pâtés de maisons de la Carolina Beach Boardwalk, récemment rénovée, vous êtes proche de nombreuses attractions et restaurants de Carolina Beach. Le condo est à quelques pas de la plage, accessible depuis un passage privé. Il y a aussi une petite piscine communautaire où vous pourrez vous détendre et prendre quelques rayons. Regardez le lever du soleil sur l'océan depuis votre terrasse, puis profitez de la brise du soir et du bruit des vagues. Nous avons internet gratuit et wifi.

Great Stay

We had a great time at this property. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. The property looked just like the pictures. We loved that it was right on the beach, but since it was on the first floor we didn't have to carry the kids up multiple flights of stairs. It was the perfect Mother's Day long weekend get away.

Excellent Experience

The condo was absolutely perfect in every way. Perfect location, super clean, everything we needed was provided, everything worked great, and it’s far enough away from crowded areas but close enough to walk to the boardwalk, restaurants, shopping, etc. Great experience and we will definitely be back.

This was a nice property with a good sized deck. It was right next to the ocean. The location is good because you can walk to the boardwalk but be away from the congestion. This unit is great for families with children!

Simply relaxing and peaceful view of dunes and water. Easy walk down to the beach access up and across the nice decking and over just a bit of dune sand down to the flat beach. Everything we needed for an impromptu getaway. Thanks Richard!!

The location was very close to the beach, which is our reason for going. We spend almost the whole day there. It’s a convenient location to a few restaurants and ice cream shops. I like that we had assigned parking. We had a group of 4 and the unit was very accommodating. Plenty of towels - even beach towels. I was glad we had the washer/dryer bc my husband was rolled by a big wave and we had to wash his clothes. The unit itself was pretty clean. I guess if I had to complain about something, the drains in the showers were pretty slow. Also there’s not really a place to store and groceries you may buy. But I would definitely stay here again.

Checking in was super easy! The condo is nice and has a decent-sized balcony. The beach access was clean and well maintained. The only slightly irritating thing was being the condo next to the pool/pool gate and the gate to the beach access. It would get quite noisy during the day, rendering the outdoor space unsuitable at those times. Overall, I would stay there again, possibly in the off-season.

Just right for two couples

This property was the right location for us, and the bedroom / bathroom situation was perfect for sharing with our friends – another couple. Nice view of the water, with the high dunes blocking out the people on the beach - felt more private. Be aware that the cleaning & property fees (which I think are pretty high for the size property, especially since we were just there one night) does not include the kitchen, so you have to be prepared to clean the kitchen and take out all trash.

Ladies Getaway!

I took my mother and her two sisters for a surprise beach getaway, they have already asked to go again next fall. We plan on going back again this coming fall. This oceanfront condo was everything you'd expect from a luxury vacation. All amenities were available and ready to use. A great feature of this condo is the beautiful view, we watched the sunrise every morning. Richard, the property manager takes excellent care in making sure all of your needs are met.

We had a great stay. The location was perfect because we were able to walk less than a mile, with our 3 year old, to get to shops, restaurants and activities. September was a perfect time, great weather and quiet beach.

Amazing provisions

This condo is beautiful, clean and provided everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. The "little things" that were provided, such as nightlights in the bathrooms, made it feel just like home. I would highly recommend staying here.

I was born in Queens, New York and grew up and lived on Long Island for most of my life. I am a retired high school history teacher, and moved to Leland, NC after my retirement in 2009. I am the original owner of this condo, and have served as the president of the HOA at Coral Surf for over 30 years.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

I started looking for a vacation property on the ocean in 1985, and stumbled upon Carolina Beach. I looked at many condos here, and fell in love with Coral Surf. It is a very well built complex and has fared well over the years through many hurricanes. Coral Surf's location, just an eight minute walk south of the boardwalk is the best part of the beach.

Coral Surf has it's own private gated walkway to the beach with outdoor showers. This complex also provides covered and reserved parking for most of the units.
