Located in southeast Kissimmee on the shores of Lake Marion and 30 min from Legoland and 50 min to Disney, this private ground floor end unit is totally renovated and fully decorated and has a screened lanai, 1 king bed, 2 twin beds which can be converted into a King, playpen/crib, stroller and high chair. The view out every window and lanai is scenic.

The open concept living room has a 58 inch High Definition Cable TV and Blue-ray with surround sound with seating for everyone and each bedroom has a 40 inch flat screen TV with Cable TV. High-speed Internet is included as well.

The kitchen is fully equipped with service for 8 and everything you have at your home kitchen plus more. The unit also has a dishwasher, microwave, full size washer and dryer combo. This unit is fully equipped!

I loved staying at this property with my young family. It was remarkably clean and comfortable. The beds were really comfortable and had soft cotton sheets that felt high-quality. The towels were plush and soft. The kitchen was really well stocked, and even had a generously sized pantry. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe— well-lit at night, tucked away, not at all busy, and gated. It rained nearly our whole stay, so we didn’t get a chance to check out the community amenities. For families, the property has a full set of children’s dishes and utensils, a pack ‘n play with linens, and high chair. Everything was exceptionally clean and in excellent condition. I also observed that the dressers all had anti-tip safety mechanisms, which created incredible peace of mind. The condo was so clean that I had absolutely no concerns letting my crawling baby roam around. (The hosts ask that guests please take off shoes while inside the property, which I appreciated, as it’s our rule at home!)The property owners/managers were incredibly quick to respond and very helpful both before and during our visit. Honestly, it was a fantastic stay, and I would absolutely stay here again. Truly exceptional and thoughtful hosts to maintain such a nice and comfortable property.

Perfect little spot

Location was great. Not far from what you need and food options. Smooth check-in process. Host sent specific details about everything, which helped with any questions that we may have had. One of the pools that we went to had enough room. The inside of this property is immaculate. I don't think i have stayed in a cleaner VRBO. Beds in the master and 2nd bedroom were very comfortable. Perfect for what we needed during our trip. Host was only a phone call/text away.

Excellent condo in remote area

The condo was exactly as advertised and was clean and comfortable. Once we found the pools, they were lovely. The large hot tub was heavenly. It would have been better to receive a single email with all instructions rather than numerous emails over several days before arriving. The condo is in a remote area with winding roads and lots of turns to get anywhere. There are no restaurants or shops nearby that I could see. Must drive a ways to anything, but the price reflects any inconvenience. Very satisfied!

We are happy to announce a brand new MacDonald’s and Publix grocery store just opened in March 2025, about 10 min drive towards Haines City. There are many great shopping opportunities and Restaurants about 20 minutes drive from our location in various directions towards Haines City, Winter Haven, Lake Wales and Poinciana.

We came to Winter Haven because our daughter was competing in a wrestling tournament for the weekend. We were very happy to come back to the condo to rest and relax after a long day. The condo was very clean and accommodating for our needs.
