Le point culminant de Maison de vacances est le point de vue que vous apprécierez de chaque pièce, et le très grand pont mis en place pour votre détente, repas, l'observation des baleines, en écoutant le chant des oiseaux, et en admirant le sunset..followed par les lumières scintillantes de Santa Cruz jusqu'à la rive. Accès facile à Manresa State Beach. Surf, ou regarder les surfeurs, peigne plage, voler un cerf-volant, surf casting: accès à la plage publique étend sur plus de 11 miles! Temps passé à l'intérieur sera renforcée par la cheminée, des canapés confortables et un espace repas, montage mural 42 "Smart TV pour les films et le sport, et beaucoup de livres, des jeux et des puzzles. Sérieusement mignon et confortable à visiter, cette maison a une ambiance vintage moderne qui est conçu pour être efficace, intéressant et accueillant. Il a été construit dans les années 70 et dispose quelques finitions originales et certains plus récents. Les 2 chambres sont meublées avec des lits queen avec matelas, literie et oreillers neufs, un (une chambre a un lit supplémentaire avec lit gigogne) et le 1. 5 salles de bains sont propres et bien aménagées avec beaucoup de serviettes et éclairage de qualité supérieure. La cuisine est équipée pour cuisiner 3 repas par jour avec pratiquement tous les outils que vous attendez, si vous aimez ce genre de chose! Il ya une laveuse et sécheuse sur place, et un garage pour vos vélos ou des planches de surf pour vous permettre de décharger et propre et verrouiller 'em up.

Lori’s place is beautiful. The location is great. Just walk down the street and you get to stairs down to the beach.The house is really cute and it is located in a quiet neighborhood.As a warm welcome a bouquet of flowers and some Bundt cakes with a note from Lori awaited us.The kitchen was well stocked - not always a given as we found out last year for the first time.The boys loved the ping pong table.We have stayed at lots of different places in the area but this was our favorite.

Hidden Gem

Great house in a quiet neighborhood! Very well stocked home and kitchen, lovely outdoor deck with partial oven view and lots of seating to relax and enjoy, great BBQ, and everything you would need for a day at the beach. We loved being so close to the Manresa state beach, Aptos, and Capitola but yet did not feel like we were in the high tourist area. Lori was a great host and the beautiful fresh flowers and welcome goodies were such a sweet touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Nice little place

We had a great spring break visit. Had family staying up the road at the KOA and it was great to have our own place but be close. 15 minutes away from most tourist locations. House was clean and had everything we would need. Would stay again!

Had such a great stay at the "Holiday House"! The place is in such a great location and so close to the beach! Spotless inside and had everything you could possibly need. Wonderful Stay

The Holiday House was exactly what we had hoped for. The home is very clean and well appointed. The beds were comfy and the deck was amazing. The deck has great ocean views and is a perfect morning coffee spot. Looking forward to renting again next year. Lori was great to work with.

Your hosts are Kevin and Lori Breen, their daughter Lark, and Australian Shepherd Arlo. They chose this house because of the ocean view and dog-friendly (leash) beach access! Having recently purchased and furnished Holiday House, they realize the limits of their "free" time to enjoy it, and are opening it to others who share their ideas of a great place to recreate and relax.
Kevin is a Golf Course Superintendent, Lori is a nanny, Lark is a college student, and Arlo is the chaser of geese at Kevin's course. All four have different ideas of a perfect Holiday day, but sunset on the deck can't be beat.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

It starts with the view and ends with the view, but the other factors were the peaceful and idyllic little neighborhood, the beautiful heather fields to the north, the pastoral few minutes on San Andreas Road through the eucalyptus groves, strawberry fields, and peeks of the ocean as you drive in from Highway 1. It is convenient to all that Santa Cruz offers without being near loud bars, restaurants, or college students...and Monterey has a different collection of draws: golf, the world famous aquarium, galleries and shops, 17 mile drive. But the best places we have found to enjoy are right in Aptos and Rio del Mar: Deluxe Foods, New Leaf Market, great BBQ, awesome breakfast joints, and lots of good vibes.

Surfers! Walk about 250 yards to Manresa State Beach. 20 min or less to all the other great breaks in Santa Cruz County. The beach is public access for 11 miles...lots of beach combing, kite flying, surf casting, boogie boarding, beach bonfires, whatever you like! Only 15 minutes from all the draws of Santa Cruz and Capitola: Beach Boardwalk, Downtown Santa Cruz, Natural Bridges Monarch Walk, Pasatiempo for golf, Forest of the Nisene Marks in Aptos for destination mountain biking. If you travel south, just 20-30 minutes away is Elkhorn Slough for wildlife and kayaking, 15 min further to Monterey and the world renowned aquarium, famous golf courses (Pebble Beach, Poppy Hill, Spyglass)
