Le Surf and Sand de Capitola Beach est un bloc de lotissement magnifique!

Le d��licieusement nommé Capitola Sea Spray est le logement situ�� à l'arrière d'un lotissement en rangée de deux unités situé en plein cœur de la capitale sereine et centrée sur le surf, à un pâté de maisons de la plage!

Le lotissement est situé dans le village de Capitola et son quai pittoresque, ses charmantes boutiques, ses restaurants primés et ses pubs variés, à une courte distance des centres commerciaux et des services de la 41st Ave!

Capitola est une petite ville côtière historique et pleine d’atmosphère avec de nombreux spots de surf, des boutiques et de nombreux points de vente et de divertissement pour petits et grands. La ville est florissante mais conserve son caractère distinctif et pittoresque, aimé des familles, des promeneurs de chiens et des surfeurs.

Le plan d'étage entier est situé au deuxième étage au-dessus de votre garage de stationnement privé.

Le salon comprend un canapé tout usage qui se transforme en un lit queen-size et un canapé supplémentaire. Le centre de divertissement comprend une grande télévision par câble à écran plat. La porte coulissante mène à un petit patio avec des chaises et un barbecue.

Un bureau avec Internet sans fil est également fourni. La cuisine a des comptoirs en granit, lave-vaisselle et micro-ondes. Il est entièrement approvisionné avec tous vos petits appareils et fournitures de cuisine de base. La table à manger peut accueillir six personnes et donne sur le podium.

La chambre principale a un lit queen size confortable, un mobilier assorti, une télévision à écran plat avec câble et un grand placard. La deuxième chambre est meublée avec deux lits jumeaux et un mobilier assorti.

Il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse dans la buanderie de la cuisine.

Le garage privé et sécurisé offre 2 places de stationnement pour l'unité #B permettant un accès facile aux articles de plage et un espace de stockage verrouillé pour les vélos et les planches de surf.

This spot was perfect for our family of four! It was airy, roomy, and clean, and had all the amenities we needed. It's in a great location, just steps from downtown Capitola and the beach! Having a private garage parking space was a wonderful perk. We had to contact the host with a question when we arrived, and they were extremely responsive. We will definitely stay here again!

We had such a great time staying here. Location was perfect, especially with smaller kids. Everything was clean. Beach, restaurants, and markets close by the location. Will definitely be back! Loved our visit and stay in Capitola!!!

great little beach house perfect location

the only negative would be no view, but it's got the amenities we need, the perfect location and in Capitola the parking spot is worth it's weight in gold. 2nd year staying here and I anticipate I will try to book for next year as well.

Lovely Capitola Townhome

We loved our stay at this lovely townhome. So close to the beach and extra perk of being able to park two cars inside! The townhome was well appointed and very comfortable. Can't wait for our next visit!

Weekend with Daughter and Granddaughter

Very nice unit and location for our needs. It’s was comfortable and very clean. I had some trouble with the door and Surf City responded to my texts immediately! Hoping to make this a yearly visit!

great location steps from the beach

Very clean, convenient, great location downtown. Well appointed Kitchen, Big Garage with 2 parking spots rare for Capitola appreciate the washer dryer. Stayed here with my teen daughters and two of their friends. Had a great time. There are no views from unit B but there is a balcony where you can sit outside and bbq and have some cocktails.

Location is excellent!

The townhouse is conveniently located in the heart of main area of downtown Capitola. The place was clean, nicely decorated and had a full supply of kitchen cookware. The rental company was accommodating and responded quickly when we asked questions. The down side would be the porch over looks an alley & electrical wires, so not really somewhere you would hangout and bbq or relax. The water did not get very hot for showers etc... we let them know so hopefully it will get fixed. Otherwise if your intent is to park your car and enjoy the beach & cute town this place is perfect because of its location.

Great location

We stayed for the Mermaid Triatjlon and the location just could not be beat. As a family, there was east access to the beach and restaurants. As a triathlete, access to the transition zone was about two minutes away. Having the protected garage access was amazing, as parking downtown can get congested. Hoping to stay here again next year!

Great Location close to Restaurants, Shopping and Beach

This property was everything it was advertised to be. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the needed gadgets. The bedrooms were in the back of the property, so they were quiet. The garage provides two parking spots, which is great because parking is limited on this one way street. Something not mentioned in the listing is that there are 4 beach chairs and an umbrella for your use. Perfect with the beach a short walk away!

Great for our short stay!

My family and I stayed at this apartment for 4 days during a longer vacation. We were happy to discover that the apartment was spacious given its location in the heart of Capitola Village. It had all the basic necessities (beach towels and umbrella, lots of extra sheets/towels/pillows, pantry basics, shampoo/conditioner) for vacation rental which was really nice. Every morning I would take a walk to Mr Toots Coffeehouse with my daughter and we would sit ocean gazing on the esplanade. You could easily make a day of just staying in Capitola but often we went elsewhere earlier in the day and spend the late afternoon/early evening at Capitola Beach because it was so convenient and one of the best beaches for kids. Beds were comfortable and noise from the village on the weekends was minimal. The 2 parking spots was also key for a village rental, otherwise you'd never find parking. The only reason I give it 4 out of 5 stars is the following: the tub had a loud drip the entire time and the pillows were not the comfiest. They did send a plumber to try and fix the drip but turned out it couldn't be fixed during our stay. Also, it is in the heart of the village, which gets very crowded and traffic-laden during the summer. Great for people who don't mind/want that vibe but a little annoying if you're looking for seaside tranquility. You also get exposure to some classic Capitola characters that may be unwanted (e.g. group of locals drinking and hanging around their truck across the street everyday). But again, nothing out of the ordinary for this area and nothing egregious. Truly a great spot if you want to be blocks from the beach.

Walking distance to everything. The unit is very comfortable, especially the beds! It's in the heart of town. Nice to have the garage parking.
