Ce est une maison personnelle sur mesure qui a été construit dans la fin des années 90. Il dispose de 3 chambres, 2-1 / 2 salles de bains. Chambres espace: un roi, deux reines et un futon et un canapé.
Il ya deux chaises ponts à l'étage, grande véranda, projeté en porche arriÚre avec terrasse. Des vues spectaculaires de tous les angles de la maison. La plage est un d'une promenade de 300 pieds.
Il ya une laveuse et sécheuse, 2 télévisions par cùble et Wi-fi.
Il ya une cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec des ustensiles de cuisine et la Chine.
Draps et serviettes sont inclus.
Ce est la maison personnelle du propriétaire et sera loué seulement à des groupes familiaux (10 personnes ou moins). Houseparties, mariages et autres grands événements ne sont pas autorisés.
La maison est les animaux de compagnie avec un stylo chien enfermé sous la maison. Les animaux qui ne sont pas bien élevé ne seront pas tolérés.

Such a perfect location and the dogs loved it too! If you don't want to walk to beach, you have a great view of the marsh or beach from the porch!

Great views of Marsh

Coasting was a lovely home right on the marsh and across the street from the beach with easy access. It was quite comfortable with a lived-in feel. Since we had our dog, we wished there had been more area to walk him since there are restrictions on the times a dog can be on the beach. We also love to cook, so some improvements to the kitchen and utensils would be appreciated. All in all it was a lovely visit.

Great location!!

This house was excellent. The front views had the beach the back of views have the inlet and marsh.It’s the perfect spot to be for a beach vacation! The house was big and had a good historical feel about it a lot of history on the walls, which was cool! We look forward to renting this property again!!

Home Sweet Home

Our family of 6 adults and 2 pugs absolutely loved staying in this home. This truly felt like a home, not a vacation rental. The views are fantastic. This home is so comfortable. The owner is so kind. We will definitely be back for another vacation in Folly Beach.

Folly

Amazing location, views, and sunsets. The house is warm and inviting- super cozy and charming. There are 3 true beds and one futon that is in the primary bedroom. The house is perfect for 3 couples and we were one couple with 3 kids so the sleeping space wasn’t ideal for our family. However, the outside decks and main living areas were great. John was a responsive host. The main level AC wasn’t working when we got there and he had temporary AC units placed in the bedrooms the next day!

Great views

We really enjoyed the views of the marsh and the ocean. Our hosts were there to greet us on arrival and were very friendly. We would try to stay here again next time we come to Folly Beach.

Great House

Loved this house. Host was a pleasure to deal with. The house and some of the furnishings are a bit dated, but that is not something that matters to me. The house was very clean and well kept. I loved staying on the marsh side and was able to launch a kayak at high tide from the back yard. It is a very short walk to the beach.

Character, Charm & Amazing Location!

We have nothing but glowing things to say about this property and the owner! Staying on the marsh side of Folly was an entirely different experience of serenity & beauty. Sunset views, bird watching, lovely breezes through the space
 just amazing. The home feels like walking into a familiar place, with beautifully curated artwork and furnishings, there’s a true comfort of home. We loved it. Thank you Jack for the experience!

The most beautiful sunsets!

Sitting between the marsh and the beach, out every window, from every porch, the views are to die for. It was living in an oil painting. Beautiful spot in Folly Beach!

Awesome location - w/ amazing views of the marsh [and sunsets] on one side and the ocean on the other! Just steps to the beach w/ easy access... Located on quieter end of Folly Beach - PERFECT! Homeowner, Jack, was very responsive - he was so kind and made sure we were comfortable before, during and after our stay! .

The very best!

Jack’s house is a treasure. The views from the back along with the views from the front are unmatched on Folly Island. The mattresses are extremely comfortable, and the showers have amazing water pressure! The kitchen is well stocked, and the furniture is great for a larger group. The back porch was my favorite place to be. Especially if it was too windy or the tide was too high to be on the beach
 we would sit on one of the two upstairs balconies, or just enjoy ourselves on the back porch, or the back deck, with the most beautiful view of the marsh!

Just wonderful

We booked Jack’s home for two months. Communication with him was instant and easy, he replied to our messages within the hour. We spoke a few times, to organised our arrival times, so that he could be there to greet us and show us around his home. We instantly felt ‘at home’, the house is obviously loved and cared for, it give off a welcoming that most rentals don’t have. The kitchen is fully stocked with most equipment to prepare meals. The rooms are comfortable, the beds are really comfortable and we slept extremely well, always a bonus in a short term holiday let. There really was nothing to find fault with, the house was perfect for us. Jack’s house has a beautiful location along Folly beach, one row back from the beach, to give some shelter from the wind but with all the beauty of the views. The front and rear decks on both floors have mesmerising views morning through to sunset. It’s a peaceful place to escape, but close enough to Folly centre to enjoy the buzz of the town. We have already booked our return trip to this wonderful home. We’re very much looking forward to Jack’s easy going hospitality.

Amazing location on Folly

We have stayed many locations on Folly and surrounding area but this was by far our favorite. In short, it truly felt like a home, not some sterile rent-a-box. From the amazing views front and back, dozens of unique art, and beautiful plants everywhere, the house was amazing. Very short walk to beach, unobstructed ocean views, and sunsets NOT to be believed. Truly a little piece of heaven. We certainly look forward to returning in the future.

Peaceful Getaway with Great Views!

We had an amazing time at this rental. The house was the perfect size for our 6 person group, very spacious with incredible views of either the ocean or marsh from all rooms. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing on all the different decks, whether it was dolphin watching, bird watching, or having a nap on the hammock. We brought our two dogs and they had a blast as well! It was easy to let them out since the downstairs backyard was fenced in. The location on Folly Beach was great also! A couple steps from the beach, with surf competitions and yoga on the beach all within walking distance. The house was a 10 min drive to downtown Folly Beach where the restaurants were. Overall we had an amazing trip and would definitely stay at this location again.

Awesome views and beach

This was a great location and pet friendly. There is an outside fenced area for dogs and doggy gates on the porches. View the ocean from the front porch and watch the sunset over the marsh from the back porch. Great property.
