Situé juste derrière Pompano Joe's Seafood Restaurant sur la plage! Le balcon donne sur la piscine et les jardins tropicaux luxuriants. Des palmiers à votre porte. Beau mobilier et décoration! Super endroit pour des vacances !!!

Very Nice

This place was excellent! Very clean! Within walking distance of Pompano Joe's and the beach. Great for couples! Each bedroom had a King bed and its own bathroom!!! We had plenty of kitchen utensils, towels, blankets, etc. I will definitely stay here again!!

Perfect weekend getaway!!

It was my first time visiting Destin and even though the weather was not perfect, it was the amazing!The neighbors that stay year round were very friendly. The pool was refreshing after a long day in the sun! It was a short walk to the beach. We were able to rent chairs and umbrellas from Pampano Joe's ,which was much easier than hauling everything down! Overall, I had a wonderful long weekend with much needed rest and relaxation! I will definitely be booking Sandprints again in the near future!

Great time! Perfect location

Short walk to the beach! Comfy beds. Clean And good Wifi! Kitchen was well stocked for basic meal preps. Lots of places to eat out around town (go early) so you wont have much cooking anyways. Loved the two story set up - quiet complex. Pool place could use replacing the several broken chairs (but that isnt on the condo owner).

Great Location!!

This was our third time staying at this property and I'm sure this won't be our last time to visit. The location is great - short walk to the beach and Pompano Joe's. We are a family of four with two teenage boys and have plenty of room for everyone. The unit and the complex are always clean and the owner is always quick to respond to any questions/issues.

Great Vacation Condo

The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. There were even chairs, that we could take to the beach, which was a huge plus! It was in a great location & close to the beach, shopping, attractions & restaurants. We met several people who lived there & had great conversations with them. If your looking for the comforts of home, this is the condo for you! I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place near the beach.

We had a great time, close to the beach, a beautiful beach. Great places to eat all around. Super swimming pool where we met some fellow Tennesseans who joined us for Dinner at the Back Porch , a great place to eat especially the firecracker shrimp. Just down the street at the Crackling egg, where the bacon is smoked with corn cobs....delicious breakfast . This condo is one of the best ever places we have visited.

Perfect Condo for our Vacation

This condo was perfect for our family of four! The pictures are very accurate and there was plenty of space for everyone (including two teen boys). The owner is great and we had zero issues the week we stayed. The complex has a pool and, even though we never used it, it was very clean and not too crowded. The condo is only one block from the beach and Pompano Joe's (a great seafood restaurant). We walked to the beach every day and ate at Pompano Joe's a few times. This was our second time staying at Sandprints and we will be back!

GREAT PLACE TO STAY EASY ACCESS TO THE BEACH

Condo was great...had a couple minor deficiencies...broken handle on stove but had been ordered...left arm on couch was broke...and remote for fan was not work in living room...other than that everything was great...already thinking about booking with them again for next year

The property is not very clean. Sheets and comforter were not washed just flipped over. Distinct smell from previous guests. We have to wash all sheets and comforters. A few nightstand light bulbs were out. Lots of sands in sofa bed and under in the floor.

Spectacular!

The building is older, so we were worried upon first glance - but all worries were set aside once we entered the condo! It was beautiful! The layout was perfect - providing us 2 bedrooms each with their own bathroom for both of us couples. Our sons enjoyed sleeping downstairs on the pull out sofa in the living room, which conveniently had a half bath for their usage, as well. The owners had literally provided everything we might have needed -including tons of extra sheets/blankets/pillows in the upstairs linen closet, AND beach toys for our kiddos (how thoughtful!). The walk to the beach was a breeze and the the beach was beautiful! The water was crystal clear. The location of the condo was nice not only for the short walk to the ocean, but it also allowed us to walk to several restaurants for dinner and save us the trouble of parking. My family and I CANNOT WAIT to travel back for a stay at this spot!! We were pleased with every aspect surrounding our vacation, and it's mostly thanks to the awesome owners of this property!

Would recommend this place to anyone willing to enjoy the closest walk to the beach. A 5 min walk to beach was convenient avoiding the drive. Be careful crossing the street though. like your own house at the beach

the condo was very nice worth everything you need. we barely had to share the pool with anyone. we walked to the beach in just a few minutes. we have a 3 and a 4 year old and they didn't mind the walk either. plus you getc an assigned parking spot right by the condo.

clean family getaway

This condo had everything we wanted and more. First and foremost it was clean! Had plenty of room and conveniences of home. Just a short walk to the beach made it close enough but not too close for noise and privacy. We would definitely recommend this condo for families wanting a nice get a way. In close distance to many restaurants and attractions. Loved the Banana Boat ride and Parasailing was very relaxing. We tried many local restaurants and never had a bad meal. The only sad thing about Destin was that we did not find any shells to bring home, other than that, the white sand and beautiful blue/green water made the beach vacation awesome!

Spacious Townhome

From the time we entered the town home, we were impressed. The two bedrooms/bathrooms on the second level were convenient and offered much needed privacy. The updates in the condo made it feel like we were staying in a top of the line luxury resort. The complex was nice and quiet, and we never questioned our safety. Just a short walk from the beach and Pompono Joe's. We couldn't have asked for a better experience in Destin. We have traveled to many beaches and the beaches here are by far the best. You will not be disappointed with staying here, and Mr. Stanley was always quick to respond to any questions.
