Jade East Towers 0940 Géré par Newman-Dailey

Ce condo magnifiquement meublé front de golfe à la populaire Jade East Towers a récemment été ajouté à notre portefeuille de location. Ce condo a été amélioré de haut en bas. Jade East 940 a trois chambres à coucher, toutes meublées avec des lits King qui est parfait pour un groupe de couples voyageant. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit dans le salon. Ce condo possède de beaux murs sarcelle, une grande partie de ce que notre gaspillage ressemble à la journée de plage parfaite.
De nouvelles photos seront disponibles pour la première semaine de juin.

Pendant les vacances de printemps et les vacances du 4 juillet, ce condo nécessite un séjour de 7 nuits du samedi au samedi.
Nous ne louons pas à des personnes de moins de 25 ans ni à des étudiants.

The condo was nice, clean, affordable, and conveniently located near several attractions and restaurants. The beach view was beautiful, and overall we enjoyed the property.However, there were a few concerns during our stay. The shower drains in the bathrooms did not drain properly, which was inconvenient. Also, please make sure parking arrangements are confirmed for all vehicles before arrival. We unfortunately received a parking ticket, and when we attempted to contact the appropriate personnel for assistance, the response was not timely or helpful.In addition, there were dogs in nearby condos even though the property states that no pets are allowed. Due to allergies within our group, this created an issue for us.Lastly, during most of our stay, two out of the four elevators were out of service. This caused long wait times, especially during peak check-in and check-out hours when the elevators were heavily used.Overall, the property was still very nice and clean with a great beach view, but these issues should definitely be addressed to improve future guest experiences.

Lovely views and fantastic location

Loved the floor to ceiling windows, balcony, spacious layout and pleasant colors. Made even the two rainy days we had great. Pool was heated as promised -which our teens loved- and the ground staff we encountered were pleasant and professional. Being right on the beach was just fantastic. Would have liked some access to beach chairs (even though it was out of season). Kitchen was well equipped (-note: a larger frying pan and/or electric skittle would have made cooking for a large family easier). Bath tubs seems to need some work (none seals well enough to hold water), and water heater did not stay warm enough with 5 people using 3 bathrooms around the same time. But overall these were minor issues that we easily worked around. We loved our stay and hope to be back. Thanks for sharing such a gem!

Close to perfect

If you open the patio door you can hear the waves of the ocean lapping on the shore and the seagulls in the distance. You are far enough away from the pool area so the noise does not affect your stay and there was usually people in the pool because its amazing. I didnt think I would be in there as much as we were but it is clean, inviting, and steps from the ocean as well. This property had plenty of room for me and my family of six. Plenty of towels. The only complaint I have is the kitchenware is extremely basic. It was difficult to say the least to cook meals. There are very few pots and pans, basic things you need to cook. We got tired of eating out but it was almost like camping trying to find skillets, pots, and pans to accommodate cooking for a large family. But the location of this property makes up for it. Pillows are a bit hard, bed was very soft. It was so nice to have chairs and an umbrella set up every day and an equipment rental right on the beach. Thank you!

Great family vacation spot

Everything was simple from the keyless entry to relaxing on the picture perfect balcony. Rooms were spacious and a small walk to the beach. We never had any issue except do not bring your pop up tents or umbrellas they will not be accepted by the people running the beach chair service. That was very disappointing since you only get two chairs and one umbrella with your stay. So either you rent more umbrellas and chairs or you sizzle and burn out on the beach. So bring extra money for your guests. The condo was perfect!

Home away from home

2 adults, 4 teenagers and 2 younger children stayed here and everyone was happy! It is spacious enough that we have enough room to spread out, it is decorated very well and the view is phenomenal! Access to the pool, beach and gym was very convenient and fast. We really enjoyed our stay and was very pleased with everything.

Nice time

We had a nice visit here. Two small complaints of the fridge not making ice and several wall outlets didn’t work or the plug would fall straight out of the wall. Overall, nice experience. (Just FYI, I did try and call the manager’s line over the weekend but never got an answer).

Family vaca

Location was primarily centered in Destin. Plenty of places to eat. Newman-Dailey did a great job as a the property management in quick response and being very friendly. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. My only regret was once again using VRBO and over spending $ in “service” fees . Can’t even get them on the phone. They’ve sent me a dozen emails now saying they’ve refunded an old insurance fee and they haven’t. My only suggestion would be to skip third party reservation and reach out directly to property management. Save yourself phantom fees!

Large condo right on the beach!

There was trash under the guest bed-that’s the reason for the 4 star on cleanliness. The ice machine on the fridge was broken. Other than that, it was fine. The beach access and pool Was great!!

Beautiful!

Great location and very nice condo! Has everything you need. We chose this one because of the two king beds! No fighting over one king bed that most usually have. No complaints!

This property was fantastic. The property was just as described and we had such a great time. The ease of check in was fantastic, the location was perfect, and the accommodations were even better thank we hoped for. We had absolutely zero problems and will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Beautiful

The Pictures do this place no justice. Absolutely clean and comfortable. I am so picking about where I lay my head and I had no worries the minute I stepped thru the door. The building isnt the best on the outside but that is normal for a beach. The beach was a few steps away from the basement, and so was the pool. The room was on the 9th floor which was nice because my 15 month old could sleep in peace without hearing the laughter from the beach or pool. Overall you will love this place, trust me!
