Belle Lakehouse avec quai privé sur Apple Canyon Lake!

Le Ho Hum East est une magnifique maison de lac avec quai privé sur le lac immaculé Apple Canyon! La maison porte le nom de mes grands-parents qui ont dirigé le motel Ho Hum à Denison, dans l'Iowa :)

C'est un endroit pour se détendre, se détendre et s'amuser en famille! La maison dispose de tout nouveaux matelas et peut accueillir jusqu'à 12 personnes. Grand espace de vie ouvert idéal pour les réceptions, ÉNORME terrasse sur laquelle vous pourrez admirer une vue imprenable sur le lac, ainsi qu’un grand jardin avec barbecue à gaz.

Lac maison de charme avec toutes les commodités dont vous avez besoin pour faire un week-end inoubliable. Quai privé est idéal pour la baignade ou la pêche. La maison dispose également d'un bateau à aubes de 4 places et d'un kayak sur pied pouvant être utilisé. Il y aura un foyer à compter du 1er mai. Il s'agit d'un lac privé, vous ne pouvez donc pas apporter votre propre bateau, mais vous pourrez louer un bateau dans la marina ou réserver une promenade en bateau de 2 heures à travers moi.

We had a fabulous few days in Apple Canyon Lake... wish we could have stayed longer. We stayed at this property years ago and it was great then but there have been many upgrades - esp to the outside - and it's even better. The lakefront area is huge and so convenient for everything - I love the steps into the water. Everything inside was comfortable and clean. Highly recommend.

Took my son and his friend for a quick fishing trip on the lake and we loved it. It was clean, roomy, they had beautiful access to the water and just overall a really good time. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

Last minute weekend get away

My family and I decided to have a great weekend get away before our son graduates from high school and embarks on his next stage of Life. The cabin was fantastic, everything was even better than expected. The host was great to communicate with, we look forward to staying there again.

Fishing fun

We enjoyed our stay. Best part was our grandkids got to fish. We had fun hanging down by water. Front porch entry was really cute with the pumpkins, sign, and plants. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect getaway

This place was perfect for our getaway! Property manager was amazing, explained everything, checked on how our stay was, the house was so clean, everything was very well stocked, and let’s not forget the amazing views of the lake and the amazing patio on the lake! I would most certainly go back here! Our group had so much fun!

Excellent place to stay

We really enjoyed this very clean house. Kids and I loved playing in the water none stop. Went to the pool one day and all were happy with the diving board. Nice evening sitting by the water with a fire going. Thank you for a great time.

We truly enjoyed spending Father's Day weekend at this lake house on Apple Canyon Lake. The property is tucked away and private with an expansive waterfront. The home is nicely updated while keeping a cozy lake house feel. The kitchen has a fun vintage style and is fully functional. The wood burning fireplace is beautiful and worked perfectly. The additional amenities of fishing poles and water toys were certainly appreciated. There is also a marina store within a 10-minute drive that has essentials you might need (food, bait, sweatshirts, etc.). Just a note, if there is something within the listing that is important to you, we'd suggest reaching out to make sure it is available. For example, the garage was unavailable when we arrived and the paddle boat was not in the water whereas those were mentioned in the listing or shown in the photos. These were not major issues for us but we'd suggest confirming all of your needs beforehand to make sure expectations are met. Overall, we would highly recommend staying at this home if you're looking for a peaceful getaway with multiple gathering areas to enjoy.

We had a great time at the ACL house. The house was beautiful; we were able to house all of our family easily. The dock and shoreline were nice. We were able to use existing water toys and our own easily.

We liked that the property was on the lake. We would love to explore in the summer. Cozy loft area for the kids. Netflix availability was great as well. We did not like that we were responsible for taking the garbage to a community trash area. We could not find it and there were no directions. We planned to throw out the garbage Sunday at check-out, however, the area did not open until after 2 on Sunday which is after check-out hours. Thankfully, the owner was kind enough to allow us leave the garbage at the home.
