The property was located just outside the old town walls and right across the street from a grocery store. Super convenient! It was a very short walk to the hub of the center and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. It was nice to have a property on the ground level ( no stairs to climb ) and we made good use of the patio. The only downside was that the patio was located just off the main pathway to the other units above. Not totally private although they did try to provide some additional privacy with some greenery in flower pots. The access to a washing machine and outdoor patio to dry clothes was a life saver in this sweaty hot heat wave! Great place!

Great Split accomodations!

My family really enjoyed our stay here. The space is clean and has two great sleeping areas. we were very comfortable, enjoyed the location, great ac for the summer heat and helpful at checkin and check out. Highly recommend!!

We loved our stay at Toni’s place. Took such care with the decorating and we had everything we needed. Super quiet and steps away from all the fun.

Great location!

Great location close to all the charming things to see in old town split. The host was excellent with communication and allowed us to check out late to suit our flight schedule. Also helped to arrange our airport transfer with a local driver who gave us a fantastic history lesson and explained the areas we passed through on our way to the airport. Very friendly and informative!

Lovely stay

We loved our stay, short walk to the shops & restaurants, loved the cute terrace out the front where you can enjoy a wine and cheese board. Nice and clean, with comfy beds. Only piece of advice make sure you don’t accidentally turn off the hot water button, it is right next to the light switch, we made this mistake & had cold water. But still enjoyed our stay

Ideal location

Located just outside the old town on a quiet street - it's really close to all the tourist sights without being busy. The apartment was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for us. The patio was great to sit out in the evening. There's a small supermarket right across the road as well. Our host's recommendations were excellent too - thank you!

Convenient, spacious apartment

We enjoyed our short stay in Split at this apartment. The sunny patio right out side the front door was perfect for morning coffee. The interior foyer was a convenient space before entering the apartment. The property had everything we needed for our stay.?

Central stay Split

This apartment is ideal if you wish to explore Split on foot. It is roomy, comfortable and central to all amenities. The neighbourhood appears to be safe & relatively quiet at night, although the residents in the apartment above appear to have small kids who like to run about fairly early in the morning. All in all a good option. We recommend.

Nice place, too bad we could not stay for the three days we had planned, stayed only one night due canceled flights.Place was very clean except for the washing machine that was full of mildew in the soap dispenser, we cleaned as much as we could and did a empty wash cycle before washing some clothes. Suggest you use a washer cleansing product before using the washer.

Perfect accommodations for your Split stay.

We stayed in this lovely apartment for over 3 weeks. Great communication with owner, who even arranged a driver to pick us up at the airport and the host, Ana, met us promptly at the apartment. The apartment was exceptionally clean and perfectly appointed. We had every thing we needed to prepare meals and live daily life with ease. It is located just a minute or two walk to cafes, shops, restaurants, sights and Riva. There is a grocery store literally across the street which is so convenient! We highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to book from this owner again.

Well located & roomy apartment missing a few things

Nice sized apartment in Split in a good location. Walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Parking a little bit of a hassle but that's Split. Comfy bed. Operating the shower was hard to figure out but it worked well once we did. Missing nice things like soap, shampoo, lotion. Had a washing machine but no laundry detergent. A good place that could be great with a little attention
