Greenslake Cottage avec piscine communautaire, cuisine et bains rénovés!

Cottage sur Kiawah, ce cottage privé de Greenslake, situé au dernier étage, a rénové les salles de bains et la cuisine et une grande baie vitrée donnant sur le golf!

Idéalement situé dans le West Beach Village de Kiawah, le chalet est à quelques pas (et encore plus court en vélo) de la magnifique plage de Kiawah et de la piscine communautaire. Dix miles de sable vierge et de surf feront de ces vacances un souvenir inoubliable.

La piscine communautaire est à mi-chemin entre notre chalet et la plage. Parfait pour un plongeon frais aprÚs une journée de plaisir à la plage.

Vous pouvez regarder les golfeurs jouer sur le premier trou du parcours de golf de Cougar Point depuis notre vĂ©randa, notre salon ou notre terrasse ensoleillĂ©e. L'Ăźle de Kiawah est le rĂȘve d'un golfeur devenu rĂ©alitĂ© - cinq parcours de championnat, dont le cĂ©lĂšbre Ocean Course, qui accueille les championnats PGA 2012 et 2021.

Le stationnement juste en face de ce chalet à un étage facilite le chargement et le déchargement. Il y a un nouveau lit king dans la chambre principale et 2 lits jumeaux dans la chambre d'amis. Il y a des téléviseurs à écran plat dans le salon et les deux chambres pour votre plaisir. Wifi gratuit.

Lovely week at Kiawah! Enjoyed convenience to beach, Pickleball sessions and easy bike trail rides to everything! Our VRBO was perfect. Our host provided everything we needed to make this a relaxing and hassle free experience. Couldn’t ask for more!

Great location. Convenient to pool and the beach. The property could use some work. The beds were very uncomfortable and in need of replacement, same for the couch. In the primary bathroom the sink, toilet, and shower did not drain properly. A storage closet had mold coming through the ceiling. Overall, the property has many deferred maintenance issues that detracted from our stay.

Golf course cottage

Nice, quite get away

This was our first stay in the Charleston area in about twenty years. I must say that Kiawah Island is amazing and the cottage was great. Very nice house with all the amenities needed for a week of rest and relaxation. I highly recommend this property.

What a fantastic place to...

What a fantastic place to stay! As soon as you walk in the door, it's like a home away from home. This unit is well stocked from DVDs, to books, to the kitchen supplies. It's not far from the beach yet it's in a nice quiet cul-de- sac. We're looking forward to staying there again on our next trip to Kiawah!

Beautiful cottage for a perfect family getaway

Cottage is in a great location, close to golf and beach with friendly neighborhood. We stayed with our 2 small dogs for a week and we throughly enjoyed our stay with daily short walks to the beach. Susie was very helpful and informative throughout the rental process and quickly responded for any questions.I highly recommend for anyone to stay here. We will be back for next year

Great Family Spot, and perfect for pets

Our family of four with our small dog had a wonderful week. The layout of the villa optimizes space. Nice porch for hanging out and dinners. Excellent and spacious kitchen. Recommend renting bikes for trips to and from beach. If golf is in the mix, incredible access to Cougar Point.

In 2007, I obtained my South Carolina Property Manager License and began helping fellow owners rent their properties through Kiawah By Owner. My business has grown over the years through owner referrals and guest recommendations. We currently manage more than 20 properties on Kiawah. Many families have been renting with us from the beginning, and their now-grown children have continued the tradition.

We love our cottage on Kiawah. We enjoy having both a screened porch and a deck overlooking Cougar Point golf course. We love to ride our bikes along the beach down to Captain Sam's Inlet to watch the dolphins around sunset.

Cottage on Kiawah is one of the largest 2 bedroom units on Kiawah Island. We have renovated the kitchen and both bathrooms. We added a large picture window in the kitchen overlooking the golf course. There is wifi if you need to stay connected during your vacation.
