Lakeside Cabins - Chalet # 1

Cabines rustiques Vintage sur le lac. L'un des 7 chalets de villégiature. Cette cabine peut accueillir 6 personnes utilisant 2 chambres, chacune avec un lit queen size et un futon dans le salon. Cette cabine confortable comprend une cuisine, une baignoire et un grand porche fermé donnant sur le lac.
Cette cabine a été construite à la fin des années 1920 et montre tout ce peu de ce caractÚre vintage. C'est un peu rude sur les bords mais détient le charme des jours passés. Un intérieur en pin noueux crée une atmosphÚre de camping Up North.

The cabin was rustic but so nice to stay in. It was warm with a fireplace heater and the view out to the lake was beautiful. The host was very communicative and nice. It was a great experience

Think of this place as staying in a camping cabin except with comfortable beds, a sink, stove and bathroom with a shower. Very rustic but comfortable camping!

My mom and i had the amazing pleasure of staying in thus adorable cabin. It had everything we needed and was super close to the Mackinac island ferry. We will definitely be back and highly recommend to all

Cute little cabin

Cute place! Perfect for a couple or small family. Love its right on the lake. We had a fire and watched a family of ducks swim by a couple times a day. Very peaceful.

Quick stop but would stay again!

My husband and I stayed here for a night to split up our drive from Metro Detroit to the U.P. The cabin was rustic and quaint, plus it was big-dog friendly, so perfect for our needs. We didn’t get to enjoy much of the property but the water looked nice- shallow and sandy bottom near the shore. Could be a great option for a group of friends or large family with older kids as you could rent multiple cabins.

Perfect location for my stay

The location was 10 minutes from Mackinaw. The local restaurant had an amazing breakfast and the local bar was in walking distance. Had a perfect weekend!

Great base camp

This place is a great base camp for all your adventures in the area. Beautiful sunrises over the lake to start the day. Then a great place to relax after a long day with fire by the lake. The owner Richie is always there to greet the quests.

We stayed for a couple of nights with our dogs and it was a perfect place for what we needed. It was right next to Lake Paradise- peaceful, quiet, and beautiful. Cabin # 1 was rustic and quaint. It has a fridge, microwave, oven, and fireplace. The property manager was responsive and nice. I would recommend this property to my family and friends.

Rustic !! Tongue and groove pine just like my grandparents cabin !!

Lakefront with small dock. Shallow water. Great place for a fire in the evening ! Very comfortable for 5 older females on a road trip ! Ferry to Mackinac Island 25 minutes. Pictured Rocks 2 hours !

A Native American word meaning “camp by the lake.” Chickagami is a fitting name for this 431 sq ft cabin, one of the first built in 1929 along the lakeshore of this small vintage resort currently known as Lakeside Cabins.
