Bienvenue à Villa Bella Vista, votre maison loin de chez vous à Cape Coral. La maison se trouve au bout du canel et offre une vue imprenable depuis la véranda.

Cette maison de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain a un étage ouvert avec beaucoup d'espace pour se détendre. La cuisine, la salle à manger et la salle de bain principale ont été récemment rénovées. Les appareils sont également nouveaux.

La maison se trouve à quelques pâtés de maisons des restaurants et des restaurants de la belle marina de Cape Harbour.

La maison est fournie avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous détendre et profiter de votre séjour. Nous avons fourni des draps et la cuisine est approvisionnée si vous décidez de cuisiner. Apportez simplement votre nourriture et prévoyez de vous asseoir et de profiter de la vue.

La piscine est chauffée mais nous facturons 15 $. 00 par jour pour chaque jour d'utilisation de l'appareil de chauffage.

We have been coming to Cape Coral for the last 5 years and this was our 4th different house and our favorite. Hope to rent again in the future. Great hosts and communication. Very comfortable furniture and well furnished and equipped. Very nice pool and dock area, Even caught a Snook at the dock. Also SW Cape Coral is our favorite area. Close to shopping but away from the traffic. Great area for walking and biking the neighborhoods. Wish we were still there but back in PA and the cold weather.

We had a great time at this beautiful home!! Loved the pool and the view!! The bed was really comfortable, and enjoyed the bbq grill as well as the whole layout of the house! The owners were very responsive to questions and info and a pleasure to deal with!!

A Taste of Paradise

This is my third stay at Bella Vista. The home is always spotless and the owners maintain and update the property tastefully. I love the neighbourhood! I can't wait to visit again.

Peaceful Setting

Very nice property and very responsive owners. Landscaping is a positive feature. Provides seclusion around pool and lanai and beautiful framing of the canal/sunsets.

2024 Florida vacation

We had a great time,our young grandkids loved the pool. The pool guys came once a week early so it didn’t disturb anyone. Great family place to stay.

Awesome Place

We enjoyed the sunsets by the pool, we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, and sitting at the edge of the dock! Nice location near grocery store and liquor store. Beautiful house!

Setting is beautiful, house is beautiful and well appointed. The bicycles, kayaks, and pool were all great features, and we enjoyed the Bluetooth sound system. We’d recommend this property to anyone looking for a stay in Cape Coral.

Heaven on Earth

We had a great time staying at this property, we wanted R&R and definitely got it, we loved staying around the house and also enjoyed visiting local beaches and restaurants. Hosts were wonderful and responsive. Doesn't get much better!

Great Place

The home was wonderful- great view from the screened in area by the pool. We spend most our time there with the views of the canal and the sunsets. The home was clean and communications with the hosts was fast and efficient. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Second time here, just as amazing

We love staying in this house. Mark and Susan are great to work with and so accommodating! We were here earlier than check in and since the house was ready they did not hesitate to let us go on in. The location is perfect and house perfect for relaxation and fun. We would highly recommend.

Great Spring Break Experience

My family and I came down to escape the March Ohio weather. We loved everything about his experience. We took advantage of the pool, bikes, and the kayaks. The hosts were very responsive and great to work with. I hope to come back again.

Amazing home with sunset views!

I loved this property and am planning a return trip. Mark was very responsive during my stay to any questions. Beautiful (clean) home with all of the amenities, including kayaks and bikes. The canal view is incredible. The pool is fantastic. Honestly a perfect stay! Would highly recommend to anyone.

Beautiful sunsets

This was a perfect house for our small group. The location at the end of the canal made for perfect evenings visiting in, and by, the pool to watch the beautiful sunset. Quiet neighborhood. Mark and Susan were easy to communicate with and answered back immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

My Home Away from Home

I could not have been happier. The perfect place to relax and unwind. The home was spotless and comfortable, located in a quiet neighbourhood, just a short distance from shops. The rooms were well appointed, everything you could want or need was provided. The hosts were very responsive to any questions. They already know that I'll be back!

Loved this property!

My husband and I thought this property was exceptional. It is very pleasing from the road, and beautifully finished with high end finishes throughout. We had everything there that we would have needed, plenty of kitchen supplies, bedding, towels and furnishings in general. The pool area is beautiful and view out to the canal breathtaking! Our owners were gracious to turn on the pool heater ahead of our arrival, but we still found the water a bit chilly for comfortable pool time in February. But laying in the sun near the screened in pool made up for that as well. Overall it was a very great experience and we would stay again.
