Une grande maison avec beaucoup de place

Grande maison de plus de 2 800 pieds carrés avec 5 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bain complètes et une salle de bain au 3/4 pouvant accueillir votre famille. Suffisamment de lits pour 18 personnes, avant de sortir les lits pliants et les nattes du sous-sol pour 4 amis supplémentaires, pour un maximum de 22 dormeurs.

Le premier étage dispose de 4 lits doubles pouvant accueillir 8 personnes et d’un bain 3/4. Le niveau du sol a une chambre principale avec un lit king size, et la salle de bain principale a une grande baignoire ovale et une douche séparée. Le niveau du sol a 3 autres chambres qui partagent une salle de bain complète. Le sous-sol fini comprend un grand canapé d'angle avec des fauteuils inclinables pour regarder des films ou jouer à des jeux sur un téléviseur grand écran. La table de cuisine ronde peut accueillir 10 chaises.

Des chaises supplémentaires et une table pliante avec du linge de table sont disponibles. La maison est située sur un terrain en angle pouvant facilement garer 10 véhicules (2 allées, 1 avant et 7 sur le côté).

En raison d'allergies possibles aux animaux de compagnie des autres clients, les séjours pour animaux de compagnie ne sont autorisés qu'avec l'approbation préalable. L'hôpital et les soins pour animaux de compagnie de Lubbock Beyond & Above se trouvent à 0,11 km - à 2 minutes de route de la maison.

I had to change accommodations for visiting family members, and this house was an answered prayer! Carlos and Sara were genuinely so amazing, efficient in communication, and were such a pleasure to have as hosts. The house had just the right amount of beds for everyone and we all could have some room for ourselves while also sharing quality time with each other. The Big House Delivers

We really enjoyed the house. It accommodated our large family. We had 10 adults and 8 children stay there and still had room. The hosts were wonderful. The location is a definite plus as well. We will definitely keep this home in mind for future use.

Great house for a large group!

Property and location were great for our large group in town for a retirement party/football game. Hosts were accommodating and we had everything we needed for our visit. Comfortable beds and lots of room to spread out. Our only complaint was the AC never seemed to keep the house as cool as we would have liked.

Perfect house!

The house was perfect! My family stayed here as we had a wedding in town. Everything was perfect! We flew in from Iowa and was close to the airport and all the places we wanted to go. When we come back to Lubbock, we definitely will stay here sgain! Thank you!

Enjoyed Our Stay

Home met our 4 family needs. Kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed. Parking was sufficient and easy for big groups. Beds were comfortable. Safe neighborhood and easy access to most of Lubbock. Carlos and Sara were very helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed and responded quickly to any questions we had. Will stay there again.

Perfect big house!

Sara & Carlos were amazing hosts! We loved the house and it was perfect for the weekend! Loved the fact they were able to meet us when we first arrived at the property! If you are needing a big house for a big group of people I’d definitely recommend this property! We will definitely be staying with them again if we come back to Lubbock!! And the guys loved the basketball goal!

Best stay ever!

We have a large family ranging from over 50 adults to grand babies under 2yrs old. This home was the perfect fit for us to stay for my daughters wedding; a place for everyone to be together, making food, playing games, and comfortable beds. Many memories were made! The home was clean, the owners were very super responsive. Couldn't have asked for anything better!

Best hosts EVER!!!

The home and the location were wonderful. The home was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. But the hosts, the hosts were so amazing that words cannot even begin to express how pleased we were. Carlos and Sara both went above and beyond any expectations or any other hosts we have experienced. I highly recommend this home and will check it’s availability first for our next trip to Lubbock.

Family gathering

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Pleanty of room for our extended family to spend the weekend. We had 9 adults and 3 teens and everyone had their own beds. Teens enjoyed the downstairs TV and foosball. We cooked large family meals and were impressed by the well-equipped kitchen with lots of pots and cooking utensils. Would stay here again, owners are clearly thoughtful of their guests' comfort.

We lived in this house before downsizing to a home half the size. We opened our guest home in 2018. Carlos finally retired from his job of 32 years to become the linen washer, bed-maker, and concierge extraordinaire. He works the rug shampooer, vacuum cleaner and mop like a boss. I still work full-time, not ironing 20 pillowcases each turnaround. We decided to marry 2 months after meeting each other, and have been married 25 years. We had to cancel our own anniversary celebration in April due to COVID, and understand other families' disappointments. These are tough times for everyone. Our takeaway is to appreciate our loved ones while we can. Time in each other's presence should not be taken for granted.

I wanted to work and live in Lubbock after our son required and received excellent medical care in UMC's Trauma Center, SICU and rehab, due to a work-related accident. My gratitude runs deep. When it was time to buy a house, we knew this was THE ONE as soon as we walked in. This large home could accommodate the needs of our large family at the time. Then, after major life changes, we downsized. Now we hope other large families enjoy this beautiful home.

I like the large kitchen/dining area with lots of counter space. I liked the basement, because even though there were enough beds for everyone in the bedrooms, the grandkids opted to sleep on a blanket on the floor in the basement. So I suppose this could be the designated slumber party room.

I appreciated that our visiting family (enough to fill a bus) did not need to park down the street. This is a nice, quiet vicinity in South Lubbock.

The square footage. This home is the largest home on the block, and one of the largest in this family neighborhood. It is 1 block to a school yard with kid's playground, softball backstops and football goals.. The speed limit on this street is 30. Kids ride their bikes, runners jog, and people walk their dogs. It's nice. The nearest grocery store is a 2-minute drive. Easy access to major streets UNIVERSITY and INDIANA.
