3rd time in the building in other units but the view in this one was excellent. We did t have to go down for sunset we watched from the balcony every night!

Pros: Easy to access room without using the elevator, clean pool, great views from the patio, wonderful section of the beach, a couple of beach bars within walking distance, quiet and fairly well-maintained property, 3 sets of patio furnitureCons: Several dirty pans were left in the over in the oven and the top shelf of the refrigerator was covered in water when we checked in, and a spare cooler in the closet was filled with water when we checked-on...several minor attention to detail issues like that.

We weren’t at Vistas on the Gulf. They moved us to a different condo the day we checked in. I asked multiple times for them to cancel our reservation at Vistas in the Gulf and rebook us at the other resort, but they refused for some reason. They did offer us a 20% discount, but we certainly didn’t have the same condo we rented. Very disappointing.

No closet and minimal drawer space in the second bedroom would have been helpful information ahead of time and the place could have been much cleaner upon arrival. Overall, we had a good stay.

This was our 2nd stay at the Vistas and first time in the oceanfront unit. It was exceptional. The condo is beautifully decorated. The view can’t be beat. We went snorkeling everyday. We will be back again for sure. Can’t recommend enough.

The refrigerator did not work properly. It was often barely cold enough to keep our food safe. The ice maker only dropped ice one or two times the whole week. The management brought us bags of ice each day. They arranged for a tech to try to service the fridge mid-week but it still didn't work properly. The management did give us a 15% refund because of this inconvenience.

Excellent. Would love to stay again next year! VIEW, LOCATION and BALCONY were phenomenal. Condo is simple, well equipped and clean. Guest services was very accommodating by assisting us with handicapped parking. We will stay again!

Nice spot on the beach

Great location on the beach. Positives - Great view. New patio (3 sets) furniture and large patio. Pool area small but clean and warm for February. Kitchen has everything you will need. TV's easy to manage channels - nothing difficult like some rentals. The property is well maintained and very quiet. Negatives- couch and chairs in living room are worn and dated. AC unit in 2nd bedroom is quite loud when it kicks on and you'll hear it every time a neighbor flushes a toilet. All in all, I would stay there again.

Nice spot right on the beach!

Our family was in town to visit other relatives that live just a few doors down. It was a great stay! Very clean and the balcony is nice and large. Just steps and you're on the beach. Only note is that shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were not provided, so be sure to bring your own.

Week at the beach

The property is in a great location. The balcony overlooks the beach. The property manager was very responsive. The interior is a little tired. Per some earlier reviews, the sheets are very old and need replacing, the sofa also is way past its best. Otherwise, this property makes for a wonderful week at the beach.

Great location

It is a good place on a great beach and it needs some tending! No screens on the doors and lots of bugs-- I was covered in bites; the quality of the sheets is extremely low-- rough, scratchy and old! The pillows on the bed also old and no choice for different preferences. Dishes and kitchen ware were good. The drain in the master bath is stuck shut; hairdryer on 2nd bath didn't work...and the air conditioning blows directly on the smaller bed making it very hard for that person . The vent could not be adjusted, I say all this be cause it is a fabulous location and had the potential to be a great rental. I have run B&B so I o ow that little things can make a big difference.

One week in St. Pete

The location is nice, walkable to many restaurants and very nice beach. We were 2 couples in the condo. The second bedroom was definitely much smaller than the primary, making it tight for one couple. Both bathrooms were comparable. Pictures are accurate portrayal of the condo. Location was very clean and the management company was easy to work with

Great Condo in the Greatest Florida Beach Area!

I was in the area for business, and when in the Tampa area, I always stay in St. Pete Beach, for the past 30 years. It's an amazingly beautiful area and slow paced, which makes combining business with beach community, almost seem like a vacation. Normally I stay at the Alden up the street but that was sold out and I decided to try a VRBO instead; I will never go back to anything but this place if available for future visits to the area. The property manager is spectacular and answered questions ASAP with an easy and very personal check-in process that was appreciated. The condo itself is located quite close to the Don Cesar side of the beach and offers a very private beach feel and view with an amazing balcony. You have your own assigned parking spot which is great for not having to "compete" for a parking spot when returning in the evening like you do at resorts. The condo has all the comforts of home as well as beach chairs and a nicely appointed kitchen. The beds are comfortable or at least the one I used. I did use the hot tub one night and the pool area in general is nice and not the large resort style pool with too many people. I didn't see any beach towels so that would be a nice addition if there are none. I would definitely stay here again at any time.

St Pete beach front vacay

Beautiful condo. Perfect for our short stay. Gulf front. Great views. Dedicated parking spot was a bit tough to navigate with a large truck. But we managed.

We love love love the Visitas best place ever!!!! Second time staying and we will be back :) This condo could use a new dishwasher for sure! The blinds in master bedroom are missing a piece which causes sun to shine in, but worse of all you can’t get dress in your room without worrying about weather someone will see you out on the balcony even if it is family
