Senior trip

Me and my two teenage daughters booked this home. A trip of a lifetime! The view was amazing—the neighborhood felt safe and secure. I loved the gate for the added security. Everything is close-restaurants, beaches, rentals…We loved having our own pool with a view that could compete with any on the island. The communication was great and so friendly. We didn’t want to leave!!! Thank you for sharing your home!!!!

From the minute we walked into this beautiful home, I knew it was going to be a magical plane My two daughters joined my husband and I and the house was perfect for us 4. From waking up with the sun sipping coffee on the lanai, to falling asleep to the crashing waves… our stay was perfect. Tuttle Rock is a private oasis offering peace and tranquility!

Kahaluu Bay Paradise

Beautiful property with ocean views from every room . Foot steps from one of the best snorkeling spots on the island . If you are a surfer just hop out the beach gate and paddle out to one of the best surf spots . The pool is perfect if you are just looking to relax in the sun . The property manager is courteous and available for any of your needs .This property has everything for a perfect Big Island vacation . We used to always stay in Waikoloa but we definitely will be coming back here !

Beach supplies were a little lacking and kitchen could have had more (but we probably cook and bake more then most of vacation).

Location was key since you can access the water and a fantastic surf break right from the house! Central location but you have to drive everywhere, possible to walk to Magics beach and shopping center but road is busy. Absolutely loved Turtle Rock, we’ll be back!!

Blake came by when we checked in and explained the sound system, etc. We had one issue with the alarm beeping in the owner's closet which was resolved immediately. The house is just perfect. We especially enjoyed being able to snorkel right off the property.

One of the best vacation rentals ever.

Best snorkeling beach short 5 min walk away. Fabulous views off deck, enjoyed watching surfers, and beautiful sunsets. Pool a blessing on humid days and evenings. Excellent location-5 min drive to KTA grocery store and 20 min drive to eaterys and other shopping. Centralized location for exploring the island. Used and enjoyed on-site snorkel and pool accessories. Beautifully maintained grounds and pool, house open and airy, fans a plus, comfortable secure location. Management company (Blake) attentive and responsive. We were well rested and relaxed at the end of our 10 day vacation - would love to return.

Heavenly views

The place is just as beautiful as you hoped it would be. The turquoise ocean surrounds you in the den, kitchen and bedrooms! It is maybe the most peaceful place ever! Having the private pool is wonderful; get prepared to get an island tan while watching nearby surfers everyday. The house is very modern with every amenity. The comfy chaise lounges and outdoor dining table make it perfect - we also used the grill. The only issue we had was the number of security cameras onsite, which was a bit disconcerting; however, overall, it was a gorgeous property and we would highly recommend!

Go all out and stay here.

This trip was a celebration for our family and it was AWESOME! I've stayed at a few places on Ali'i drive, and none come close to this location. Tucked in the perfect, and I mean perfect, location, we didn't want to leave the house. It's appointed perfectly and well-designed for privacy between the house and the guest bedroom. We surfed right there, snorkeled in the bay, and ran. We always looked forward to our afternoons hanging out at the house and cooling off in the pool. We also encountered a storm while there and it was epic to have a front-row seat! The landlord was very helpful and attentive as well.
