We had such a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back! The house was super comfortable and worked out great for our family. We loved the friendly vibe in the neighborhood and how easy it was to walk to the pool and beach.

Perfect location

The host responded every time I asked a question. The location is absolutely perfect for those of us that can't afford oceanfront. Cross the road and you are at the pool and a few more steps you are on the beach.You can't go wrong with this place!

A Perfect Coastal Retreat

Our recent stay at this Topsail Island vacation home exceeded all expectations. As frequent visitors to the area, this property quickly became one of our all-time favorites.The spaciousness of the home was immediately impressive, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. Cleanliness was impeccable throughout. The comfortable beds ensured restful nights and the well-stocked kitchen had everything we needed.We absolutely recommend this vacation home and will definitely be booking it again. A true coastal gem that delivers everything promised and more!

Family Vacation- previous stayers

The house was just as nice when we stayed 8 or 9 years ago. The location, house, area are perfect. The only complaint - at no fault of the owners- who are wonderful to communicate with- was the cleanliness. May want to look at another cleaning company/ cleaning crew as they are doing the absolute bare minimum! If the owners would like clarification with what I mean, I will be happy to provide that information with them. Do not want to put it here! All in all a wonderful beach home! Would stay again!!!

Annual beach trip to Topsail

We enjoyed our week in the house. Our only complaints were the grass at the entrance of the house was overgrown. Not sure if that contributed to excessive mosquitoes we experienced coming and going from the property. Additionally, we were only able to use the back screened deck sparingly because the screen underneath the deck was not tacked properly allowing mosquitoes in. However, the location/neighborhood was wonderful. We could easily walk to the pool and beach area and that’s where we spend most of our time anyways. Thanks again for a great stay!

Excellent Beach House!

We had a great stay!! The owner is awesome and had great communication through the whole process of booking and during the stay! We will definitely book again in the future. Close to the beach but on the sound side so you have your peace and quite too. The pool was a fantastic bonus and great for the littles. Each bedroom and common room was clean and well kept, kitchen is also fully loaded with everything you may need! Definitely recommend this beach house to anyone looking â˜ș

Great place to stay if you have a bigger family! The walk to the pool and the beach is very short if you have little ones too. The place is nice and kept up well. My family loved it here and we will be back. Thank you!

Great vacation house

The house is on the sound side, only a short walk to the pool and beach access. With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, it is very comfortable for a group of 12. My favorite thing about the house is the screened back porch off the living room / dining area overlooking the sound. The sunsets over the sound are amazing.

Friend and Family Beach Vacation

Spent 9 days at Topsail and it did not disappoint! This house is a very short walk to the beach and pool which is amazing when you have to pack up 3 kids and 4 adults everyday for the beach! We enjoyed family dinners on the porch and the older kids enjoyed playing in the yard while we grilled out. The house fit 2 families comfortably, kitchen was extremely well stocked with kitchen gadgets and silverware/cups/plates. We will be booking this home again!
