Parfait location de condo d'été et d'automne, vie facile sur le LAC !!

Disponible pour les mois de mai, juin, juillet, août, septembre et octobre. Les HOA de l'Association exigent un séjour minimum de 30 nuits. Ceci est un condo confortable de 1000 pieds carrés sur 2 niveaux qui a 2 chambres et 1. 5 salles de bain. Le maître a un lit king size et un joli petit dressing. Il y a une reine dans la deuxième chambre. C'est une unité d'extrémité sans unités aériennes, donc elle est assez silencieuse. Il y a un W / D, lave-vaisselle, 2 téléviseurs à écran plat, câble de base et Internet inclus. A également beaucoup de belles commodités sur la propriété, piscine et bain à remous, courts de tennis, panier de basket, terrain de golf vert, et c'est juste sur le lac! Sortez par la porte, traversez la belle herbe verte et allez nager. Belle vue sur le lac depuis la chambre principale et le rez-de-chaussée également. Après avoir nagé, enfourchez votre vélo et parcourez la piste cyclable en ville pour faire du shopping au marché de producteurs ou profiter des boutiques et des restaurants du centre-ville de Sandpoint en été. Ce n'est qu'à cinq minutes en voiture au cœur du centre-ville, à environ 1 mile. Le condo a un bon sentiment d'intimité sur un terrain magnifiquement paysagé et serait un espace merveilleux pour passer un mois ou plus de votre été. Il y a même un petit espace de rangement dans le garage pour vos vélos et jouets de plage. Des tonnes de randonnées et d'activités de plein air dans la région, y compris Schweitzer Mountain Resort et également à moins d'une heure du Canada et à 3 heures du parc national des Glaciers. Restez aussi occupé que vous le souhaitez ou accrochez-vous simplement au lac et détendez-vous

Perfect summer place

What a wonderful summer we had on the shore of Lake Pend Oreille. Mike and Susan were great communicators, the condo’s kitchen was well stocked with cookware & tools, and the grounds were lovely. We enjoyed every minute!

Lakeside relaxation

Had a very pleasant stay. The home is located in a community that is well maintained with large green open spaces that run down to the lakeshore. Sandpoint is a short ride, walk or bike away and offers all the services and dining one could want. I have visited Sandpoint several times and plan to do so again.

Living the dream in Sandpoint

I would rate our stay a 4.5 star experience. The condo is in a safe, quiet neighborhood located two miles from downtown Sandpoint. It is a mixture of attached condos set in a park-like area that overlooks the Pend Oreille River. We found the unit to be very clean upon our arrival. It has no overhead neighbors so it is very quiet and private.The condo has two upstairs bedrooms and a full bathroom. The downstairs consists of a one-half bathroom, living and dining rooms and a fully modern kitchen. The condo provided everything we needed for our two month stay. The beds were very comfortable and the three tvs provided about 30 cable channels for our entertainment. The Wifi signal was strong so there were no internet issues. We certainly enjoyed our stay and would return again. The cons: the air conditioning would not cool the condo on some warm summer nights and there is no covered parking for your car.

A great way to see Sandpoint

The condo is clean and stocked with everything you'll need; thick towels, fully functional kitchen, comfy beds, great TVs, and a beautiful location. We really enjoyed the two adult bikes and access to the bike path into town. The host is very accommodating and very accessible.

Great amenities, beautiful location, fun family get away

Owner was very communicative and accommodating. We asked If it would be possible to check in and out a few days earlier than planned, and owner was agreeable He called us prior to our stay to confirm check in process and make sure we had everything we needed Owner was quick to respond with the couple of questions we had throughout our stay. We enjoyed the property very much, the pool and the tennis court were a favorite of our kids. The condo was clean and well-maintained and fully stocked with everything we could have needed. The owner went the extra mile to have satellite TV hooked up before our stay and put in a new air-conditioning unit so that we would be comfortable. It was a great visit and we would love to go back again.

Sorry you were disappointed in the TV broadcast quality in our Condo. The service provider is Northland Cable and the Cable TV is one of the bundled services included in the Homeowner Association Fees. Being it is just one cable running through many different units it is impossible to have units upgrade individually. Selection wise the cable provides access to 70 of the most popular stations, but unfortunately very few in HD Because of your comment, we will in the future offer DIRECTV as an available upgrade option. Glad you enjoyed your stay other than the TV

Lovely townhouse!

Great place to stay! The location was nice and quiet but the train could be heard at night but that’s pretty much anywhere in Sandpoint. The community was beautiful and well kept. Tennis courts, basketball water entry are all right out your door. There is a pool and hot tub but they weren’t open during our stay due to maintenance. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you need and had a BBQ. The king bed in the master bedroom was so unbelievably comfortable it was hard to get out of. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a month long getaway to this beautiful town.

So close to everything and you wake up to coffee on the lake

We are house hunting and needed two weeks to look around. We found that we spent more time than we imagined at the VRBO cuz it worked so well. Close to everything, walks with wine around the grass down to the lake, and when it rained, we stopped all our endeavors and listened to the storm. Just great!

Excellent for Couple

This condo was everything we had hoped for in our month long stay in Sandpoint, ID. Two bedroom one and a half baths accommodated all of our needs. Each bedroom had a single bed (king,queen) which could be limiting for a family. The grounds around the condo are very nice. It's quiet, has a view of the lake across a flat grassy area. Aminidies include tennis court and pool. Its location relative to the downtown area is excellent for closeness and getting away (2 miles). All in all we were very comfortable during our stay.
