The place was updated and very clean/welcoming. The AC was a bonus on a very hot weekend. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Plenty of parking in the lot. And the bed was comfortable which was amazing!

Perfect home base

This one bedroom property is the perfect home base for your Bend vacation. The location can’t be beat. Its easy to get to from any direction. Being walking distance to numerous restaurants is so nice especially on nice evenings. The off street parking is great and secure. Having the storage unit to store your gear is awesome. I was afraid it would be noisy being close to Colorado Ave. However, its dead quiet at night. The unit is well stoked and the amenities are great. Will plan on staying again!

The place was nice and clean. A cozy one bedroom that was walkable to downtown Bend and the old mill district. Great for a weekend getaway during winterfest.

Well-located, comfortable home away from home

Super clean, thoughtfully appointed apartment with lots of extras and excellent off-street parking. In a quiet neighbohood, within walking distance of the Old Mill District and easy to get to other parts of Bend. Communications with the host were excellent and queries were speedily replied to.

A Bend Welcoming

We loved all the details with this property listed . The location was so fun to have short walk to river and shops including a local bakery / restaurant . Was short drive to Smith Rock park and National Volcano Monument for hiking . Met our expectations and more .

Fantastic location!

We were in Bend for a concert - once we arrived we never drove till we left for home! The extra storage shed was really helpful! With the way the units connected to a central hall, this would be a great option if we were traveling with others but wanted some privacy. Also had all the needed amenities - very well stocked.

Perfect Stay!

Loved our stay here, it was a fantastic location, had everything we needed, clean, bed was comfortable, and shower had great water pressure! Check out Jackson's Corner for the best bread and butter snack plate! It was also so easy to walk our tubes up the river path and float down too. Thank you!

Fabulous place

My stay was wonderful. Emily has set this unit up so you feel like you are at home. She has thought of most everything you need. I've been in some VRBO's that have just the bare minimum of what needs to be there. It's a great location as well. I walked to the river in the morning and stopped by Jackson's Corner right down the street for some breakfast goodies. There is also a grocery store 4 minutes away. The bed has a really nice frame but watch out for the left hand corner of the bed frame, if you don't go around it wide enough, it will clip you. It's most likely my fault for moving too fast. That will not keep me from renting here again. It really is quite nice.
