Notre nouvelle mise à jour griÚche Cay Condo avec de nouveaux meubles de salon et cuisine entiÚrement nouvelle. Il est DSL et WiFi Internet haut débit dans notre unité. Nous avons de superbes vues sur la plage du Golfe et de la piscine chauffée ci-dessous. Le spacieux salon RM a un 26 pieds. Mirrored mur offrant d'excellentes vues de 60% du condo Doté d'une cuisine entiÚrement équipée, un jacuzzi dans la salle de bain principale, Grand salon, salle à manger, Patio et en Nouvelle pleine grandeur laveuse à chargement frontal / teinturier.

La literie est un roi dans le maßtre avec un téléviseur HD, deux jumeaux dans la Chambre avec TV / DVD et d'un canapé-lit dans le salon. La chambre d'hÎtes a été entiÚrement rénové. Il ya une nouvelle HD 32. TV avec un DVD et VHS Player. Nouvelles améliorations comprennent une nouvelle cuisine et gratuit pour les clients 4 Vélos de haute qualité. Les vélos adultes étaient Nouveau en 2014. Les caractéristiques uniques de notre unité est les curseurs de verre à la fois sur l'intérieur et sur le cÎté de la Lanai. Vous pouvez avoir AC dans le Lanai. Le mur Est de salon est complÚtement miroir. Les murs en miroir offre une luminosité ajoutées à la copropriété.

Sanibel Island est un paradis tropical avec une infinité de choses à voir et à faire pour tous les ùges. Il est environ 30 miles de vélo, la marche et des sentiers patin à roues alignées. Profitez de la végétation luxuriante, fleurs, et Sandy Shell Strewn Beach. Vous pouvez marcher à fermer de boutiques et de restaurants. Il ya deux 18 trous de golf publics de l'ßle.

Notre unité à Loggerhead Cay est géré professionnellement et il ya toujours quelqu'un de disponible pour répondre à vos besoins. Les unités sont inspectés chaque année pour se assurer qu'ils sont maintenus et se assurer que nos normes de propreté.

Loggerhead Cay est d'environ .3 miles de la Causeway Ă  Fort Myers, offrant un accĂšs facile sur et en dehors de l'Ăźle.

Mises à jour récentes comprennent New Meubles de salon et de stores et de la toute nouvelle cuisine et de la toute nouvelle Chambre d'hÎtes. Nous avons aussi avons maintenant un Laveuse à chargement frontal et sécheuse Nouveau dans notre unité. Nous avons 4 excellents vélos de qualité. Jim was great! He was very timely answering any questions we had. The condo has a great view! It’s comfortable and the beds were wonderful. The rental includes bikes which is a bonus(we didn’t use them this trip but will next year). The people (owner or renter) at Loggerhead Cay are very friendly!

This location was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for more pleasant weather. Our view from the lanai was beautiful. The beds were super comfortable. We loved this vacation rental even though there were some maintenance issues that I did let Jim, the owner, know.

Sanibel at its best

We have stayed at Loggerhead Cay before but a different unit. We enjoyed renting from the Ways. Jim called us when we were there and was easy to reach.Lovely apartment. Easy check in and great location.Will definitely book again next year.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. Beach and pool access are great. Condo is fully equipped. Bed was comfortable. Restaurants are absolutely delish. Doc Fords Shrimp and Grits and Gramma Dots grouper were excellent. Overall a great stay!

Fun in the sun

Great condo and location

We had a great time at your place. My husband’s family have been vacationing in Sanibel since 1990. In 2005, my husband and I stayed one building down from yours with my in laws, in a unit that was owned by a friend of the family. Loggerhead Cay, and Sanibel in general is a nice, clean, quiet place. The people are very friendly. Thank you for your hospitality. It was a pleasure.

Great vacation location

We had everything we needed in our condo for a great stay! A beautiful view from our lanai, beach chairs, umbrella and towels. Just a short walk to the beach. The bed was comfortable, the condo was clean.Jim was a great host, very easy to communicate with. We can’t wait to go back!

Highly recommend

Our family had a wonderful time and were very pleased with this property. It overlooks the pool and has views of the Gulf from the room. The rooms are very spacious and well maintained, easy access to the beach and lots of great pool and beach accessories included with the condo. The owner was very attentive and ensured all our needs were met. We would certainly stay here again and highly recommend it.

Loggerhead Cay

We enjoyed our week at Sanibel so much. Our condo was very nice and well-equipped. We were just steps from the wonderful pool and a short walk to the beach. The shelling was great. All the restaurants at Sanibel were wonderful. We will be back!

Wonderful

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was lovely and Jim could not have been more helpful. We used the lanai/porch so much. It was accessible for my elderly parents with the elevator and nice paths on the property.

Beautiful Sanibel Lodging!

The property was clean and comfortable with beautiful gulf views. Jim was a delightful host. I really appreciated the beach gear and bikes and the ability to use a code rather than having to keep up with keys. Will definitely choose Jim again!

We are Jim and Jean Way from Chanhassen Minnesota. We own and operate a Rental Equipment and Special Events business. We are able to travel in the Winter months because our business slows down in the cold Minnesota Winters. We have a son and daughter that work with us in our business. We have 5 grand children.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We vacationed in Florida probably 10 years before we decided to look at buying vacation property. We choose Sanibel Island because it was our favorite vacation location. We purchase a Loggerhead Cay condo because it is a Great complex with a Great location. A beach condo complex and very close to the Sanibel Cause-way.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our condo is a very bright condo with with about 60 feet of floor to ceiling mirrors. The condo has Spectacular views of the beach and green way. We very much like to walk the beach and view the Sun Sets in the evenings. We also enjoy the bike paths and we will normally bike to a restaurant a couple times a week.
