À quelques pâtés de maisons du cœur de Saint-Germain-des-Prés, à proximité du jardin du Luxembourg, du théâtre de l'Odéon, du Sénat et de la Sorbonne, ce duplex offre une surface spacieuse de 110 m² / 1 183 sq ft. Au rez-de-chaussée se trouvent le salon, comprenant une grande cuisine, ainsi que la chambre parentale dotée d'une magnifique salle de bains. À l’étage se trouvent deux autres chambres, chacune dotée d’une salle de bains.

L’appartement a été récemment rénové par un architecte d’intérieur. L’immeuble a été construit à la fin du XIXe siècle. Il est toutefois équipé d’un ascenseur menant à l’appartement.

This was a beautiful and well accommodated apartment in an ideal location. We had a wonderful stay at Caroline’s place. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Caroline was a thoughtful and communicative host who was very proactive with helpful tips and information. I would easily stay here again while visiting Paris.

My family truly enjoyed this lovely, spacious and well-appointed apartment in a terrific location adjacent to Jardin du Luxumbourg. We did experience some morning construction noise but for the most part we left the apartment early to explore Paris, so this did not impact us so much. Caroline provided a nice list of food shops and restaurants in the vicinity which was helpful. One thing to note, only one key to the apartment was provided and unfortunately, it was inadvertently left behind one evening which resulted in us being locked out until the following morning. Fortunately, we were able to secure a hotel for that night, but I would advise guests to double even triple check the key is in their possession prior to leaving the apartment. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay, and we look forward to returning.

This was an excellent location, with reasonably short access to Metro, RER and Bus stops. Also next door to the beautiful Luxembourg Gardens. Two Boulangeries a short distance away- delicious croissants and pain au chocolates for breakfast! Rooms were very spacious and well appointed although no closet for clothes hangup or drawers in the downstairs master bedroom or bathroom. Kitchen facilities were very good. Another thing to be aware of is that to access the upstairs bedrooms via the spiral stairs there is no handrail which can be tricky for those with limited mobility. Also no TV. Another issue was noise from an ongoing apartment renovation either above or below us. Not an issue at night. Caroline was very concerned about this and kept us informed but it was beyond her control. Overall we had a really good stay and Caroline is an excellent host.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. There were a few minor issues which were resolved immediately. The location was great. Definitely would stay at this property again

We loved this apartment in the 6th Arrondissement! So much room for 3 adults. Bedrooms are large & the living area is so spacious! Nice to have a kitchen to prepare light meals when not going out to the many restaurants in the area. Everything was clean and having a washer & dryer is a plus! You can walk to the Luxembourg Gardens which are a couple minutes away. So close to Notre Dame and the Pantheon. We walked many miles and the apartment is central to everything. Caroline was always in touch with me from the beginning of our booking to the end of our stay. I would highly recommend staying here. So much better than a small hotel!

Perfect Paris Experience

This large, fully-equipped apartment in a great neighborhood next to the Jardin Luxembourg but away from tourists was perfect for our group of 4 including my 99 year old friend, her daughter (both in bedrooms of their own) and me and my partner in our own space with washroom ensuite. Caroline was a caring and helpful host and her apartment had everything you could possibly need. She recommended great food shops and restaurants and we cooked wonderful meals in her well equipped kitchen. It was a memorable experience.

Amazing Paris apartment

This apartment exceeded our expectations during the week we spent there. My wife and I, and our adult son, really enjoyed the spacious nature of the apartment. While we did not take full advantage or the kitchen, we could relax in the evenings after dining out and have conversations in the salon and plan our next day or review our adventures from the afternoon.Our host was very accommodating and was just a chat away if we had questions. If you need the space of multiple bedrooms, this may be your spot. A bonus was its proximity to the Luxembourg station on the RER B line, which runs to and from CDG airport.

A True Paris Gem - Wonderful Location & Host

We would recommend this property to anyone. Spacious, beautifully maintained duplex in a wonderful neighbourhood. The property is only a two minute walk from a transit line and from there you have access to everything that Paris has to offer. Added bonus is that this line also has direct service to and from CDG.The property is less than half a block from the amazing Luxembourg Gardens. It was such a treat to be able to walk through the Gardens every day. We loved that the neighbourhood was close enough to all of the major attractions, but not overrun by tourists.The property itself was even more lovely than it appeared in the listing photos. It was spotlessly clean, well supplied with towels, and linens and had every piece of kitchen equipment that you could ever need. The bedrooms were all large (especially by Paris standards), and we found the building and neighbourhood very peaceful. Bear in mind that Paris is a huge city, and most of the buildings are very old - you will hear sirens sometimes, or footsteps from upstairs which shouldn't surprise anyone who has chosen to travel to Paris. The building elevator is •tiny* by North American standards, which is normal for buildings of this age. A walker, wheelchair, mobility scooter or child's stroller that does not fold will not fit. Caroline was an outstanding host, and we are lucky to have found her and this property. She was always available if we had a question, but never intrusive.

Caroline has the most beautiful and comfortable apartment in an incredible location. Superb hospitality and decor. In the evenings there is a smell of smoke which may trouble asthmatics.

Dear Neil, I am very sorry to read that you smelt a smoke smell when inside . My apartment is a non smoking place and I am very strict with that point. On the other hand,i never noticed this problem before and I suppose it is the consequence of the exceptional heat wave on the chimney flue . We will proceed to a deep cleaning of it as soon as possible! Best regards .

This quiet and chic apartment (110 square meters - square feet ) is situated along the Luxembourg Gardens, in the heart of the left bank, closed to many universities. A few minutes from the boulevard Saint Germain and the famous "Café de Flore" and "Les Deux Magots". Also many museums, café and restaurants, art galleries, bookshops are around. From this amazing address, you can walk to most of the Parisian sites. You will have the choice to make your visits with a Velib, metro or bus that are easy to find around.

The apartment has just been renovated and is well maintained and set-up. Sometimes you will feel like in country side , at the end of the day. Amazing life with the park. And very appreciated after a full day visiting! The apartment will be a good occasion to discover Paris with your family. 2 nivels will also provide some independence .
