A few blocks from the heart of Saint Germain des Prés, close to the Luxembourg Gardens, the Odeon Theater, the Senat, the Sorbonne, this duplex is a spacious 110 m2 /1183 sq ft. Downstairs is the living room, including a large kitchen plus the master bedroom with a beautiful bathroom. Upstairs are 2 others rooms with a bathroom each .

The apartment has been recently renovated by an interior architect. The building was constructed at the end of the 19th. However, there is an elevator to the apartment.

Amazing Paris apartment

This apartment exceeded our expectations during the week we spent there. My wife and I, and our adult son, really enjoyed the spacious nature of the apartment. While we did not take full advantage or the kitchen, we could relax in the evenings after dining out and have conversations in the salon and plan our next day or review our adventures from the afternoon.Our host was very accommodating and was just a chat away if we had questions. If you need the space of multiple bedrooms, this may be your spot. A bonus was its proximity to the Luxembourg station on the RER B line, which runs to and from CDG airport.

Perfect Paris Experience

This large, fully-equipped apartment in a great neighborhood next to the Jardin Luxembourg but away from tourists was perfect for our group of 4 including my 99 year old friend, her daughter (both in bedrooms of their own) and me and my partner in our own space with washroom ensuite. Caroline was a caring and helpful host and her apartment had everything you could possibly need. She recommended great food shops and restaurants and we cooked wonderful meals in her well equipped kitchen. It was a memorable experience.

A True Paris Gem - Wonderful Location & Host

We would recommend this property to anyone. Spacious, beautifully maintained duplex in a wonderful neighbourhood. The property is only a two minute walk from a transit line and from there you have access to everything that Paris has to offer. Added bonus is that this line also has direct service to and from CDG.The property is less than half a block from the amazing Luxembourg Gardens. It was such a treat to be able to walk through the Gardens every day. We loved that the neighbourhood was close enough to all of the major attractions, but not overrun by tourists.The property itself was even more lovely than it appeared in the listing photos. It was spotlessly clean, well supplied with towels, and linens and had every piece of kitchen equipment that you could ever need. The bedrooms were all large (especially by Paris standards), and we found the building and neighbourhood very peaceful. Bear in mind that Paris is a huge city, and most of the buildings are very old - you will hear sirens sometimes, or footsteps from upstairs which shouldn't surprise anyone who has chosen to travel to Paris. The building elevator is ‱tiny* by North American standards, which is normal for buildings of this age. A walker, wheelchair, mobility scooter or child's stroller that does not fold will not fit. Caroline was an outstanding host, and we are lucky to have found her and this property. She was always available if we had a question, but never intrusive.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This quiet and chic apartment (110 square meters - square feet ) is situated along the Luxembourg Gardens, in the heart of the left bank, closed to many universities. A few minutes from the boulevard Saint Germain and the famous "Café de Flore" and "Les Deux Magots". Also many museums, café and restaurants, art galleries, bookshops are around. From this amazing address, you can walk to most of the Parisian sites. You will have the choice to make your visits with a Velib, metro or bus that are easy to find around.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The apartment has just been renovated and is well maintained and set-up. Sometimes you will feel like in country side , at the end of the day. Amazing life with the park. And very appreciated after a full day visiting! The apartment will be a good occasion to discover Paris with your family. 2 nivels will also provide some independence .
