Great house

The house is beautiful and cery clean. We enjoy the pool and use the boat lift which gave us great water access. Th kitchen is well furnished. Great vacation.

The pictures and description is very accurate. The place was even better in person. Ryan was easily reachable for any questions or concerns during our stay. We spent most of the time fishing, swimming and enjoying meals on the lanai. The kitchen is fully stocked for any of your cooking needs. We had originally had a couple of day trips planned but we never felt the need to leave once we arrived.

Wonderful, quiet property was clean, has everything you need to enjoy your visit. Even for the beach. Greatly appreciated that and the ability to have pets. Family Vacation

Beautiful home, thoughtfully decorated and well appointed. The kids loved fishing off the dock. We watched gorgeous sunsets from the pool. Ryan is a great communicator and excellent host. We loved staying here. The house had everything we needed and it was very clean.

House was great. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need if you plan to cook in. Very quiet and laid back which we loved. Highlight of the stay was renting the tritoon. We had 3 great days of exploring Sanibel, Captiva Island, and Cabbage Key. We even had dolphins swim up to the tritoon! Great time. Host and Management Team were very responsive.

Amazing Place!

What a wonderful time! Had great food,fun,and a great stay. We were comfortable and felt right at home. The pool was awesome and our son never wanted to leave it. The new dock was very nice and caught lots of fish off of it. We ate well at all the surrounding restaurants. Lived beach life at Fort Meyers, Sanibel island.Went to a fun Waterpark not far away. And we cannot wait to go back! Scouted many places for next time.

Hard to leave!

Nice location, clean, fun little house. Pool was nice. We had a little trouble checking in, but that was probably more because my wife and I were on separate flights because of work. We would for sure stay there again. One thing is we used tap water for the coffee, I would not recommend that. Go get some water from the grocery store. The water in that city smells terrible.

Calm and peaceful - on canal and dead end street. All needs were met. The gals loved the pool. House well stocked. Great kitchen gear. Would return without hesitation. Straight forward host and managers.

Excellent Accommodations

Our stay at Santa Rosa Villa was absolutely perfect! The house was impeccably clean, with comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed for a relaxing vacation. Ryan was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had, and the location was ideal for exploring Cape Coral, Naples, Sanibel and Fort Myers. Great week in Cape Coral

We spent a week in Ryan's house and we had a great time there. The house is really nice with everything you will need, we felt right at home. It was nice to have 2 bedrooms with king size bed, which are hard to find. We also used the bikes. The heating pool was amazing especially since we arrived the day of the tropical storm (Debby). Ryan was a great host, always available to answer us. I definitely recommand staying there!

My wife and I have been in love with Cape Coral since we visited for the first time over 10 years ago. We have a very busy career life's in the Midwest, but we look forward to the time that we can spend in Cape Coral. We treat the houses amenities as if we live there year round.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

My wife Carrie, only wanted a home with western sky rear exposure. Then we entered the home and was emotionally attached right away. The screened in lanai and pool is our oasis. We love the charm of the tile roof, to the resort manicured landscape. We have a wonderful couple that manages our home. They treat our guests and home as if it was their own.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The beautiful Yacht Club beach, fishing pier and Boat House Restaurant & Bar is only 1.8 miles away. With in one mile away there is, some of the most delicious restaurants, shopping, grocery, bars and so much more. We are a 15-20 minute boat ride to the open water with no bridges and don't have to worry about the time consuming lock & damn. We are on a quite road at the end on a cul-da-sac.
