Commodités de l'unité: Le condo a une grande cuisine et une salle à manger séparée qui mène à votre propre terrasse privée. La plate-forme est empilée avec du bois sec pour votre usage dans le poêle à bois. La grande cuisine a tous les appareils de base et des équipements pour votre confort et de commodité. Le salon dispose d'une chaîne stéréo avec 3 disques CD, d'une nouvelle télévision à écran plat et d'un lecteur DVD avec connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et par câble, ainsi que de chaînes de cinéma (consultez le canal 40 pour toutes les listes).

Dispositions en matière de lit: La chambre principale a un lit queen size très confortable, une nouvelle télévision à écran plat et une salle de bain privée avec douche. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen, une petite télévision à écran plat et d'un Nouveau lecteur VHS. Le loft a un lit queen, 2 lits jumeaux, un ensemble de lits superposés et une salle de bains avec une douche. Au rez-de-chaussée, il y a une salle de bain complète avec baignoire, douche et lavabo séparé.

Commodités communes: Dans la salle de loisirs, vous trouverez des machines à laver à pièces, une table de billard, une table de ping-pong, des jeux vidéo, une machine à soda et un petit coin lecture. Le jacuzzi et un sauna sec sont ouverts toute l'année. La piscine est chauffée du week-end du Memorial Day jusqu'à ce week-end la fête du Travail. We loved staying here! It was just as pictured. The kitchen was well equipped with anything we needed to make home made meals. The kids loved staying in the loft. The pool and spa was a huge hit! We had an excellent time staying here.

There was construction going on every day we were there except Sunday which really was annoying. I wish someone told us that when we booked. We probably would have stayed elsewhere solely due to the hammering from 9-4pm each day. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

Rustic pet friendly retreat

This home was perfect for us and our dog. We wanted that rustic Mammoth feel, without being overdone. Beds were comfortable and the layout was great for us. Nice having 2 master suites downstairs, and a place for kids in the loft. The only negative for me, is the unit doesn't get much light because it's in a gully. Discovery 4 is a great location for getting to the lakes and the Village. Absolutely loved being in Mammoth for the 4th of July! The Village puts on a fireworks show on the 3rd of July, and the parade down Main Street on the 4th is fun as well.

Great place, but management isn't great

We love staying in this unit. It's very clean, spacious, and remodeled. However, check in is at 4pm and the office is closed so if there any issues upon check in, no one can be reached. There's no folder explaining the usage of items within the unit. Almost everything was unplugged so had be reset. The toaster, coffee maker, and blow dryer need replacing. No keurig machine, salt, sugar, oil, pens, pencils, or firewood.

There is an emergency phone number in your packet for any assistance. Due to shortage of employees, the office is sometimes closed before 5pm as our staff is checking units before arrivals. Arrival packets are placed in the lock box when that happens. We do not provide seasonings and firewood delivery was delayed due to all the snow Mammoth received. At times, they couldn't even access balconies. Thank you for your review.

Perfect for a large family

The condo was better than expected. It was very clean and nicely updated. There was plenty of room for everyone in the shared space and lots of comfortable beds for the whole family. Just have to watch your head in the loft area as there are low beams. We would definitely stay there again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my second time booking stay at this location. It can accommodate up to 8 guests and is pet friendly. I love that I can bring my dogs here. My only recommendation is for them to enforce their parking policy. This last stay there were more people parked without permits than usual. If you mention no more than two cars per unit, you may want to check on this. It didn't affect our stay too much.. we just had to keep an eye on those who didn't have permits that were leaving and moving into our designated spot when they left.

The instructions were clear about what to expect while staying here. The thermostat was automatically programed for much warmer than we like, so be sure to ask how to turn it down if you like a cooler sleep! Lots of kitchen supplies. We cooked dinner every evening and had everything we needed.

Great place, lots of beds, but prop mgmt co was awful

Everything was great EXCEPT, I never received the email with check-in instructions at off-site location and lock box code until 10am the NEXT day. I called an after hours number that I found on a previous email with a very distracted/rude person, who gave us check in info. Also, the WIFI username/password were not operational and upon another phone call, with the same rude person, we were told that was not an emergency and had to wait for a tech to come out. It in fact was somewhat of an emergency because we needed WIFI for work school. We figured out WIFI based on a torn piece of paper left in kitchen by other tenants and it was the info for the unit next door. I'd stay again but the prop mgmt situation was terrible.

We apologize that you had to deal with a rude person and there were miscommunications with check in instructions. On your note to us when you booked the unit, it stated it was a last minute ski trip, to put your feet up and cook meals...if you stated that you were counting on WiFi, you would have received a phone call from one of our reservationist explaining WiFi is not dependable in Mammoth. Mammoth is designed for outdoor recreation not Zoom meetings or online classes. Our broadband with cannot handle thousands of people coming in to town all at once. Our internet provider is aware of this and is working on improving their service.

First time, great place....

My family and I love Mammoth! Great place to get away for a short trip. This is our first time staying here and it was very impressive! Stayed at many places and this tops one of the best place. It was very spacious, cozy, and CLEAN. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice cozy place..

Decided to choose this place because of the loft. It was perfect for my 2 boys along with their 3 cousins. I did overlook the pet ok! My son is allergic to dogs and it seemed like the place still had some dog dander along with pet hair. He had to take some allergy medicine. Other then that, we love the place and area was perfect. It’ll It was snowing and there were hills where they were sledding. They all had a blast.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was more than I expected and was stoked to find. Two bedrooms plus a loft allowed all my guests to relax comfortably. The rental had a full kitchen with brand new appliances. And, the fact that this rental was dog friendly was an extreme plus for me as I had my two dogs with me. The rental is very close to the slopes making it an ideal stay for snow-boarders and skiers. Only "con" is the steep road to the rental... In the event of snowfall, you must have a vehicle with 4x4 (which we did) or bring chains. Otherwise, you have the potential of not being able to exit the complex.

Fun Short Getaway

Stayed with my husband, 2 teen boys and a small dog. There was plenty of space for all of us! Although the condo is quite dated, it was clean and it also has a newly remodeled kitchen, which was very nice!
