Condo au bord de l'eau avec deux chambres, piscine communautaire, tennis, à quelques pas d'un rivage calme

Profitez de vos vacances à l'extrémité nord tranquille de Tybee Island. Le Bay View Villa 107 (anciennement connu sous le nom de Beach and Racquet C107) est un condo de deux chambres et deux salles de bains situé au 1er étage avec un balcon privé donnant sur la baie, juste au-dessus des dunes protégées. Les clients pourront profiter des levers et couchers de soleil à couper le souffle depuis la plage semi-privée. Le salon et la salle �� manger ouverts donnent sur le balcon et sont confortablement meublés avec un canapé-lit Queen, une télévision à écran plat et un lecteur DVD. La cuisine comprend des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable, un lave-vaisselle, une laveuse et une sécheuse.

La chambre principale est meublée avec un lit king size, une télévision à écran plat, une salle de bain principale attenante avec double vasque et baignoire à remous / douche, accès au balcon. La chambre d'amis est meublée avec un roi. Les deux bains ont été mis à jour avec de nouvelles vanités et accessoires. Ce condo va dormir jusqu'à 6 confortablement.

Il y a un parking pour 2 véhicules dans la zone de stationnement non couvert - 1 assigné et 1 non assigné. Pas d'animaux de compagnie. Adapté aux personnes handicapées (ascenseur, non conforme aux normes ADA). Bay View Villas est une communauté sans fumée. Il est interdit de fumer à l'intérieur du condo ou n'importe où dans la propriété, y compris le balcon de votre condo.

Situé à l'extrémité nord calme de Tybee Island, directement sur la baie où la rivi��re Savannah rencontre l'océan Atlantique. Il y a une belle plage avec des vagues calmes. Regardez les dauphins jouer et les navires entrer au port. Le complexe de condos dispose d'un accès privé à la plage, d'une piscine communautaire réservée aux villas avec vue sur la baie, de courts de tennis, d'un parking privé et d'un complexe privé.

Veuillez noter: la vue sur l'océan depuis cet appareil peut être partiellement obstruée par les belles dunes naturelles protégées par les États-Unis. Ministère des Ressources naturelles.

First Time in Tybee

We loved our stay! There was plenty of room for our family of four. We were on the first floor so.the view of the beach was blocked by the dunes but that didn't matter as we were steps from.the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Beach Condo

The Condo was beautiful inside. The view was blocked a little by the growth on the sand dunes. Overall it was a great place. This the is 2nd time we stayed in the same unit.

Wonderful

Very great place! We will definitely be coming to Tybee again. The only negative were the trees covering the balcony of the ocean view. The pictures of the property showed this. All the other floors showed the oceans view perfectly. Just wished the first floor did also. Nothing against the individual room, it was perfect!

Great Location

We recently just stayed at this location in Tybee for 4 nights. The location is located in the northen end along the Savannah River Beach which is very tranquel if you have young kids). The main complaint with the unit is that it felt a bit run down and wasnt cleaned the best in between uses. If we were staying in Tybee again we would stay in the same complex but probably not in this unit. bit run down

Get away

Property was clean but it looks ‘tired’. You can hear every footstep in the condo above. The mattress in the 2nd bedroom was awful. The condo kitchen was nice. The primary bedroom mattress was great. The primary bedroom bathroom was odd, they made an effort to remodel but the bathtub is old and very dated.

Good location, not very clean

The location was good in terms of being in close vicinity to most things. The property itself is gated which is nice. T, and it does seem to be committed to respect for silence. The beach just behind the property leaves a little much to be desired. The apartment/condo was not very clean. The decor was cute but you could tell furniture was old/outdated, although in grand scheme of things not that important. We had two days with poor weather and so left inside--TVs did not function properly. Recommend maybe leaving some board games as a back up in those situations. The washer/dryer while convenient were old and rickety. The washer made very loud noises and shook violently the times we used it. The floors were very dirty. There were large clumps of hair everywhere and the table was visibly soiled with food or something, which did not make me feel very good about the cleanliness of the rest of the place, especially during the pandemic when sanitization is of utmost importance. If check out is at 10am and check in is at 4pm that leaves a lot of time that a cleaning crew could provide a very deep cleaning and this wasn't even surface cleaned.

Great location on Tybee. North side of Tybee island is very quiet and much much more private than the south side pier area. We got to watch many ships come and go from the port in Savannah which my kids loved. Had a lot of fun during our stay on Tybee as well as Savannah. Experience working with TVR towards scheduling and check out was simple hassle free. Their mobile app is pretty nice and has some good suggestions on things to do. They make it super easy. The property itself is very nice but could be improved on a couple of notes. The beds in the bedrooms were pretty comfortable. However, neither of our bedrooms had shades or curtains. We found ourselves watching the sun rise each morning from the double doors in the master bedroom. Which is cool once or twice until you stay up late a few nights in a row and realize sleeping in is not an option. The spare bedroom which our kids stayed in had shades but was not enough to shield from the outside hallway lights which were very bright. It was so bri

Rogers Honeymoon

We decided to come on our Honeymoon and I don't think we could of picked a better place to stay. We saw dolphins almost every day we were just by sitting on our deck. The sunset was amazing every night and the condo was def. above our expectations. We will be back for sure!!!

September 2017 Stay

Did not know what to expect since we were unable to stay in our first choice due Irma damage. I am so glad I chose this unit -Super nice - you want privacy this is place. Dune bushes are high but we were still able to see the dolphin and the pelicans diving for fish... But the best thing about was sitting out on the balcony watching the sun rise and set ( priceless). Huc Poo's pizza can be habit forming so take caution. Tour of Savannah was wonderful Thanks BIG E you know your history and made the tour enjoyable. Thanks to the GREAT Team at TVR for a wonderful vacation trip and yes we will be back
