Great location

Nice place with a great location. All the amenities included. The washer and dryer were a big plus . Nice and quiet area. Highly recommended.

Great Stay

I have continued to book this location throughout my stay here, Corpus Christi. The beach is literally within walking distance of the property and the property is very well-maintained and safe. Everything that I would need was provided and I have zero complaints about this property. I would definitely book again in the future hopefully instead of business, it would be for sightseeing and pleasure.

Two wonderful months

The condo is very nice and well kept.We really liked the remodeled master bath. We spent enjoyable times sitting on the balcony and listening to the surf. The condo is stocked with every thing one needs for an extended stay.Also having the full sized washed and dryer is wonderful for doing laundry.

Quiet time

Loved the location..easy beach access..cute little deck for sunsets..housekeeping was o.k. but needing tlc... we vacuumed out window sliders so we could now open and deck slider and oiled to work properly...but alot of dust bunnies on walls and vents and ceiling fans...we cleaned all on a windy day..just helping out...half of tv stations blocked..don't know why..we still like the place and tried to rebook but vrbo showed it booked..disappointed I didn't get first option...so booked a different unit in same complex because it's in a awesome location and secure..can't wait till next winter...oh..I would remove carpet...vacuumed 8 times and emptied 8 times..sand... .

Problems when we first arrived: No ice--ice maker was broken. Owners directed us to ice trays to use. Master bath toilet would not flush. Owners had it repaired and were very responsive. Cleanliness: Ceiling fans had so much dirt and dust it was coming over the blade edges. All the vents were very dirty. Representation and Suggestions: Deck was not useable. Overlooked the garbage container and room for one rusted chair. Very little light during the day with only two windows and the door wall to the deck. At night we would recommend room darkening shades as neighbor's lights lit up the bedroom. Nights also difficult to sleep with noise from a neighbors air conditioning constantly running. Very little space to sit outside in the sun around the pool. Promoted the beach but no beach chairs. Maybe a 1/4 roll of paper towels for us to use. Had only two garbage bags to use. The beach was nice and convenient but we are used to better accommodations in our VRBO stays.

Dear anonymous: We are very sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. You are the first guest to raise a concern about ice trays instead of an ice maker. We find the ice trays work well. We have coached the cleaner about the fans and vents. The condo deck seems to be a fascinating study in perspective. In the Art of Racing in the Rain, Garth Stein says that "in racing, your car goes where your eyes go." My husband says "your life goes where your eyes go." We visit N. Padre and can sit for hours on that deck watching the Gulf. Other guests have commented that the deck is so lovely because of the ocean view. But to see the Gulf, you need to face the Gulf. If you choose to face the garbage bin, you see the garbage bin. It is a matter of perspective. I feel the same way about the windows. To us, there is plenty of light during the day. We open the blinds and the door. But, I will add a shade in the bedroom for those who like it very dark. The last item I would like to address is your statement that we promoted the beach but no beach chairs. We did not think that it was expected that we would provide beach chairs, but we are looking into whether that is considered a normal amenity.

Good for the price

Loved how many towels were made available. And the washer and dryer. The kitchen needed some staples such as foil and clean, non discolored cookie sheets. Great location for beach access. For the price, it was good.

Great place to stay.

Good location…. Parking lot to the beach right across the road, drive on the beach just down the road not far at all but it’s $12. This isn’t a complaint just an FYI to future renters…. The knobs in the showers are reversed from usual. Hot is right and cold is left and just let the water run for a bit to get hot. Brush your teeth or something while you wait. 😀 Also the gate code is only for one walk through gate on the south side of the building. There are stairs right by the condo with a different walkthrough gate you can go out but you can’t get back in, but that’s where you should park to unload…. Which is also on the south side of the building. The front gate to the facility facing the gulf doesn’t need a code and doesn’t even have a knob … at least it didn’t end of July 2022, but the condo is in the back. These aren’t complaints just information if you rent, which I would recommend this place. It’s a little older but all was good.

Amazing time in CC area

The condo was amazing and very quiet. We did not use the pool which looked refreshing because the Gulf of Mexico beach was across the street. Our host Marie was very quick to respond to questions and gave us additional.details about the shopping in the area that saved us time and money. The condo is fully equipped with cooking tools, and dishes. The only thing I did not think about was seasoning for cooking (our first time renting a condo learning curve). The beach access is a block away it has beautiful views, life guard when on duty, bathroom and outdoor showers. It was also very clean (except for the party that threw cigarette butts everywhere and left) If we return to the area we will book again with Marie.

Long weekend

This was the perfect place for a nice quiet getaway. Across the street from the beach. Quiet, clean and a nice pool and courtyard. We would definitely book again!

Beach Weekend

Overall, the property was great, exactly what we expected as we had stayed there before. The only draw back was, even though odd, we had trouble getting hot water in either shower. The sinks, both bathroom and kitchen seem to have hot water. Not sure what was up with that but still had a great time.

Great vacation spot

Ideal location. Right across the street from the beach. The manager was very attentive when we left a message. The cleaning staff dropped off towels and was very pleasant to talk to. Having the laundry on site was great. We made use of the pool, which was very clean (but a bit cool in March). We used the grill one night, which was great. I’d recommend this property to my friends.

Moving to Corpus Christi

The accommodation was great except at the beginning dishes were dirty, carpet under coffee table needed to be vacuumed and used coffee grounds were left in the coffee maker. Besides that, everything was great. Maria was very professional, courteous and flexible allowing us to extend our stay a few days due to closing on our house shifting. I will definitely recommend this condo to other people

I throughly enjoyed it. Very cute, quiet, beautiful pool and outside grilling plus the true bonus of being a parking lot walk from the beach. Mini trip to Corpus Christi

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice. Everything is up to date. The beds were so comfortable! Everything was so close to us. Great restaurants and entertainment were nearby.We were even able to walk down to the beach and close to the other beaches. I’m looking forward to next year so we can come back. The only downside is the guest bathroom was a little too small. Other than that everything was perfect. Ms.Maria even let us check in a little early. Which was so much appreciated especially since we have 2 little ones. Whenever I had a question for Ms.Maria, she responded in a timely manner. Very nice lady! If you’re looking for a place to stay for vacation in Corpus Christi, this is the one!
