Quatre chambres à l'étage, trois en suite.
Suite principale: Très grande chambre avec plafond voûté avec ventilateur, lit king, écran plat de 40 "avec Directv, dressing, grande salle de bain avec fenêtre avec douche séparée et baignoire jacuzzi.
Chambre d'hôtes 2: Grande chambre avec lit queen, écran plat 32 "avec Directv et salle de bain privée complète.
Chambre d'hôtes 3: Grande chambre avec deux lits jumeaux et accès direct à la salle de bain complète (partagée avec la chambre d'hôtes 4).

This home has it all - clean, spacious, beautiful yard and pool, quiet street, central location, walking distance to a bagel shop… truly amazing! Ravi was a great host and was very responsive to any questions we had throughout the trip. I would book this property again!

Great Hamptons House

The house was clean and the pool was awesome. We had a minor issue with the HVAC that the host attended to immediately. The location was quiet and walkable. Short drive to downtown East Hampton. We would rent this house again.

This house is in the perfect location! Ravi could not have been a better more communicative host from day 1 of our booking. The house is very spacious and clean. Not to mention the beds are soooo very comfortable, we look forward to coming back again.

A Hamptons Paradise

This home is so well appointed and curated. The home had plenty of room to spread out both inside and out! We lucked out with good weather and spent most of our days lounging by the pool and exploring the towns nearby. You are in walking distance of an incredible bakery, bagel shop, and seafood destination. You are a short drive to nearby towns like East Hampton and Sag Harbor as well as local beaches. The kitchen is stocked with all of the materials you need to cook a delicious meal. Our family cooked most evenings, making use of the outdoor grill and dining set-up. The home feels like a retreat that we so desperately needed!

A Pleasant Break

We spent my Birthday week at this house, and it met all our expectations. It's actually nicer in person than in the photos. The location is super because it's walking distance to a great bakery where we could buy bagels and morning coffee. It was also stocked with lots of fun board games which we played every night. It was a pleasant break from Covid.

Clean home on quiet street

This is the perfect home to rent for a vacation. We went with our two children and stayed here for a week. The home is very clean, easy to access from 27, close enough to walk to the town off of hwy 27. It's also a convenient location to get to the other parts of The Hamptons. The pool heater worked great, the gas stove and electric oven were great, the knife set was spectacular! If you want to cook in this kitchen, it's great. The bedrooms are clean with fresh linens, clean bathrooms, tubs and showers. The beds are comfortable. Garage is big enough for two cars. The backyard is private. I can't say enough wonderful things about this house, we even tried to extend our stay, but it had already been rented the following week. Ravi, was easy to get in touch with when I had a question. Checkout and checkin was simple. I would definitely rent this house again for the summer or Fall.

Very clean, comfortable home. One block north of Montauk highway so well located.

Overall lovely experience. The home is comfortable and clean. The kitchen is decently stocked for cooking. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with ensuite baths. And two other bedrooms that share a bath. The backyard is well laid out with a partially covered deck, comfortable lounge chairs and a lovely pool. My only recommendation would be to include some convenient essentials like liquid soap for the shower, shampoo/conditioner and extra toilet paper.

Wonderful Stay...Owner is great

My family and I just spent 10 days at this property. I don't have one bad thing to say. Location is perfect, and the house was clean, comfortable, and delightful. Everything that we needed was already there, including the beach chairs! The owner (Ravi) was extremely pleasant and very easy to work with. I highly recommend this home. In fact, I plan on renting it again next Summer. JW

Perfect place for a family getaway

The house on Cowhill is perfectly located -- near Bridge, Sag, and East Hampton -- and beautifully appointed. Ravi is a gracious host, very helpful with recommendations and tips. The pool / backyard offered plenty of privacy and a perfect setting for a summer BBQ. Overall, this was a fantastic choice for our family.

It was just perfect!

Our family just finished a one week vacation at Cowhill Lane. The house was perfect for our stay and we could have stayed the entire rest of the month! The listing on HomeAway was accurate, the house was well appointed, clean and very comfortable for our family of 7. We were close to East Hampton for shopping, minutes from Pike farm stand and Loaves and Fishes for home cooking and eating, and a short drive to several of the most beautiful beaches around. We dined at Nick and Toni's, The Palm and 1770 House- all just minutes away! Ravi was attentive and genuinely concerned that we enjoyed our stay. We made a very last minute decision to spend a week in the Hamptons, and we are so glad we found Ravi's home!

Like new home in fantastic location

We had a great stay at Cow Hill Lane - the house was like new and very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the screened in porch, pool and large yard. The kitchen was very well equipped and like new, and Ravi was incredibly responsive to any questions that came up. The master closet is huge and easily accommodated a crib for our 2 year old. The house is also a very short walk (~3 min) to Wainscott Village shopping center with Levain Bakery, The Seafood Shop and Breadzilla and an easy drive/ bike ride to Beach Ln Beach. We found it easiest to take the short drive over to East Hampton Main Beach during the week where there was always ample parking. Highly recommend for a stay in the Hamptons - we had a fantastic two weeks!

Attached garage makes it easy to come and go as you please!
