Avec planchers de bois franc élégantes et baignées de lumiÚre naturelle, toute la famille va profiter de leurs vacances en Floride. La salle à manger offre beaucoup d'espace pour visiter et profiter des repas ensemble. La cuisine lumineuse et aérée dispose de tous les appareils et est équipé de tous les conforts de la maison.

La suite principale dispose d'un lit king-size, la deuxiÚme chambre abrite un lit queen et la troisiÚme chambre a deux lits jumeaux, idéal pour les enfants ou les adolescents.

Vista Cay Resort est juste à cÎté de l'Orange County Convention Center, et à moins de 15 minutes de tous les grands parcs à thÚme, y compris SeaWorld, Universal Studios et Walt Disney World.

Everything was great! The only issue I had was the original check-in and having to make a copy of my credit card. Other than that, everything was great property clean and perfect distance to Epic Universe! Would absolutely stay there again!

We have stayed at Vista Cays three times - 3 different units and owners. This unit was older and a bit worn. The sinks back up. The guest bathroom was the worst. The bed sheets in the master bedroom were dirty - hairs (head and pubic) as well as nose booger greeted us upon turning down the bed after exhausting travel. Add to that the washing machine stopped working leaving towels, clothes and such in a pool of water. It was not great, and future renters be ware. The owner needs to fix some things. The mgnt company was responsive, and was able to fix one of the sinks, as well as a temporary fix to washer for small, short washes. No guarantee it would work, or the lid would lock.The complex was nice, and offered a clean pool, Jacuzzi and gas fueled bonfire, which we enjoyed. I might stay at Vista Cays again (great location to Universal and Epic)... But NOT this unit.

All the rooms were very clean and the beds were AMAZING! It was so easy after a long drive to just punch in the code and unpack everything.

Conference attendees

This was the perfect place and location to stay while attending a conference at OCCC. It is beautiful, clean, and all the amenities you may need. The uber to the convention center was less than 5 minutes. We could walk to get groceries and supplies, because Publix is right behind the complex. I was traveling with coworkers, this spacious condo beats a stuffy hotel Room any day! 10/10 would recommend this condo!

I have used Vista Cay many times often with this property group. They do a great job, communicating very prompt in their responses. Everything is always as it should be and maintained nicely.

Great location and easy access to any park

5 star rating. Only think I would say maybe a downside, if your a light sleeper, some of the other people staying around you can be noisy up above you. I sleep heavy so I did not hear a thing. Great amenities. Very clean. Felt safe walking around late at night.

Super soft beds

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was clean but the bathrooms needed to be updated. The biggest problem was the beds literally sunk in. There was no support. All the beds were like this. It made for a very miserable night. Also there were very few restaurants around the area. I had to call to get the code from the management company due to they failed to send it in the email. The first night 2 men came to the door and said they were there to work on the garbage disposal. They had no identification and the management company did not tell us they were coming. We did not let them in.

The condo was super clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. Since it is on the second floor, there was one flight of stairs to get to the condo. Parking was easy. There is a Publix right next door, where we stocked up on bottled water and snacks for the park. Overall, this was a great choice for our Orlando trip.

Maintenance is important

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the development is great, this particular apartment needs help. Apartment was clean, but needed some routine maintenance to be 5 star. I wouldn't want to stay in this one again unless it was fixed. The beds are horribly loud when you get in and out of them, so each time you get in and out, you are definitely waking your partner or roommate. Lightbulbs needed replacing, including both fridge nightlight and microwave/stove light, water filter in fridge needs to be replaced so we bought water as the bright red light when you open the fridge is disconcerting, floors are soft in spots like there is water damage underneath and make noise when you try to tiptoe around when others are sleeping. Just little things like that.

Great location to all parks and airport

We enjoyed having three bedrooms and the condo complex has a fantastic grocery store, restaurants, and other services within walking distance. Only cons: the master bed was so soft that we had to sleep with our heads where feet usually go, the unit had the bare minimum of dishes but not enough detergent to run the washer daily, and the dishes when we pulled them out of the cupboards were not fully clean. Things that are all easy fixes. Great place when you’re going to Universal, Disney, and Sea World - which we did.

The only thing we were disappointed in was the inability to pay to check in earlier than 4 pm. They have Roku was was really great for our teenager [ not that we watched much TV}. The location was right next to Publix and Walgreen. 15 inutes from Universal anbd about 25 jinutes for WWD. Free parking, elevators, rally nice place. Highly recommend , don't hesitate.
