Maison joliment décorée et bien aménagée dans le quartier calme et résidentiel de Riviera Beach. À pied rapide de 10 minutes et accès facile aux magnifiques plages de sable blanc et poudreux du golfe. Les plages ici sont vierges, peu fréquentées et loin des immeubles de grande hauteur. À seulement 5 miles des nombreuses attractions de Panama City Beach (Pier Park) et à 4 miles des boutiques et restaurants haut de gamme de Rosemary Beach et d’autres communautés 30A. À deux milles de la rampe de mise à l'eau au lac Powell.

Douche extérieure. Clôturé dans la cour arrière avec barbecue à gaz et terrasse. Vaste parking. Laveuse et sécheuse sur place pour votre commodité. Internet haut débit. Jusqu'à 19 chaînes de film / sport / nouvelles. DVD avec beaucoup de films. Un quartier de promenade et une retraite privée où vous pourrez échapper au bruit et à la foule des propriétés de plage de grande hauteur.

Un lit King size dans la chambre principale, un lit Queen dans la deuxième chambre, un canapé-lit et un grand canapé confortable dans le salon. Master bain a une entrée surdimensionnée pour handicapés accessible aux handicapés.

Perfect getaway house

This is the cutest little beach cottage. The back yard is AMAZING! The owner was very nice and super easy to work with. We would definitely stay again.

Adorable Clean Beach House

This was an adorable little beach house with a great enclosed backyard for entertaining. I loved that the beach access was just a couple of minutes by golf cart. The space was very clean with a large open kitchen and dining table and the beds were super comfortable! It felt like a true home away from home. Definitely would recommend to my friends and family.

Lovely Cottage

We loved visiting this adorable beach bungalow! It was well appointed, well equipped and SO CUTE! Shelley was helpful and quick to respond to any questions that we had. The beach was a short walk and we enjoyed meeting neighbors along the way! A friendly little beach community away from the craziness of Panama City Beach! We can't wait to come back!

Beautiful Beach Gem

We loved our stay in this beautiful cottage. The open concept living/dining/kitchen space is so bright! The backyard is very private and the firepit is delightful to use for an evening of stargazing. The king bed is really comfy and the large master ensuite shower is wonderful. The neighborhood is safe and has quick access to the beautiful beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Any concerns that we had were quickly addressed by an extremely attentive owner, Shelley. We would definitely return to this lovely beachy gem and we are already planning a future trip.

Amazing House - Amazing Host

I couldn’t recommend the space enough! The property is beautiful, open and spacious. It was myself and a friend staying and we used all aspects of the house, inside and out. Shelley was beyond accommodating, especially since our first few days were storm-ridden. Shelley went above and beyond expectation to make sure our stay was worthwhile. I have raved about the place since being home and can’t wait to book again. Highly recommend. Thanks, Shelley. Your generosity is one of the biggest takeaways from our trip.

Perfect beach house

This was the best beach house i have ever stayed at. I loved how big the kitchen an living room was. People in the neighborhood were friendly. Everything we needed was provided for us, and loved how it was only a 10 minute walk to the beach. And the manager Shelly was terrific! Thank you so much for letting us stay at your house, we will definitely be back again!

Palm House PCB

We absolutely loved this cute little home. Everyone had their own space. Living room and kitchen are an open floor plan. We loved the back yard area. It was a nice space to drink coffee in the morning. Away from the hustle of front beach, but minutes from it if that’s your thing. Also, try out the Laguna Beach Coffee and Cream. Super cute store! Seriously, you won’t be disappointed with renting this house!

Beautiful Home

Overall we had a wonderful stay! We decided to leave a few days early due to weather but we will be back for sure! Owner was wonderful and communicated regularly closer to time of check in and after check in.

A nice vacation

This is a nice, cozy house. Nicely decorated. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The property manager, Shelley, responded promptly. We enjoyed the stay in this house and the beach!

Great Little Getaway

The house was just right for me and very quiet. The beach was close, although the cart was too big for me to take. I also wish the back had an umbrella for some shade. However, I would definitely stay here again! I also loved the large walk-in shower.

House was nice and owner was really great.. the person she has doing cleaning could do a better job, we had to clean up fridge and some other things because it was just dirty . If your going to pay someone to keep place clean then they should do a better job.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay Palm House. The neighborhood is quiet and it's just a few blocks to the beach. The house had everything we needed. The owner was quick to respond to messages and checked up on us once we arrived to ensure everything was fine. We loved the large walk-in shower and the bed and furnishings were comfortable. We felt safe and secure even though we rode out the outer bands of Hurricane Nate during our stay. Would love to stay at Palm House again next time we are e in the area.
