Dianne hosted us over the Labour Day weekend and had an amazing cottage. The cottage was better than the pictures…. The lake was super nice, beds were super comfortable and it has a large deck with plenty of chairs and loungers to hangout and eat dinner outside. Check in process was smooth and place was clean! Would go back again!

A beautiful spot for everyone!

This cottage it's a little slice of heaven. Beautiful views, clean, clear water, and LOTS of amenities. Incredible!!!! I highly recommend!

Best cottage I've stayed at!

This cottage is stunning, and the property is very well maintained! The cottage itself is so well stocked, and they have clear instructions for everything so you're never in doubt about anything. Dianne and her property manager were always super responsive throughout the booking process and when we were at the cottage. Highly recommend this space for a larger group. I would absolutely try to book this place again for future trips! Thank you so much Dianne for being such an excellent host!

Amazing property!!

We absolutely loved staying at Diane’s place. Not only was it super spacious, but the space was clean, and filled with everything we needed (kitchen utensils, extra blankets, etc). The lake was incredible, the hot tub was working well and was easy to use. The seating situation was great with multiple chairs on every level. The deck was huge and had sun exposure, pulse umbrella for shade. We talked all weekend about going back next summer and we probably will try to book the place again. Diane was super communicative and speedy with her responses. Amazing host, beautiful property, and an all around incredible experience!

Secluded Oasis

The property is amazing! Surrounded by lush forestry and crystal clear water! Super clean, organized, and comfortable! Fully equipped kitchen (all types of coffee makers, blenders, wine glasses, super sharp knive etc. Hot tub was such a bonus.

Excellent property!

This was an amazing rental. It was very clean and spacious. It was the most well stocked rental we have ever rented. It has every amenity possible. The views from the living room were gorgeous! I would not hesitate to rent this again. It was great!

This property was great stay for our group! The cottage was exactly how it was shown online and much more. We absolutely loved it. Communication with host was great couldn’t ask for more. We would definitley return in the fall again!

Beautiful location

The over all experience was great . The cottage is beautiful. My family had great quality time celebrating Thanksgiving. We will definitely love to go back. Amazing Get-away

Dianne is such a pleasure to deal with. Check in was very smooth. Property is beautiful, very spacious and has everything you need right there. This Property really has something for everyone. My children enjoyed hand feeding chipmunks. We will definitely book this again.

Hot tub was a wonderful feature which compensated bad weather condition which affected cross-country ski trails. Amazing Labour Day Get Away!

This cottage exceeded all expectations! Lovely host, beautiful cottage with all needed supplies, stunning lake and surrounding area. Would highly recommend. My family and friends had an incredibly comfortable time here and would come back if the opportunity arose! Thank-you Dianne for sharing this little piece of heaven on Miskwabi lake with us!

Quiet, relaxing, solitude

The cottage was clean and well laid out with everything you needed. The property and waterfront is beautiful, in a quiet area of the lake. The fire pit, hot tub, deck and dock chairs made it easy to enjoy the outdoors, and the seating, windows, and fireplace made the inside nice and cozy.

What a lovely place to get away and spend time with family. The cottage has a very practical layout for families to get together and hang out. The views are gorgeous and was a perfect winter wonderland for our family Christmas holiday. Definitely recommend a 4x4 incase of heavy snow falls and keep an eye on black ice warnings for the area... Dianne was super helpful and very quick to respond to any messages. You will certainly not be disappointed if you chose this for your holiday!

12 of my friends and I spent the labour day long-weekend here. Dianne was pleasant and easy to deal with, and her Cottage Manual was thorough and quite helpful! Overall we had a very smooth and pleasant experience. There were no surprises and everything was as expected.

For 8 years and still going, we have had an annual trip cottage trip. We have stayed at many cottages in Haliburton and this is the best cottage that we have stayed at by far. Beautiful location, amenities which included a hot tub. Loved and enjoyed our stay here.

We had a lot of fun in Dianne's cottage. Kids caught a lot of fish and they loved it. It is a clan and spacious cottage and for three families it was a lot of space. The lake water is clear and full of fish. We caught a few perch which shows what a clean and nice lake it is.

I grew up spending all my summers at a cottage on a nearby lake- I love the incredibly clean, clear water, and Haliburton is a wonderful village :-)

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The cottage is in a fantastic location- our side of the lake was only developed 30 years ago and it’s very natural, with nothing between us and the Algonquin. It’s also wonderful that there are neighbours on only 1 side and that the other side is all natural :-)

Guests also comment how well stocked the kitchen is - tons of crockery, utensils, pots, pans, serving dishes etc... everything needed for home away from home.
