Maison victorienne haut de gamme au centre-ville de Montréal

LE CLASSIQUE WESTMOUNT. Superbe condo Ă  Westmount, avec foyer et grande terrasse. Sur 2 niveaux.
Demeure historique. Récemment rénové. Le meilleur de l'ancien, et pourtant en parfait état. Goût, style, luxe, confort dans ce condo à court terme à Montréal.
Au rez-de-chaussĂ©e, il y a un salon avec une cheminĂ©e, un canapĂ©-lit confortable (double) et une grande tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat. De belles touches partout. Le salon a une porte, il peut donc ĂȘtre une chambre entiĂšrement privĂ©e lorsque le canapĂ©-lit est utilisĂ©.
Il y a une zone d'Ă©tude, prĂȘte pour un ordinateur portable - sans fil haute vitesse, wifi, accĂšs. Encore une fois, joliment dĂ©corĂ©.
Deux chambres, chacune avec un lit queen size. Les deux font face Ă  l'arriĂšre et sont complĂštement silencieux.
La terrasse donne sur les cours arriÚre. Totalement calme et reposant. Un endroit merveilleux pour se détendre.
Au deuxiÚme niveau inférieur se trouvent la salle à manger, la cuisine et la salle de bain.
La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée et à la pointe de la technologie, avec un comptoir en marbre. Les appareils sont en acier inoxydable ou noir.
La table de la salle Ă  manger peut accueillir 6 personnes.
La salle de bain est grande, avec la baignoire et la douche combinées traditionnelles.
Notez que notre quartier n'autorise pas le stationnement de nuit dans la rue, nous offrons un espace de stationnement intérieur, disponible sur demande moyennant un supplément.
PrĂšs de tout: 2 minutes Ă  pied du mĂ©tro Atwater, 2 minutes en voiture du centre-ville (bien que plus facile de prendre le mĂ©tro). En quelques minutes vous ĂȘtes partout: Vieux-MontrĂ©al, Plateau, Rue Mountain. Aussi Ă  seulement 12 minutes de l'aĂ©roport Trudeau de MontrĂ©al.
Location de luxe à Montréal
Une grande location meublée à la semaine ou au mois, entiÚrement équipée, joliment meublée. Pour une location de vacances à court terme à Montréal, un week-end romantique à Montréal, un condo court séjour hebdomadaire à Westmount, un mois à Montréal ou une location meublée mensuelle plus longue.

This place is outstanding. Not only is it wonderfully situated on the edges of Westmount, but also it is a roomy and beautifully decorated apartment. The hosts have stocked it thoughtfully, with attention to every detail. We will definitely return and we heartily recommend it to any visitor looking for an alternative to a downtown hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo in Westmount. The location was excellent—quiet, residential, and convenient to everything we wanted to do in MontrĂ©al. The home itself is beautifully restored, with so much character, but updated in all the right ways.The owners were a pleasure to communicate with: responsive, clear, and genuinely helpful before and during our stay. The house was spotless on arrival and clearly very well cared for.A special mention for the shower—exceptional water pressure and temperature control, which is surprisingly rare in an older home and very much appreciated. The kitchen was also well appointed, with everything we needed to cook comfortably.Overall, this was a clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained home in a great neighborhood. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would happily recommend it to others.

Best place to stay in Montreal

If you want a nice quiet fully kitted out beautiful house to stay in during a visit to Montreal then this is most definitely the place ! The property is exactly as described and in a lovely safe area close to a metro station. The hosts are excellent and made sure we were completely happy with everything while not being intrusive in any way Can’t fault our stay there.

Awesome stay in Westmount

We had a wonderful stay in Patrice’s home in the Westmount area of Montreal. The space is conveniently located within walking distance to two Metro lines - Atwater (green) and Lionel Groulx (orange), as well as a short walk to a grocery store, drug store, and many shops and restaurants. The home was very comfortable and clean, and well designed. Patrice is the ultimate host - kind, responsive, and thoughtful. He met us upon arrival to show us how to access the garage parking space, which was so nice to have so we could just leave our car there and use public transit to explore the city. It was the perfect place for us and our two kids. I would highly recommend this place to Montreal visitors.

Gorgeous house

Beautiful house, excellent insulation, clean and comfortable with a kitchen that has all you need. Parking garage is in the back, accesible via the house.Location is the safest in town, restaurants and cafes are at walking distance. Easy access from expressway as well. Wonderful place to stay in downtown Montreal

Marty and Patrice were the most hospitable hosts. They thought of all the little details that made our stay so convenient (well stocked kitchen with everything we needed). This was the nicest place we’ve ever stayed in and they made us feel so welcome. The location was excellent, near the metro and delicious bakeries. We loved the park around the corner with the splash pad for the kids. We would love to come back and stay here again someday.

Perfect place to stay. Apartment was immaculate and had all amenities needed from soft bathroom towels to a kitchen that was a joy to cook in. Patrice was a great host and made sure we were comfortable. Great location with easy access to Metro and quick walk to Atwater market. Highly recommended, one of the best places I've stayed.

Exceeded all expectations

The principal objectives of my three-week stay in this lovely house were to escape the heat of May in Mexico and to spend time in a much-loved part of Montreal. And the house delivered on many levels of cool. It’s ideally located in Westmount, beautiful inside and out, comfortable, incredibly well equipped, and everything you need is within walking distance. Clean and updated townhouse!

Beautiful and clean updated 2 floor condo. Has everything you need with optional garage parking. Very welcoming hosts that showed us where to park and around the condo. Convenient washer and dryer. Excellent and comfortable beds and towels. Great location close to metro and good neighborhood.

A lovely place to stay

We had a lovely visit to Montreal and greatly enjoyed our stay at this property during the Grand Prix weekend. The location worked great for us and the property was exactly what we were looking for; a quieter location a bit away from the race weekend crowds. The townhouse is beautifully appointed, clean, and impeccably maintained. Access to the Metro was super easy as well. Would definite consider a return visit next time we are in Montreal.
