classic beach house, with epic view

Clean and neat for a standard beach house, the deck was a great size with the view the hero. Everything is basic but that suited our holiday needs perfectly. Webber BBQ is a bonus.

Can't wait to return

Lovely, comfortable, down-to-earth holiday home, perfect for getting away from it all. Enjoyed the amazing view, cosy wood stove, beautiful birdlife, koalas, kangaroos, comfy beds, tasteful furnishings, well-equipped kitchen and peaceful location. All our queries and requests were dealt with promptly and generously. This was our second stay here and we'd come back again.

not clean, out dated for price

1. Floors very dusty especially the lounge area 2. House is outdated and really needs a new lease of life for the price – bathroom, toilet and kitchen 3. Entrance via laundry…!!! 4. House tap water out of the tanks is brown. I have tank water at home and is 100% clear. Yes found the bottled water in the pantry 2nd day. 5. Balcony boards need clean and recoat 6. Blinds in bedroom do not block out the morning light enough 7. Only 1 fire starter we were there 2 nights. Not a problem for me but for others yes. 8. Fire baffle to slow fire down did not seem to work. 9. TV too small for today’s standards 10. Couches x 2 were comfortable. 11. Good kitchen plates, cutlery, glasses and mugs etc. 12. Drive way not lite – the 4 little solar lights did not work and 2 were lying on the ground 13. Drive narrow and as per poor lighting hard to use in the rain when arriving in the dark 14. View was great.

Perfect coastal hideaway

I spent two weeks in self-isolation at this place and still was sad to leave at the end of it! Beautiful location, well stocked with all essentials and nicely decorated. The local king parrots are a bonus.

Another good stay at Kennett Bach

We've stayed here before and it was another good long weekend stay at the property. Cannot say enough about the ocean views!

Loved staying here!

This is a great property from which to enjoy the wildlife - koalas, kangaroos, parrots, echidna... spacious, clean, great verandah to watch the sunrise and feed the parrots. Very comfortable and lots of generous touches. We’ll be back!

What a view!

Lovely stay at this house. House was clean . The deck is amazing with a great view. Kennett river is a lovely place, fantastic for small children.

fantastic views, lots of native wildlife the king parrots land on your hand. Neat and clean with some nice touches. Everything you need for a holiday house .The large deck and barby are great and overall a comfortable house

Great house, great views

We really enjoyed our stay over the holiday period. The ocean views were the highlight and the house design maximises this. Lots of wildlife around with koalas, many birds and even kangaroos in the evenings. The deck is great and the house has everything you need, including a very well equipped kitchen for a holiday house. Hope to return again soon!

Great place

Bright, clean, lots of nice little details, amasing ocean view, full a wildlife, parrots and Kukaburra on the balcony, koalas and kangooroos on the property. Dinnerware and glasses matching and modern. Large balcony with dining table and sofas for coffee and afternoon drinks!
