Great place, would stay again!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the space very much. Large enough to spread out. Mostly updated and in good condition. There was a missing toilet paper holder in one of the rooms. Very fun set up and decorated too. Many great restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful resort, terrible customer service

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived at the house the bed sizes were not as advertised. We called and they were pretty rude about it. As well, the house did not have the supplies it listed - toilet paper, paper towel, towels, pans, etc. the worker arrived and asked if we took them. Then when we had to call again she walked in and said “what now?”. Beer cans were leftIn the property from the previous guests, and the blankets in one of the rooms were stained. We didn’t even feel comfortable calling for a third time because they were so mean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage was exactly like we expected. Everything was clean. Only wish that there were a few more towels and more toilet paper. The grounds were beautiful. Maintenance showed up within minutes when we had a minor issue. Perfect location to get everywhere we wanted to go. Only the rain kept us from enjoying the pool.

Nice resort

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we were pleased with our stay, but would rent a different unit. The cottage sleeps eight people but only has a small couch that seats three in the living room area. I wasn't aware that we were to provide all the bathroom amenities, including needing to wash our towel every night in order to have clean ones for in the morning. When we arrived there wasn't enough toilet paper to get through the first day and only enough towels for three of us. When I called I was told that the rental was like an Air BNB and that we were to provide for ourselves. She did finally have someone bring at least one towel per guest. The cottage was clean and the property is well maintained and in a good location. I would stay at the Margaritaville resort again but most likely rent through someone else. No one wants to spend their Christmas family vacation worrying about running to the store and doing laundry daily.

Family vacation

Excellent location, the whole family loved it here and the shuttle was so convenient for our teens to do their own thing when they wanted. Everything in the house was very clean except for the floors, they are the color and texture that will always look clean. Within minutes of walking barefoot on these floors our feet were disgustingly black.

Vacation with family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean and well laid out. Just a few comments. Many of the amenities in the kitchen were missing when we checked in i.e. no coffee maker, no hot pads (so we could remove food from the oven safely) etc. Management corrected the problems when we discovered them but I think a lot of these items should be present before we arrive. No towel racks in the master bath was annoying. For a 3 bedroom place I expected more furniture in the living room than just one sofa, we had to drag chairs from the kitchen to provide more seating.

Electrical issues

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage was decorated beautifully. It was clean for the most part. We requested to have our bed linen changed when we arrived as it appeared to be makeup on the comforter. My family and I stayed for 4 nights and each day and night we experienced a power outage in several rooms upstairs. It was an issue with a bad breaker. I was told an electrician would be by to fix the issue. The issue was never fixed. Someone from maintenance would come by to flip the breaker but the very next morning power would be out again. The resort was beautiful. Had it not been for the electrical issue, our stay would have been perfect.
