Unité d'une chambre avec salle de bain et petit salon avec kitchenette.

Notre unité d'une chambre est située au rez-de-chaussée du côté port du lodge
avec de belles vues sur le port de Whangaroa. Le Lodge a été construit en 1876
par le premier conseiller de Whangaroa, puis est devenu plus tard l'hôpital de Whangaroa
(d'où l'adresse Old road hospital) devenant comme nous le sommes aujourd'hui
le Sunseeker Lodge. Whangaroa est un petit village avec une petite boutique, une pêche
club et un pub la ville la plus proche est Kaeo qui se trouve à 10 minutes en voiture du lodge.
Whangaroa est connue comme la capitale de la pêche de la Nouvelle-Zélande avec son vaste port
et histoire historique de nombreuses histoires à raconter. Alors venez profiter des bateaux
passez dans le confort de votre unité ou détendez-vous dans le spa avec une vue imprenable sur le port
et profitez de ce morceau parfait de paradis.

Greeted by lovely host quite little getaway with spectacular views and at affordable rates clean and comfortable accommodation I would truely recommend this place to friends and family

Everything, right from our arrival and throughout the week. Evan and Karen are so awesome, accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable about the area etc (we met for a couple of drinks and some nibbles - very yummy thanks Karen). The unit was really comfortable, however, Evan plans to give it a bit of a makeover at some stage in keeping with the rest of the lovely property. Fantastic views across the Harbour and is very close to the wharf, the boat ramp, Sport Fishing Club (100- 150 metres away). Spa pool was awesome, set at 38, with a continuation of the Harbour views. We will be back to stay there again, but will have to make it 2 weeks, as 7 days was just not long enough (Plan's already in motion).

What a spot!

A lovely place to stay, tranquil and private. Great hosts, friendly and helpful yet unobtrusive. Beautiful views, we used this place as a base from which to explore Northland.

A Perfect Retreat

It was the perfect retreat for us in the middle of our busy trip of Northland. So picturesque and so comfortable to just relax and enjoy the spa. Good for day trip around about. We enjoyed visiting Kaeo and Matauri Bay for a beach day. Just a short walk to an excellent restaurant on the Whangaroa wharf.

Beautiful setting

This property looks just like the photos. It's in a wonderful secluded setting including a gorgeous sunset. The property owner is right there and super helpful, but otherwise respects your privacy. There is a great fishing club for a wonderful meal right down the road.

New Zealand revisit

Beautiful view of Whangaroa Harbor. Totally quiet at night and great accommodating hosts that live on property. Spa overlooking harbor. Northland NZ has the best weather and is a good base for exploring. Try the seafood chowder at the local fishing club. Evan’s (host) recommendation.
