Détendez-vous et profitez d'un coucher de soleil tous les soirs dans notre maison au bord du canal de plus de 2200 pieds carrés à Punta Gorda Isles, FL. Cette maison de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain, a été entiÚrement rénovée et attend votre arrivée!
Rénové dans un décor cÎtier neutre avec de nouveaux lits en mousse à mémoire de forme et de nouveaux meubles partout. La suite principale comprend un lit king-size, une télévision connectée de 81 cm, un grand dressing, ses lavabos, ainsi qu'une douche et une baignoire séparées. La suite principale est divisée des autres chambres pour plus d'intimité.
Divertissez vos invités en tirant une partie de billard dans le salon décontracté ou détendez-vous sur le grand écran de véranda. La piscine et la véranda font face à l'ouest afin que vous puissiez profiter d'un magnifique coucher de soleil tous les soirs. Des repas formels sont également disponibles pour les dßners ou les réunions de famille. Un salon avec deux canapés pleine grandeur (un lit gigogne), un centre de divertissement avec une télévision connectée de 55 pouces, un lecteur DVD, des jeux et plus sont également disponibles.
La cuisine blanche sur mesure est complÚte avec des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable. La péninsule de cuisine a des siÚges pour deux et une table de cuisine pour quatre personnes.
Sortez sur la véranda depuis la chambre principale, la salle à manger, la cuisine ou la troisiÚme chambre.

Paradise in February

We loved staying at Glenn’s house. It was so beautiful and we stayed for two weeks with my brother and sister-in-law. Everything was in the unit that we could have asked for. We used the pool almost every day, so much fun. Punta Gorda was also a very neat place to stay and we also felt so safe in this area.

Highly recommend!

This house is in a great location, very clean, and well stocked with everything from dishes, basic cooking essentials, beach gear, etc. We had a few family members stop by and they plan to recommend this house to future visitors in the area.

Perfect home and location

This home is perfect if you want to really explore Punta Gorda. Close to fisherman village-5 mins-close to downtown-7 minutes. The owner has a huge binder with suggestions that we utilized quite a bit! I love it when owners have clearly marked directions for everything from the TV to the shower! Clean, very easy check in and the pool table is a fun bonus!

This house has everything! The location is wonderful, the neighbors and neighborhood is great, and the house is perfect. Great lanai with a pool and a view of the canal and sunsets. I will definitely book again if it is available.

A little slice of heaven

This is our second stay at this property and we are thrilled we found it. The kids love fishing on the dock and the pool. It is close to town and fisherman’s village. The owners have really thought of all the amenities you may need or want during your stay and have provided them. If there were a way to give them more stars I would!

Beautiful Home with everything needed!!

This is a beautifully maintained home with a great pool. It had all the amenities you will need. Great location on a canal and we were entertained daily by the jumping fish. Although we did not use them it had bicycles, kayaks, fishing poles and even golf clubs in the garage. I would highly recommend this house. Great location, close to everything Punta Gorda has to offer.

Paradise in The Isles

My husband and I started renting in The Isles 5 years ago. We love it there. The host of this house is super. If you have a question he responds quickly. The pool and lanai were wonderful. Sunsets every night. The house is very roomy, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Will definitely try to book this property again.

Wonderful stay

Our family had such a great time at this home. Spotless, super comfortable, so many amenities! Our two college “kids” as well as my husband and I enjoyed the pool table, kayaks, and especially the pool during the very hot weather. We like to cook and appreciated all the kitchen had to offer. We grill often and the electric grill was useful. We visited family and the home was in a perfect location for us. Quiet neighborhood! Beds and bedding were great. We travel often and for sure this home is a 5 star! Thank you for a great week

Family get together

This is the second time my 2 brothers and 2 nephews have gathered at Glenn’s place in Punta Gorda (ages 75-30). The old folks like to fish/boat and the young guys like to dance. This area offers both. We thoroughly enjoy our stay here and Glenn has been a fantastic host. I can’t give enough praise and the neighbors are very friendly. We come from Connecticut, Kansas,Utah and Florida. So we are very happy to spend time together. Finally a shout out: the Alexa was a great hit! Thanks for the wonderful times.

Great stay

This is the second time we stayed at this location. We stayed in Feb. when COVID hit and had to leave early when everything was shutting down. The description of the house is accurate and very comfortable. We are two couples renting the house and the split floor plan provides great privacy for each couple with a great kitchen and living space to be together when we choose. We are kayakers so having the canal to put our kayaks in was great. We had several communications with the owner, Glenn. He was great in all the contacts. We enjoyed the house and area so much that we already have reserved the house for next year and are hoping to make this our go to place each winter.

50th Anniversary

I had my two daughters, their husbands and two grand daughters come for a week to celebrate our 50th anniversary. The house was beautiful and well maintained. We had only two small issues, the water filtration system on pool had been turned off. I contacted owner and he had it fixed within a few hours. The outlets on the lanai didn't seem to work but we found a work around. Advised owner. He was willing to have someone come to fix, but the workaround was good enough. Cannot say enough nice things about the place. Location and neighborhood were excellent. There were so many items in the house available for use to have a good time. I would highly recommend using the heat pump to heat the pool. The rooftop solar didn't do enough. Kids were ok but adults thought it a chilly dip. Would love to come back.

Schönes Haus am Kanal

Wir haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen. Mit dem Auto erreicht man innerhalb von 10 Minuten einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch Fort Myers erreicht man in weniger als einer halben Stunde. Zum Strand fĂ€hrt man etwas weiter, wenn man sowieso lieber am Pool bleibt ist das Haus optimal. Es enthĂ€lt alles was man braucht mit Billiardtisch, Grill etc. Das einzige was uns gefehlt hat waren etwas mehr HandtĂŒcher, wir hatten aber zum GlĂŒxk unsere eigenen StradtĂŒcher dabei.

Thanksgiving vacation
