Rebecca and son were such delightful guests. Very respectful, kind and communicative. During their stay at the Beautiful Cozy House, all house’s rules were followed and they were appreciative of the surroundings. Our home was left impeccable at checkout. We highly recommend them to any host and would love to host them again.

Check in was great! The house was perfect and the pool was wonderful! Worth every dollar! We spent the week with our grandsons. The water temperature was very warm and welcoming. We had a great time playing in the evenings after seeing the local attractions during the days. Great location. Thanks!!!

Last Vacation before school.

Kids loved the pool. Adults loved the Hot Tub. Shopping really closed by.

This was the nicest property in the neighborhood

It has everything we need. Very clean. My son went with me and he said the lady that decorated this has a lot of class. He said he wants a house just like this.

Perfect!

This property was absolutely perfect. The host was kind, very responsive, and more than accommodating. The home is very cozy, clean, and is stocked with everything you could ever need for your stay. The location is close to many stores, restaurants, and parks. The neighborhood felt safe and was easy to find. If we are ever back in the area, this property is #1 on our list. Book this property for your stay!

Nice place, pool needed constant cleaning

The house was nice and had everything we needed. The biggest issue, and I realize it is not the owner's fault, was the constant need to clean the pool and hot tub of falling debris from surrounding trees/shrubs.

Although the property is surrounded by many trees, as shown in our list, all these trees that provide shade and shelter for birds and parrots have never been a problem for the many guests we hosted . The pool was maintained and maintained throughout your stay every single day.

Little Paradise in Houston

The back yard on this home is incredible!! We were treated to a resort style backyard with an amazing pool. The hosts were terrific and they came daily in the morning to clean the pool and deck (lots of leaves from the beautiful trees). Many accoutrements were included and you really only have to bring yourselves. Everything you needed was included for a great stay. This is a must VRBO rental.

Perfect Home for a Family Weekend

We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from University of Houston. This beautiful and clean home met out needs perfectly for our two daughters and my parents. . The house and property are thoughtfully designed and well maintained, and appliances, etc appear new. It was a peaceful getaway and the pool and outdoor space are just as beautiful as shown in the photos. I’d definitely recommend this house if your travels bring you to the area. Our daughter is staying for grad school so we may be back!

Cozy House Christmas

We traveled to Texas with my sister and elderly parents for Christmas with the kids. The Cozy house was the perfect home away from home. While it was a bit cool to enjoy the pool, the pool deck soaking up the sun was a perfect oasis. We will definitely be back when the weather is warmer so we can enjoy the pool. Alicia was the perfect host, her communication was great and the whole experience was perfect. A++++.

Mark and his family were lovely guests. They were kind, respectful and very communicative. While staying at Beautiful Cozy House, all house rules were followed and left the house very cleaned.. We couldn't have been happier with this 5 star guest and his family. This is the type of guest that any host would love to host in their house. We would highly recommend them, and would welcome them again.

Nice Owner and spacious

The owner was very nice and responsive. The house was clean and well stocked. Just a few issues we had: 1) There is a renter in the garage and he smokes outside the front door, you can also smell what he's cooking in the house and we thought it would be more private (although he's very nice). 2) The master bedroom mattress is very soft and sinks. 3) there are a lot of chackas everywhere making the bathroom and kitchen counters a bit cluttered. 4) The pool is an extra charge if heated. The hot tub is an extra charge as well. The outdoor area is very pretty for the area, which is not terrible but not great. The space was clean and again, the owner was very nice.

Outstanding!!

The host were so friendly and ready to accommodate any need. The property was spectacularly maintained, clean and welcoming. And the pool / hot tub were amazing. We were pleasantly surprised by how quite the neighborhood was and the privacy in the pool area. We will be back to this location and would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking in this Houston area.
