Great winter escape

Had a really relaxing vacation and were lucky enough to stay 2 weeks. Nice beach and pool area. Good restaurants within walking distance. Loved our visits to surrounding areas near by also.

Palm Shores Resort

We have stayed here before and it will definitely calls us back.The staff from bell hop housekeeping and the front desk are lovely and helpful.Our location this time was the best in having a upper floor in the north building.The restaurant food ,servers and entertainment were terrific.Also the Tiki bar servers are fantastic.Bingo also was fun meeting with other players.Enjoyed the pool and musicians.

Nice location on Singer Island. Wonderful amenities. Would stay here again

Property was a little dated but people were great. Service was excellent. Restaurant food and service was really good. Wonderful large pool and hot tub, loved the private beach too. Fitness center was nice. Accommodations were roomy and maintained, however, walls were paper thin. Only a door separated our rooms and virtually EVERYTHING was able to be heard, even just people talking.

It seems that you were provided with a unit that connects to another unit. **Unit assignments are provided upon arrival and all look just like the pictures. I apologize that your unit assignment was not sound proof. We can send guest requests to the resort for unit locations and preferences. If you would like to return, please let me know your preferences and the resort will do their best to accommodate them.

Great place for getaway

We stayed for two weeks. Although the resort was slightly dated, it was extremely clean. Staff couldn’t do more to help. Encountered a problem with our safe and help was there in under 5 minutes. Suite was large, included everything you’d need, comfortable and quiet. Poolside employees and valets were enthusiastic and friendly! I would definitely recommend staying here.

Beach visit

We wanted to try a new part of Florida, and we enjoyed Palm Beach Shores a lot. The resort had a great location for walking to dinner. Sailfish Marina was our favorite. We ended up with a one bedroom unit facing the pool and ocean beyond which was great. The condo was fine, but the tile was in bad shape (chipped tiles and dirty grout). There was plenty of room and the shower was newer. Overall, the one bedroom fit our needs. The staff were all nice and helpful. We chose not to attend a timeshare presentation, and there were just notes under our door inviting us to come down to get our gift. We aren’t in the market for a purchase at this time. The restaurant and bar on site were good. There is nightly entertainment, but it is geared towards the older crowd (not our genre of music, but everyone was having fun). We would stay here again. Be aware that there is a daily parking fee ($10 /day) and the beach chairs/ umbrella are extra $$, too. You can bring your own chairs and sit just north of the resort chairs.

Convenient & Relaxing

We enjoyed our Spring Break week - everything was conveniently located and the property was very quiet. While the resort could use some updating, we found the staff incredibly kind & helpful. Beach is not crowded & the easy to rent chairs/umbrella makes it super easy for families. There are several walkable restaurants close by. On property spa was wonderful & we wish we had booked more services. Overall great experience!

Liked the location and facilities a lot, but didn’t care for the fact that they couldn’t tell me exactly what room we’d have until after we checked in. Also, the resort made it seem like sitting thru the time share sales presentation was a requirement. It’s not, don’t be fooled.

Excellent location, clean, superb staff. Restaurant is very much underrated. Food is very much above average and nightly music offerings in the restaurant make for an enjoyable evening. Levi and Riley excel in their service.

corona vacation

Had a great time other than we were there when the corona virus hit. We like hundreds of others had gone for spring training baseball (Cardinals) and only to have it cancelled along with every thing else. The place and staff were really great. The pool and beach were A one.
